It was like pulling teeth to get someone in pharmacy to help me get a refill quickly as I was in a painful state. Was told It takes at least 24 hrs to go through insurance. When I explain my situation.I still received resistance and then asked if someone could please try and put it through insurance. Surprise surprise it went through in about thirty seconds. I would have suffered for at least anothrr day had I accepted what they told me. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy. I will be weighing my options. Would never recommend pharmacy to anyone.

Be careful when purchasing bread items here. Bought a bread few days ago and I’m still having a stomach issue, Had a doubt and casually walked in today to look whats the cause of issue, I was surprised to see moulded bread in the same counter. Never coming back to this store again.

The pharmacy staff are always super helpful and answer the phones and are really nice. Never had an issue here unlike the cvs around the corner. Happy happy! Thank you!

My wife had an appointment for Covid vaccine at 5.10 PMWe reached there at 5:01 PM and finished the paperwork in 5 min.Waited there 37 min to get the vaccineThe pharmacist supposed to give the vaccine avoided my wife and taking care of other customers (as a receptionist).I reminded him again for the vaccine, but he ignored me.He requires proper training

I was door dashing with my aunt and we had some difficulty with our credit card. Emily was super nice and helpful! She did not make us feel rushed or stressed at all and did everything in her power to help us! She was also super proactive in getting some of her other coworkers to open up a register as to keep helping other customers. :)

Don't waste your time at Walgreens. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. You will sit around for half an hour, only to be told they never had the item/order you were waiting for. Poor communication and disrespect the time and resources of customers.

Just witnessed a very disrespectful argument from one of the store employees, her name is Debbie. She was screaming at some 13 years-old girls, calling them disgusting little rats, and chasing them throughout the store while screaming and insulting them, because apparently they were touching or trying some hair brush, which they paid for anyway. This employee was sooo loud that I could hear her from the other side of the store and I had to intervine so she stopped.I don’t know these girls, but I’m a mom too, and I’d fight for anyone treating kids like this woman did.If you don’t like kids acting like kids and if you don’t know how to treat your customers then find another job woman.

Pharmacy has major issues. They have been told not to deliver prescriptions to someone I take care of and instead wait for me to pick them up on 3 separate occasions in the past 12 months, yet they continue to deliver them. The recipient is elderly and due to dementia cannot handle receiving the meds on his/her own. The patient will overdose thanks to the Pharmacy staff at Denville Walgreen's. Avoid this pharmacy. MAJOR ISSUES.

Walgreens is my pharmacy of choice. Toe it has faster customer service shorter lines for prescriptions, longer hours nice big clean stores many groceries plus toys and makeup I need. I love their points program also.

This review goes as far as the pharmacy. Pharmacy here is horrible. The screw up your prescriptions all the time. My doctor writes my script for a year, every 3 months they are calling the doctor because they say I have no more refills. They have there own set of hours. They post hours of operation and then are closed before what they post. STAY AWAY!

The pharmacy is never helpful and there’s always a problem on their end. They never even seem to be sorry about it. One of the pharmacists told me she could keep my monthly prescriptions on file. That turned out to be a lie and now they lost all my prescriptions! Always an issue with them.I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years and no one even seems happy to work there.

I walked in to print a paper and I got to see the manager outside smoking a cigarette so I asked him I said are you Guys open he said yes then we go in to print and he rudely directed me to the the area then press a button to ask for help he comes over and grabs the wrong charger then I fix His error and I simply ask him hey is this a photo? He rudely slides it to me and says ya go pay for it up front very rude and tells me to go to cvs so let me get this straight the manager at the Walgreens in Dover told me to go to cvs pharmacy. I have been going there and all Walgreens since my grandpa was also on this earth man I don’t know if I want to even comeBack to that wall agrees even again

Worst place to go for COVID testing wish I could give negative stars. Between then and the Aegis lab waste of time. Don't use ever. Been over a week and supposedly lab still hasn't recieved the sample. And the numbers for assistance in tracking where the sample is are useless and they give you the run around. Don't bother or waste your time getting tested here.

Most unpleasant group of pharmacist. They're quick, but so was every other pharmacy I went to. I moved recently so this Walgreen's Pharmacy is only 3 minutes away from my home so I go there.
