I’ve been a pharmacy customer at this Walgreens for a number of years. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff there. They always make sure that I get the best pricing available on my Medicare Part D plan, are professional, warm and caring.Today, they saved me more than $500 by researching and seeing that my plan now allows for generic instead of brand name for my medication. This resulted in a huge saving for me.I’m always grateful that everyone there puts clients first from my experience.

decent sized Walgreens that has great customer service and unique deals considering the proximity to all the closer pharmacies. I found deals and items that I normally wouldn't have found at other Walgreens locations so I was actually quite happy aboutthe driveway is a bit hard to navigate and get out of but other than that I have no real complaints. You know what you're getting when you go into a chain store and this Walgreens is no different except for the few things that they had that others dinner.

I came in and noticed a turkish guy was having trouble explaining himself to a worker so I went and helped translate. The 2 workers which one is a shift lead Michelle, were treating him so horribly just because he did not speak english. I helped him find the product he needed and he went to the cashier. As im walking i see Michelle and the other worker just laughing and talking about him saying theyre so tired of people who dont speak english coming in and showing them google translate. thats not how you treat customers. maybe take some customer service classes.

Went in to pick up my prescription and they confused it for another prescription of mine. The drive thru pharmacist did not tell me what I was getting just a price. I go home to find it’s the one I don’t need. I call them and let them know I’m coming back but my phone died. Once there, they tell me I cannot get a refund and the pharmacist manager LIES to me saying that I requested the prescription. Which I never said that particular medication and I never requested it. The prescription manager maintained his point of view and I’m left eating the cost because of their mistake. This is not how you treat customers.

Michele, a shift lead, provided extraordinary customer service. I got a message saying that my pickup order was delayed and I came into the store. She rectified that problem and got my order picked. Then, there was one item that wasn't in stock so my coupon got canceled because it didn't meet the minimum purchase criteria. She also rectified that problem with a Register Reward for a future purchase. I will definitely be back. Furthermore, the store was neat and clean. Definitely not a subpar shopping experience! Thank you Michele for being efficient and effective...

Good service, especially at the pharmacy dept. Walls aren't green, so some false advertising there. CVS has a better loyalty card/coupon system. Inconvenient morning pharmacy hours (not open until 9).

Nothing but issues with the pharmacy. Prescription submitted to get filled, notification of “order ready to pick-up”, arrive there with insurance card, “oh nope we don’t have that here, go to one 20 min away” I call. “Well when we ran the insurance we were just going to fill another prescription and didn’t check that we already had filled it”...so that makes me feel very comfortable that you actually look at my records or could ever tell me if a med conflicts with another or anything else that could be important. I’ll save the extra trip and go to CVS or the other Walgreens next time.

Pharmacy has mismanaged my scripts twice in the last six months. The latest episode, the assistant tells me my script needed to be refilled before 11/16. This was the origination date of my first fill and I was trying to pick up the 2nd of 3 refills. Upon pointing this out to the assistant, she informs me she already cancelled my script and a pharmacist will have to rewrite my script. The pharmacists reaction is ' it'll be a while we're busy'. I'd already been there 30 minutes.Moving my business elsewhere...

I'm not crazy about pharmacies but this is best one in the area. That being said they still annoy me. When a prescription is called in they have an annoying habit of waiting till you get there to begin filling it. I have come back over an hour or two later and still been told ten minutes. Wasn't that the point of calling it in? Staff is polite and courteous.

There service sucks spent 20 min doing picture to be told the pictures thing is done and all I got was sorry. There was no sign at all any where and the man was like ya it's been down all day HELLO HANG A SIGN UP DO YOUR JOB. I WILL NOT BE BACK

The pharmacy lost the prescription I had filled through my doctor and now cannot give me my medication on time. I repeat, this Walgreens pharmacy MISPLACED A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE resulting in me not getting my medication when I need it. Will only return for its location, being near my home. 0/5 🤷🏼♂️
