Rose was excellent and ( with help from her coworker) was able to clip our dog’s nails. Others had tried at other establishments and were unable to do it.

My Shih Tzu received the worst haircut she has ever gotten in her life, from PetSmart in Delran, NJ.Groomer’s name is Miracle!! She has no clue what a Shih Tzu dog looks like!She shaved the hair off her legs, her back and neck had more hair than the rest of her! Her face and top of her head was not cut even! She has no idea how to trim a dogs hair and she nicked her in her genital area!I have been taking my dog there over 10 years, but the groomers now are not like the old ones!!! These people are half trained and it seems they don’t even care!It’s time to say goodbye to PetSmart Grooming!I won’t be going back ever!!!

The service at this place is horrible. I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life. I went today Saturday July 22nd and there is only ONE employee working as a cashier, a mean old lady. I asked her if I could have assistance in the fish department and she said “there is no one working in that section today”. What kind of mega store has only one employee working? So unprofessional, management needs to be replaced.
