Very friendly and helpful. I have been trying for a long time to get hummingbirds into my yard and with the help of the owner I was recommended a feeder and food solution. Within 2 days I had a hummingbird and now it's a daily regular at our house. Owner is very knowledgeable and can help with all feeding needs

During the pandemic, our family got into birding. Visited this store for the first time last weekend, and has such a lovely experience. The owner, Jim, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and takes his time with each customer. There were two other employees there when I went who were also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The store had a great atmosphere, and even the other customers were friendly...it kind of felt like you were all just hanging out. They had everything I needed and wanted and A LOT more. Excellent quality seed and suet for excellent prices. Will be returning (like all the time LOL), and cannot recommend this store enough. What a wonderful experience here!

Great store owned and staffed by great people! Their suggestions on feeders and birdseed have turned our backyard into a veritable aviary! They also stand behind their products 100%. A part on one of our feeders broke and they cheerfully replaced it for us; other stores would have only offered to sell us a replacement feeder.

I spoke with Nancy in the store. She spent a lot of time with me going over the various types of theaters, types of feed and the pole/feeder that would work for my yard. She was very knowledgeable. There was one piece that I wanted that they were out of, but it was on order and she took my number to call me when it comes in. I will definitely make my purchase when that part comes in and will continue to shop there.

The store owner is extremely helpful and was very patient. He answered any and all questions I had. It was obvious that he is passionate about birds and cares a lot about the customers. He recommended a bird feeder that prevents squirrels from eating the food. It cost more than the average bird feeder but was worth it. Works great.He also cares about the community. He hosts special events for the community to come and learn about birds, bees and other nature-related topics. Highly recommend to at least stop by.

This is a a great store for bird lovers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to get feeders or stock up on bird seed or other types of feed -- much better quality and selection than you will find at the big box stores.

This place has everything I could've ever wanted for my feathered friends and more, plus very friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone interested in birding and/or backyard bird feeding. I found this place after I could no longer get my usual birdseed online and I'm very grateful that it's nearby. I spoiled my birds and unfortunately the seed you get at supermarkets or home improvement stores doesn't cut it for them anymore. Too much millet and not enough of the good stuff. They have several blends to choose from including waste free options, as well as several kinds of feeders and other food options. I will definitely be back.

I am a long time bird watcher and am a new home owner. I am converting my property into Certified Wildlife Habitat and WBU-Denville has been a great ally. I have purchased a feeding station, bird bath, feeders and food. I love coming in the store and talking to the employees who have become friends.They always have such great gifts too! I love getting seed wreaths for family far away who you never know what to get them.I strongly encourage anyone who enjoys birds on any level, to visit the store.

Just started getting into bird watching and have VERY limited knowledge. But my kids and I stopped in looking to get some seed and see what else we might need. Art was super helpful in guiding us in how to get started. We will definitely be back!

First time I visited, will definitely be back. They have tons of feeders, bird baths, seed, and lots of other stuff, but the expert advice is even better. They know everything about the birds in the area and can get you set up no matter what you're looking for.
