My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.

I go here for fish and things for my tank. I bought a glofish fluorescent light for my 75-gallon tank the last week of June.It worked pretty well for what it is. I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the amount of light. However, I used it for about 2 weeks, and it just stopped working.I had already trashed the box and wasn't sure what I did with the receipt.I took the light back, had no box or receipt, and the manager was excellent!She pulled up my account from my phone number, printed out my last receipt, and asked for my credit card to return the money.I told her I didn't want the money back, but I wanted a replacement. She told me to go grab one, and that was that! I got the replacement, went over, and bought a few grass shrimp and 2 fish, and that was it!I was a little disappointed to find out that they sold the glofish in discounted packs. I've bought several types, on several occasions in the store, and was never offered a discount for buying the fish in combo packs. But, this was still an overall good experience in the store. The manager and associate who helped me that day were excellent!

Went to the checkout line with many items and was told my Christie that she was going to smack me for having too many items and then made us move to take the person behind me after I had let two people go ahead of me. Normally the staff at this location is very kind so we were definitely surprised.

Welpppp. Haircut gone wrong. Went to the groomers told them I wanted him cut pretty short but not SHAVED. Why did they make my dog look like a yorkie. Why is he unevenly shaved? Why the heck did he go in looking like a teddy bear and come out looking like a whole different breed. It’s hair and it will grow back but for $65? Not to mention the wait is 2-4 hours it took 4 1/2 hours to finally get a call.

We went to this petsmart today to purchase a Chinese dwarf hamster and we were told they would not be selling us the hamster because we had a cage that they didn’t feel was good enough for any hamster. The cage was an exact same cage they sell at the exact same pet smart. So they’ll sell the cage to anyone but do not sell you a hamster if you purchase that same cage, which didn’t make any sense to me. I asked why would they sell the cage if they felt it wasn’t adequate for any hamster. I was then told the company does not care about the animals. This was completely ridiculous that they’ll sell someone the cage for a hamster but won’t allow you to buy a hamster for it. My daughter was very sad and we had to go to another petsmart to purchase the hamster. Will never be returning to this petsmart!

I have never seen a happier fish section. No sick or dead fish. Every tank decorated with enrichment and comfort areas for the animals. Bettas in properly sized and decorated tanks. Genuinely happy fish behavior on display. This is my new favorite PetSmart.

Just had my dog groomed by Rose, my dog isn't very nice to strangers, but Rose and the crew were very patient and understanding and King Louie did great! Not even a nip! Thank you for such a great job!

Pwr Smart has a wonderful adoption program for kittens and cats. There are always many to choose from and are all adorable. We adopted two and are so glad we made a difference. We 💖 them very much. Pet Smart also has a great variety of cat food for our Skitties 🐺🐱💖💖💖 We buy all their food there at decent prices

Inconsistent customer service. I rather not say what was told to be, but I ended up spending less then I intended because of the lack of service and care in the Fish department. At the register, I was rung up and middle of my order the cashier took another customer for a pick up item...no excuse me, do you mind, ...while my receipt was on her register, I waited. No thank you have a nice day or anything. Typically they ask were you able to find everything you needed etc also at the start...none of that happened.The volunteer ladies that are at this particular PetSmart for cat adoptions are wonderful. Their positive vibes is why I return to this particular Pet Store.

This is a super clean store. The layout is easy to follow to find everything you need and the staff is very helpful. I found an organic pet stain and scent remover and it’s worked wonders on my new white rug.

I went in to a Petsmart in my own town on multiple occasions and have never met one person who knew anything about the reptiles. Today I came to this location in Delran and met a kid named Nick. He was well informed about the reptiles and really excited to educate me on what I needed to care for what I was considering. Even though I didn't buy a snake, I just think this kid showed me a different perspective about Petsmart than what I expected. He thoroughly knew his job and that's refreshing for a young person these days or even anyone working anywhere nowadays barely seems to have an idea of what's going on. I saw a lot of negative reviews about dog grooming, but just as a curious potential customer looking for an informed employee, I can definately say that Nick gave me a pleasant surprise at this Petsmart.

Incredibly clean store! Friendly sales associates! Very organized! The pets- specifically the cats- were being cared for very well you could tell this location takes pride in a clean environment for all the animals. Highly recommend going there and checking out what they have to offer!

This store always has everything that I need. Animals seem cared for and staff is always approachable and appear to be knowledgeable. Lots of available parking, complete with a small area for your dog to do their business.

We have a rescue Pomeranian whose hair gets a bit crazy. After keeping it long for the winter, it came time for a spring haircut. I didn't want to take a lot of length off, just clean up the crazy bits. When I dropped him off, Christina S., the groomer, came over and listened to what I wanted. She did such a good job! His hair looks great and just as requested. When I came to pick him up, she was just finishing up his paws and he looked so at ease. He's a senior rescue dog, so it's nice knowing that he was in good hands for the few hours he was at PetSmart. We will definitely be requesting Christina S. for Randy's next grooming.Editing my review today, 7/27/18. We requested Christina S. again for Randy's grooming and, again, she did a wonderful job. Randy is sweet and timid, though we feel he's in the best hands with Christina. Standing by our original 5 stars; she deserves it!

Went in inquiring about a new fish, Dylan was very informative and took the time to explain the needs of the fish, as well as , recommend a type of fish for the size aquarium we were looking into. He talked us through the cycling process , in addition to recommending products to use. We are also always pleasantly welcomed by Amanda, and love coming to this location. They also price match any product you may find online, which is great. You ca tell they care about customers satisfaction and experience, which is what keeps us coming back.

This was my first time going to petsmart groomers for nail trim and it was such a pleasant happy experience for my new puppy & myself. I thought I wld be able to trim his nails easily while he is young since Iv been trimming my older dogs nails for 16yrs now & never had an issue. Well puppy wasn’t having it at all with me, nor when my mom came to help. He was impossible. We called the groomers, they took him the next day, and he made new best friends. They were all so loving, caring and helped calm him so much! I am still in awe of how carefully the groomer handled him while getting the job done quickly considering his anxiousness. This was such a weight off my shoulders and my puppy left so happy with lots of love from everyone. Thank you so much!

When in for a quick nail clipping for my dog, we walked in with no appointment and was seen almost immediately. The staff was very helpful and also helped me find food for my ferret as my dogs nails where getting clipped. One of the staff members also informed me that they do price match with chewy.com. I'd definitely be going back there to shop for all my pets.
