BEAU is OUTSTANDING!!What a delightful individual!!I’m planning to specifically ask for BEAU my next visit!!Everyone is so kind atThe Cannabist in Deptford!Bravo !UPDATE; 4/22. Be careful when choosing their already rolled products, especially when their representative needs to shake the container to see how many “rolled” are in the tube. Three times, I’ve bought “rolled” in addition to their “flower” products. The first time, instead of two rolled ( as they stated) , they had ONE SMALL rolled in container. The second time the same thing happened. The third, same thing!After bringing this to the attention of their manager along with having my receipt’s she said they are including ONE “rolled” which is larger their policy changed..This was Not the case in all three purchases.Now, FOURTH purchase and rep is shaking container stating “it sounds like one as it should be. “We changed our policy regarding “rolled, there has to be just one in the container .” Wrong again, this time there were two!”Get on board folks, it’s not the way to keep customers especially when several shops are popping up nearby. Just totally weird, not my idea of good customer service especially questioning my credibility?! I asked for nothing, my objective was wanting to bring this to their manager’s attention that mistakes were being made. Cannabist made good on NOT ONE OF MY PAST PURCHASES. I’m not making a purchase anywhere that would force me to count/weigh things in my car.I certainly didn’t buy a Happy Meal for my granddaughter double checking at the window to make certain her toy was included in the bag! Shame on me for being foolish!

As a regular customer, I'm used to receiving good service most of the time.When David invited me to the counter to assist me. I had several questions and he answered them promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly. He made sure that I understood my purchase price, my allotment, and the current sales. He was friendly, knowledgeable, pleasantly mannered, and kind. I don't often receive this type of exceptional customer service and David should be recognized for his work. Thank you David!!!!!

As always a wonderful experience at the deptford location! Went in on 4/20 and line was wrapped around the building however I still received the same great customer service as if it were a regular day after waiting for quite a while which I knew was inevitable (express lines were closed ) to my surprise my preorder was still filled I was able to get exactly what I ordered and even use a few of my receipts and stash cash for a discount this dispensary is my GO TO! They really do a great job !

This place is a joke. Second time I sent my brother to pick up online order of a kind tree live sugar strain and the jar he is given is a melted gage extracts sugar. It doesn't matter if gage was bought by Terrascend, you have kind tree labels on the website. What kind of business practices are these?

i love this place. Maria made me feel sooooo comfortable buying exactly what i was looking for. she was so sweet and knowledgeable. i was nervous cause it was my first time buying through a dispensary but i told her what i was looking for and what price range i was looking to stay in and she delivered. i like that you can tell the people behind the counter actually smoke so they know what they’re talking about. if you go ask for Maria 10/10 experience. everything i got is what i was looking for!!! the vibe in here is so chill. love.

Security at the front door is great.Had an issue with a pre order not being in the store records upon arrival. However, after speaking with the supervisor, Liz, everything was sorted. Liz went above and beyond to answer questions, teach us about the store process and how the pre orders work, and took her time to make sure we were happy customers.Customer service of this standard is hardly seen anymore, and I commend Cannabist and Liz on their great job.I will happily be a return customer.

Usually a very good experience, this time very frustrating. Felt like I was in a municipal or government building, having to jump through two extra hoops to accomplish something pretty simple. It was the berating ("wElL thAtS IlEgAl") and outright denial before accomplishing the simple task that spawns the bad review. Appreciate the sales, but probably the last time I come. Sorry to the girl in the glasses for her bad day and I hope being dismissive towards a customer helped make it better. Probably not though 🤣

STOP CHANGING YOUR HOURS! PICK A SCHEDULE AND STICK TOO IT!If it say's in person and online that you are open until 8PM, then you should be open until 8PM! Period! Not Closed at 7:45, 7:55.It's a weed store, you all don't have that much too clean and take care of like a restaurant does so if that's the case then whoever is managing day to day is doing an awful job and need a refresher.Nothing more annoying then showing up too the store you want to go too because whoever is the manager on duty decides "Oh well we feel like closing 20 minutes early so guess you're gonna have to go else where" At 7:40? When your sign right in front of me says you are open until 8PM? Are you serious?Deals each week are mediocre at best, the staff almost never looks happy to be there or want to even serve you. Which from a weed store is insane, who ever is killing team morale there needs to go.Not the same Cannabist crew I met when first opened.Only benefit to coming here is you might save a little bit of time waiting in line during the middle of the day compared to Curaleaf, but the difference in deals, staff, and way the building and process's are managed, are so so much better then anything Cannabist has done to be remotely Unique in the past 12 months. Have this be your last resort if you must.HAVE A PLACE TO THROW UN WANTED BAGS!!!!EVERY DISPENSARY HAS IT, START CARING ABOUT YOUR OWN STORES WASTE!

I am so happy I am so happy to have found the Deptford dispensary.Going to the largest city in the garden state (Vineland) for weed is over. Did you know that there is only one dispensary in this whole city? 😳 Thousands of liquor stores on every corner, and there's one marijuana dispensary shame on you, Vineland. Who is the mayor here?It was so refreshing not to have the SS and the Gestapo at the door, making me stand outside like I'm a prisoner in a concentration camp waiting for my meal. Security at Deptford is over the top nice, and they are BOTH right at the door doing their job. Been too many times, security is hiding inside the door at Vineland and someone leaving opened the door so we could scurry in like mice. THEN security was ALL OVER US. Thank you Deptford. Keep up the good work looking forward to seeing you again and again.

Literally a "higher experience ".. I love everything about this dispensery! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, prices are great, and they have a little of everything in one place. There's rarely ever a line because the staff is always moving and making sure everyone is being helped! I really have no complaints. Keep up the great job!

I’ve been coming here for about a year & I won’t go anywhere else. Wish I could leave -5⭐️Rude staff and management sucks they don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to the product. Also I am MARRIED but my HUSBAND wasn’t allowed to pick up our order was told he had to make his own account 😒 last I checked the state recognized us as 1 as well as the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT recognized us as 1 but not here 🤡 lost a good customer 🤷🏻‍♀️ and am contacting the corporate team everyone has a boss

In all my 20 something yrs smoking I would never come back to this spot ever!! Most rudest manager I literally wanted to punch in the face! On 4/19 I did and online order because of the sale they had I decided to go here. I ordered a bunch of weed and didn't smoke all of it because in not as young any more. Today I decided to smoke one of the pre-rolls pack I bought from that day. IT WAS EMPTY!!! I CALLED BEFORE GOING AND I WAS TOLD TO COME IN. When I got there they were asking for the receipt which I didn't have but it was an online order so i was in the system and told them that over the phone b4 driving there. Now when I got there the manager was saying it's pass 5 days never mentioned that over the phone!!! PLEASE OPEN YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY ARE REALLY ROBBING PPL OVER WEED SMFH. I WILL NEVERRRRR GO BACK LOST A CUSTOMER OVER $10

Online order has been terribleOrders get declined, then says to call. Unhelpful staff with those calls. Don’t bother with that mess. Makes it real hard to get reward points and may be a driving force behind the disorder. Either way if the system is that spotty don’t offer it and save us all the headache.

The infighting at this store is very uncomfortable for patients. They need to do a better job at making policy. I’ve seen them on several occasions overcharge and plead ignorance. Double check your receipts

Not sure if it was the time of day I went but it was a Saturday afternoon and I was in and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking which I had issues with at another dispensary. I’ve noticed they offer good deals. Just watch for them on their website. I’ll be returning for sure.
