The new, relocated, and renovated store is absolutely stunning! My mom had seen a Facebook post and recommended I go because my Bernese Mountain Dog, Moose, was in desperate need of a bath.I had walked in and inquired about doing a self-wash for Moose. The associate greeted me with a smile and walked me through their store and the bathing room. The bath room was absolutely beautiful with high-end finishes and really great equipment. You can tell they put a ton of thought and detail into the bath room (4 stalls total, 4-5 different shampoos/conditioners for use, and towels too). Being that Moose is a double coated long haired dog, it takes forever for him to dry. They must’ve installed professional blow-dryers because he was dry within 10-15 minutes (usually it takes about 45 minutes when I go to big box stores like PSP). I was super impressed. Their dryers also were pretty silent, great for anxious dogs. The bath room was clean, sanitary, and didn’t smell at all like wet dog - major plus!I had also asked if their groomer had time to trim Moose’s nails - I was introduced to Val who gladly trimmed and grinded his nails within 10 minutes. She was very gentle with him and did a wonderful job.They carry a wide variety of treats, dog food, raw hides, dog ice cream/pastries, you name it. They have grooming services too which is really great - I would recommend making an appointment. The prices seemed very reasonable and competitive given the market.I would highly recommend Mutts on Main for all of your dogs needs!

New location. Really cool place. Lots of items for dogs - special treats and items you wouldn’t even know of (I know I didn’t)! I didn’t purchase anything but will be back. I will also be taking my dogs here for their self wash station and also to try out the nail trimming service. Will keep you posted !

I used to work as a dog groomer (not in NJ) so I go here to groom my dog myself at the self dog wash. This shop is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. Great price for a self dog wash with an excellent selection of shampoos, including shampoo for sensitive skin. The blow dryers are powerful and get my dog dry quick. I will definitely be coming back

The overall experience at the store/dog brunch left much to be desired, particularly in terms of value. Despite the intriguing concept, the portion size and quality of the chicken and waffles fell short of expectations given the price point. For $20, one would anticipate a more generous serving size and higher caliber ingredients. Regrettably, I am unlikely to revisit based on this initial impression.

We saw that they carried Evermore brand frozen dog food while searching online.We stopped in to check them out. We ended up getting additional treats as well. Utterly impressed when I walked in! Love the self wash service because I love bathing my 2 big female dogs myself. So organized and the staff was hella kind and helpful for any questions or assistance. Their food products are so cool and convenient! Definitely coming back! Take my moneyyyy🙌🏽

I took my dog today to get groomed and i was very pleased with the service we received from the staff. I love that they have a wide variety of unique healthy things and the staff is quick to tell you what everything is and all of its benefits! Also i love the environment and the space looks amazing, safe, and welcoming to all the pups and their owners!

I took my dog to Mutts on Main to use the self service bath tub. The store is beautiful they have a variety dog food, treats, and toys for your dog. The self service area is clean everything worked properly. Ali and the team were a great help. I will be back!

The new location is amazing. It’s huge, clean, and organized. I used the self wash for our two pugs and it couldn’t have been a smoother experience. I also liked that after, I was able to have my girls play in their doggy play area while I shopped. Their options for treats and chews are endless.Additionally, I’ve used their daytime daycare service and was blown away by how awesome it was for our lab mix. Highly recommend!

Went to get my pups nails cut today. We had a great groomer last time and I sat with my pup while she gently cut and filed her nails. This time? The male groomer grabbed her from me and basically closed the door in my face, saying it’s his policy I cannot go in, then he place my dog on tjr floor behind the door so I couldn’t see what he was doing, and when I heard my pup cry (which she has NEVER done before getting her nails clipped), and I heard the other woman working with him said “the lady’s looking through the window”. Damn straight I am looking in the window! When my pup came out, tail between her legs, I saw he didn’t even cut her nails, just used the grinder so they looked all chewed up! Terrible. He was aggressive and unprofessional and the fact that he can’t “handle” having the owner in there is a sign that he doesn’t know what he is doing. Such a bummer, as I will never go back for nails. Wish the woman we had earlier would come back. Until then, I will go to my vet. So disappointed as I know the owners are great. UPDATE—The owner called me to collect more information and seemed shocked and really apologetic. I really appreciated the call and will return knowing she heard my concerns. I know they are great people and I want to support my local businesses! And I know it’s hard to find good people in this business who really know how to handle dogs with attention and care. They do their best!

LOVE their new shop! I've been in here a few times now and love everything about this place - what fun it would be to work here and engage with people and their dogs! There's a small space to unleash and "let loose," enclosed grooming/washing stations (wash is more expensive than other places), lots of fun dog treats, toys, and goodies - including the dog ice cream - which is my pup's absolute favorite. I appreciate that many of their products are either locally sourced and/or Made in the USA.

This pet shop is very cute and very clean with a lot of very good high quality products. I had an issue with one of the collars that I absolutely loved from here for my dog and the manager Samantha fixed the issue for us easily and really left a good lasting impression. I will definitely be back for more purchases in the future and highly recommend this pet shop to anyone searching for good high quality products that you won’t find in Petsmart or any of the surrounding pet store chains. Mutts On Broadway has a very good wide variety of food brands available too. Stop in and check it out if you’re in the area, support local businesses!
