Horrible experience! Was quoted an approximate price over the phone and through email pictures. Drove an hour and 15 minutes away to sell items. When I got to the establishment the owner offered me 1/3 of what they quoted me, then backed out and said he would pass on everything. Sellers beware of this place. I would have never drove an hour and 15 minutes away for the price he gave me. It cost me that much of gas!

The pokémon dealer was very short and rude with my young son. They only offer 50% or less of the lowest value they can find of your card on the internet. He flipped through the binder really fast and aggressively before sharing that he would charge to see if any card was worth grading. I get it's a business. But please remember ur selling novelty fun items, try not to take yourself so seriously.

I've been in and out a few times over the years and have always had a good experience. Bought a Ps2 that's in great condition, but had a faulty controller and they went above and beyond making things right.Looking forward to my next visit!

Brought a box of cards ranging from hockey to baseball and basketball. Guy barely looked at any of them and told me to throw them in the trash. They are in very good condition. Over all the guy was not someone I would hire to work there. I do not recommend going there to sell anything.

If you're looking for a local card shop that sells just about everything from sports, pokemon, tvs, consoles, they even do breaks that have been pretty successful. They are fully authorized and also apart the buyback program too for Topps. 5/5 Check them out 🤙🏼

Rude. Took some cards in and a bulk stack of cards all in sleeves. Told me 2 cards are worth 80 then also tried to sneak the collection of cards I had as well into the sale. The 2 cards that are already worth 80 so basically they attempted to get a free stack of cards. Said "80 is best and won't pay higher" then just leaves. Never again coming here to buy or sell just go on ebay.

This was my first time going there today and I had a great experience. The employees were really nice and very helpful. The place was clean and organized and I felt I got a fair deal with when I brought in. They were very talkative (not in a bad way) and what I mean is they were very friendly and taught me a lot about the true value of cards and what cards appreciate in value over time. I will definitely be going back to sell more products to them and buy more.

Went in to check them out after a decade+ of not collecting any sports cards/memorabilia. Staff was very helpful and open about what they had. I found the prices to be fair and I ended up buying a couple dozen singles and a hanger box. Will definitely be returning to buy more in the future.

Just drove over the bridge from PA. Great selection of boxes. They were $30 cheaper than anywhere else on what I bought and had 2023 Bowman at rock bottom prices. Great spot.

Ill Start by saying don't even waste your time coming if your trying sell. If it ain't something they can pay you $20 for and make $1000 they don't want it. If you don't have knowledge of sports memorabilia like the them. There is a short ignorant little man working beside Scott who can help you by making you want to catch a case if you hear me. Save your time shop ebay, sell auction apparently way better and worth it.

Went there today, was surprised by how many cool items were there! We ended up buying multiple classic game consoles. Great prices on lots of things. We spent a long time looking at all the different stuff in the store. Beau and Josh were very helpful and patient with all of our questions! They were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be back.

I didn't catch the owners name, but man! What a great person he is, this is a business that started back in 1991 and is still hanging in. When he seen my last name he remembered it from my father we believed. Brought me back great memories as my father just passed in Febuary at 52 and used to come there when I was a baby to rent movies.The owner is by far one of the most professional and down to earth people I have ever met. Man, this place is great. Not many like it still around. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They always stay stocked with up to date trading cards and have a good amount of vintage collector pieces. The owner is a good dude and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Seems to be a very lucky spot as well, I’ve hit some very expensive cards out of packs sold from this store!! If you are a card collector Action is the place to go.

This place is the worst selling experience ever. I bought my upper deck collection of cards to this place the guy never even looked at what I had b4 I got to the counter he refused what I had. unbeknownst to him I had 3 cards in the collection worth 1500 a piece but because I was a black man wearing a Hoodie he turned me down. Drive fast past this place. What a joke. Black Lives matter

The staff here is the BEST! Very friendly and helpful. After the UPS store employee around the corner was rude and unable (or unwilling) to help me return my package, the Action Video employee was able to scan the address label from my phone and send my package on its way within moments. Very thankful for the courteous and knowledgeable staff at Action video. I will mail all my packages from here in the future, and I recommend you do the same!

Great people, great service and very fair pricing. I came in with my service dog and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The store is neatly organized to find exactly what you want. Prices were very fair. In fact a lot of items I saw in the store were cheaper than online. I will definitely be going back as this is now my favorite spot.

Best sports card shop out of the other 4 I have been to. They have coins, all types of sports cards, Pokémon and video game and technology. Prices on sports cards were cheap. tons of $1per card or 50 cents per card box’s. Selling binders full of cards for $10 to $20. Definitely worth going. And negotiation on prices.

Went today, for my first visit. While the staff was super friendly(above expectations) and the pricing on common items was fair, or below market. Anything semi-valuable was marked up, quite a bit above the going rate for ebay, and specialty stores, that carry similar items. While I will visit again for common/junk items I need, as the pricing was fair. Anything you might consider buying as a collector, was well over market pricing. Wich left me disappointed, as they had a few items i was in search of, that I would have paid market value for, but not over.

The shop owner offered me $43 for a hoops blaster premium stock and he was selling hanger boxes for $70 😂😂😂😂😂 what a clown. Better off selling on eBay! Stay far away from this place. Everything is overpriced and they always try to undercut you out of money! Be aware.

Went on ebay looking for a rare game for a great price. I was able to find them here in Jersey and they had my two games. I save so much money from them, since I know how much the games are worth and I saved so much thanks to them. Very friendly people and wound deff recommend visiting.

Legit scalper prices for Pokémon. You can find the all of the same stuff for literally half the price online. Someone tell these guys it’s not 2020 anymore and there’s no longer a ridiculous print shortage driving up the value of sealed modern product to ridiculous highs.

Very, very polite and courteous every time I've gone to either mail things on their mailing side or buy from the video/trade side. I love the good old-fashioned high quality of customer service in this establishment. It's just excellent.

DON'T bother going here if you are selling things. I understand places like this buy things at a low price in order to make a profit, but these guys will offer you an offensively small amount of money for your valuables. It's fine if a store is only interested in certain products, but don't lie on your website and make it seem like you are interested in buying everything under the sun. The customer service ranges from decently helpful to rude and unhelpful. Again, I wouldn't bother unless you are looking to buy their cheap stuff.
