Mistakenly went to the Minute Clinic instead of Quest in the same shopping center (the address and photo on Google was of the CVS). Waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me who was then so rude about my being in the wrong place. Dude, I'm getting blood drawn because I've been diagnosed with something possibly scary, I don't need you being rude at 9 am.

Young male pharmacist with glasses that was there 1/5/24 around 5-7pm is rude and does not know how to do his job at all. I did not complete services at the pharmacy due to his incompetence and attitude.

Just awful. Chronically out of the most basic prescription meds and some pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. The rudeness is actually understandable considering every time I go there the same people are working and look like they never leave.Last Friday my wife had a simple antibiotic prescription sent in. We received an automated text from CVS saying they received the prescription but it was out of stock. They expected it to be back in stock with 24 hours.Seventy two hours later we still hadn’t heard from CVS. So, we called about it and CVS now says they never received a prescription from the doc. Given that they sent us an automated text 72 hours before that said they had indeed received the prescription, we knew they screwed up.Given the text message evidence, you would think CVS would say. “Sorry! We messed up.” But you’d be wrong. The exact words of the woman on the phone at CVS was “Well, I don’t know what to tell ya. Call your doctor.” Then she hung up.Do yourself a favor and just go to the Denville Walgreens.

I am customer for last 15 years.Excellent service, new Pharmacist is extremely helpful. Staff is very pleasant and nice . My number one choice for all my pharmaceutical needs. 10 out of 10. They fill my prescription on time, if needed call my doctor. Highly recommend Sheikh

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Script was dropped off at 4pm and at 9pm they said “realistically, I’m not getting to this tonight.” Not a great way to run a business.

0 stars if I could. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with this particular CVS in Denville and their incompetence. But today certainly is the last time because I will never use this pharmacy again. On 8/22/22 at 9:26am I received an automated message informing me my son’s prescription is ready. My son called me at 12:25pm to tell me that there is nothing under his name or birthday at CVS. I called the automated system and confirmed his prescription is ready. My son is 19 years old and was absolutely disrespected when he kindly asked “can you please check again ? My mom just said she got a message and checked with your automated system.” CVS told him nothing is here for you with your name or birthdate. I called the pharmacy 3 times. The first time I was on hold for 23 minutes and hung up. Called back and was on hold for 31 minutes and hung up, then the 3rd time I was on hold for 37 mins and someone finally picked up. No apology of course. I explained the situation to this rude gentleman, in the meantime I told my son to leave since they were not trying to help him at all, interestingly enough the rude gentleman happen to find the prescription. I asked for delivery since we wasted our time already, he told me that it will take 2-3 days. I said I have received notifications in the past for same day delivery. He says “you have care pass?” I answered “yes”. Then he said “well you have to pay up front with a credit card.” Now why didn’t he ask me if I have care pass in the first place? So he sent me a link. Not at all comfortable with inputting my credit card info. So I called my son’s father. My son’s father went and picked it up. Funny they were able to find it when a 46 year old man arrives to pick it up but not my 19 year old son. Not 1 apology through out this entire interaction! My son’s father even witnessed all the phones ringing and the entire staff was just ignoring the phones while he was waiting on line. The manager and the entire pharmacy staff should all be fired!!! Disgusting!

I’ve used this pharmacy for years and rarely had an issue. I recently moved a few towns away and switched to a new pharmacy. What made me write a review today was one of the pharmacists, Clayton - I had an issue with my where I needed the specific manufacture of a generic med, because the pharmacy I switched to gave me a different manufacture of the same medicine and it gave me horrible side effects. I had my doctor call in another prescription to this CVS, knowing they had the right one. Clayton explained that my insurance wouldn’t cover it since I had a prescription recently filled at another place, but took time to help me ensure they had the correct manufacture, and even helped me find a coupon so it wasn’t so insanely expensive out of pocket. I don’t mind too much having to drive 30 minutes from my new town back to this CVS for my meds when the staff is so caring and helpful. Thanks Clayton!

Don’t go to this pharmacy if you actually want your prescriptions because they never have them. They lie and tell you to come pick up your order only to find out when arriving they don’t have it and you have to wait another day. The next day they tell you it never arrived and try to blame the delivery truck instead of their own incompetency of not ordering prescriptions in advance knowing their customers will need them. Hope this place closes down. They have inconvenienced me several times now and I’m never going back to this pharmacy again.

Got my booster from the pharmacy. Convenient store location and online appointment. Nice to know minute clinic can prescribe online/phone and deliver via pickup window. So hard to get a doctor appointment these days.

A poor excuse for a pharmacy. It couldn't handle a simple flu-shot appointment with valid insurance. Rude pharmacy management that is unwilling to resolve issues or listen to customers. Take your business to Walgreens until they change management with better people. Walgreens is much more professional.

The staff is exceptionally rude and incompetent. What's worse is that their condescension is not rooted in accurate information regarding pharmaceuticals, NJ policies by which they are bound, nor patient information . I will not be using this pharmacy in the future and would not recommend them if service and accuracy are important to you.They do not take care in treating customers with dignity nor delivering the very important service and responsibility they have to the safety of their customers.

This is the worst pharmacy! The staff and pharmacist are completely incompetent! My daughter brings in her prescription WITH refills and every month they give her a problem! They never enter the refills they always put it at zero! Causing them to have to reach out to dr last minute. The whole staff should be fired especially pharmacist if he makes these kind of mistakes what other ones is he making!

Beware.....I went to get my ears irrigated which is supposed to be an easy procedure to remove ear wax. During the procedure I got very dizzy and had extreme pain, I was told it was because the water was hitting the eardrum. When I got home I had extreme pain in my ears which radiated into my jaw. My ears afterwards were completely clogged and everything is muffled, plus I am getting shots of pain.I went to the Dr and discovered I have a ruptured tympantic membrane in 1 ear and a middle ear drum infection in the other ear, both from the irrigation procedure. What a horrible experience....I'm just hoping there won't be any permanent damage.

Friendly, and helpful! Small to make it easy to navigate. This store has received much needed facelift and it is beautiful! Great prices especially when you use the CarePass and app with coupons! I love shopping here and picking up my prescriptions!

Unfortunately, they need help in the area of "customer service" and "social skills". The majority of pharmacists are nasty... they have horrible attitudes. If you call, they are extremely rude and abrupt on the phone - cutting you off as you speak and getting the Rx's wrong in the system. I would suggest that if CVS cares for their clientele, they should honestly consider coaching these individuals. I have never dealt with such unprofessional and rude people. I moved my Rx to another pharmacy - my suggestion to people is to steer clear of this place, if they can. They have no respect for people.

I tried making an appointment for an antibody test, online said it’s walk in only. I try calling to ensure I can get the test by just walking in. Of course when you call cvs there’s absolutely no option to speak to a human. So of course I make the trip here and the minute clinic is closed. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I had the luxury of closing my job when I felt like it last minute and inconvenience people. I will not ever be visiting this cvs ever again.

Despite a longer wait time due to IT issues, the care I received at the minute clinic CVS in Denville was top notch. Very courteous and helpful NPs when treating me. I will use the minute clinic again in the future. Thank you

I was unable to make a doctor's appointment due to the hurricane. I had my doctor leave a voicemail asking for a weeks supply of my medication here, He told me he had. I called back yesterday, once the hurricane had passed, and was informed that a)their systems were down and they were out of a medication I needed. I was informed to call CVS of Whippany, but I couldn't: since my doctor was out of reach,as was his office, I couldn't get the medication transferred. This was a nightmare. I'd like to blame it on the storm, but, judging from other reviews, they are just not good and unprofessional - not to mention, the Store Manager was a d!ck. As others have said, avoid this CVS at all costs.

If I could give pharmacy 0 stars, I would. I have since switched to Walgreens in center of Denville. I just realized that I just wasn't willing - as a consumer paying for monthly script insurance plus crazy co-pays - that I needed to be treated like a human every month (imagine that...crazy, huh?) Store is convenient for me, but now I go .5miles more and am having a significantly better experience. Store itself is fine, photo services are good, and have had excellent experiences at Minute Clinic - just won't support the pharma for one more script.

The pharmacy is always swamped. They are a convenient location for me to pick up prescriptions on my way home from work, but the lines are always outrageous. I opt to go to the drive through. The staff is polite and helpful, but definitely short staffed.

Worst. CVS. Ever.This place has been horrible forever. The other day I went to fill a script there because my insurance company forces me to use CVS. I'm supposed to get 80 pills with my script. I'm the only one in line at the pharmacy and it takes them several minutes to notice I'm standing there. Finally they acknowledge me, but can't find my script anywhere, despite just calling me a few hours beforehand to tell me it was ready.They search all over the pharmacy, but can't find my pills. Finally, they check the rack of bags that begins with the first letter of my last name. Eureka! My script is there! Who'dathunk?! Seems alphabetical order was not the clerk's strong suit.So I finally get my pills, but knowing this place's well-deserved reputation, I count the pills before I leave. There's only 40 pills in the bottle, but the label on the bottle says 80 pills are inside. I return to the counter to let them know they shorted me 40 pills, but the Rishi Patel at the counter gives zero fvcks. He takes my pill bottle and walks in circles with it to pretend like he's actually trying to do something. Finally he just says to come back in three days to get the remaining 40 pills. Man, do I really have to come back to this place?I laugh at him. "Just give me my money back," I say. "I'll get this script filled at a different CVS."He refuses to refund my money, and clutches my pill bottle above his head like he's playing keep-away with it."So I walk in here, hand you $20 to fill my script, and I walk out with nothing?! Then give me the bottle back!"He refuses. "Come back in three days when Shihti is on duty."I get irate at this point and start making a scene.Finally, he gives me back my bottle of pills, despite it being 40 pills short. Tells me to come back in three days.I'm really looking forward to my return visit. Surely they'll swiftly rectify their screw-up and be apologetic and courteous. /sarcasmWorst. CVS. Ever.

Pharmacy Staff is mostly indifferent but Heena is first rate and her expertise makes it worth putting up with the inconsistent service. Also the really small girl is a sweet heart. Been going there since they opened.

Doctor at minute clinic is rude and has an attitude. Got there before closing time and they wouldn't see my little girl even though they could see she needed medical attention. Just go to an urgent care, this place is unprofessional.

Everyone in this store has a sour attitude. If you hate people so much , you shouldn't work retail.I brought my issue to the attention of the store manager, and he was absolutely the worst.When a store has an item advertised for sale, and there are not any left... You are given a rain check! I was a retail manager for many years, people always give you problems its part of your job.The manager gave me a nasty attitude, and was so angry about issuing a raincheck , or helping customers im not sure, it looked like he was ready to snap and explode at any moment.Kevin Rachek (spelling) , I agree with the other reviews, Is a total D!ck.Get a different job! I brought my prescription to this pharmacy, they did not have the medication, never called me to let me know, after two days I went to the store, they told me they will order it, never heard back from them. Have to called my doctor and go to another pharmacy. Worse service ever.

They were pretty speedy on giving a DOT physical, the only problem is the one who gave it isn’t on the national database to be able to give a physical.. found out when I went to work and safety checked it.. so I called their number to try and correct the issue, & I just get a run around.. that lady even checked their database and said the one that gave it was not on their database either.. the only answer I get calling them is , we’ll have someone get back to you!! So now I’m 120 miles from home and can’t go to work because of their screw up.. best part is I sent a copy to DMV so it’s in file for my CDL , but it’s not valid... save the headache and go to a real DR. Office

The worse place ever, they don't have a clue of customer service. The refills are late or incomplete and they don't even care. Medications are matter of death or life for some people, they are completely irresponsible.
