We LOVE this pet store. It's the healthiest cleanest most knowledgeable establishment around. They have the highest quality products and the prices can't be beat. The vaccination clinics are a huge help and much cheaper than going to any vet, and the service is amazing. The staff is so sweet and my red nose pitbull loves them all. They answer our questions to the best of their knowledge and if they don't know the answer, they'll refer me to somewhere that can help! A lovely personal experience, our girl gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and won't stop excitedly whining until she leaves with a new toy or a treat from her favorite manager! <3

We went in for new treats for our two pups. At checkout, our sales associate Tim was extremely friendly. He signed us up for the pets plus program and informed us about other quality items they have in store. We were back within a week to talk to Tim about dog food recommendations. He is super knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about pets. We will only be coming to this location from now on. Thanks Tim!

I haven't been to Pets Plus in quite awhile but stopped in the other day looking for my cats favorite treats. I have to admit I was impressed by the change in the store. While I don't understand why this store is listed as pet adoption services, it is first and foremost a pet store that offers adoption services in store. Gone are the small cages that were previously in this store and the ridiculously high prices they asked to adopt. The furbabies now have larger rooms that were actually quite clean and the adoption fees were somewhat reasonable, although not as low as a local shelter. They also have a large selection of pet food, treats, and bedding for all your furry friends. Be sure to check out the back. They have a nice selection of fish and reptiles. I fear one fish was actually so large someone might think about eating it as opposed to keeping it in a tank.

Pets Plus in Delran is my favorite place to go. A month ago I walked in, just looking, and found that the staff answered every question about a puppy I saw in their store. I've had dogs all my life but never have I had a Catahoula Leapord Dog before or never heard of this Breed. I threw all kinds of questions at the owner and staff and they answered every one so threw at them. They were very knowledgeable about puppies which made me purchase the puppy named Melvin but know is known as Beau. He's a Lab/Catahoula Cur mix and he is adorable. The staff also is very friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the different types of food that's best for the puppies growth and health. I would definitely suggest Pets Plus in Delran. Thank you guys for EXCELLENT service.

I’m so glad I lived close by to this wonderful pet store because my Gf & I love this place! If you ever want to rescue a puppers you have to come here. We just adopted our baby Darci 🐶 from them, although we have to wait until the vet signs off for her release to assure that she’s in good health. Which made me feel happy & relieved because they really showed how much they care for the well-being of the animals. The whole staff has shown us nothing but respect and have been very helpful with every visit. We will definitely be sending family & friends here. They have so many toys and treats that your fur baby can choose from and all different types of great healthy foods. This will definitely be our go to store forever! 🤗I want to thank Tiffany, Jess, Luke & the other ladies & gentlemen who have made us feel welcomed here and given us all that we needed and some for our beautiful fur baby🐾

The Delran location has a wickedly rude manager. She talked down to and treated me like trash when I came in to adopt.I went to Bensalem location and adopted a dog with no issue (second dog I’ve adopted from Bensalem). I’ll stick to Bensalem where they treat you well.

My wife and I are picking up our pupper today! The management and team here are extremely helpful. I see all the negative reviews and am kind of sad to see them! This will be my 4th day in a row at this store and I've had no issues yet. Remember, these puppers are rescues. Conditions could be better, but I imagine having them at Pets Plus is better than being left in a kill shelter.Management knows their dogs well - I can't speak for any other type of animal here. I was very impressed.My friend recently adopted two dogs from here which convinced me to adopt one. I would come here again.

I'm pretty particular and I have my favorite places, so that's why 4 instead of 5 stars. Good store. Friendly enough staff. I feel they are lacking a bit in some selection in the aquarium department for certain supplies (quantity and specific products I prefer) but they have some really cool finds ... like fiddler crabs. They have some really cool animals and stuff. (And they are pretty nice, so I'd bet that if I would speak to a manager to request my products, they would probably carry them for me.) I will say that if I'm going to pay for a dog, I'd prefer to get spayed/neutered myself. The prices for the adoptions are pretty hefty. They DO have a points system that earns you real cash off of your shopping trips, though. So, if you're a regular and buying stuff all the time anyway, you might as well check them out and spend your money here.

The staff was so nice and you can tell they are invested in the health and welfare of the pets available for adoption. You can tell they love what they do. When I am ready to adopt a rescue dog in a few months I will be going back there. I lost my 12 yr old lab/border collie mix last summer and they were so compassionate with my feelings. This place rocks!

Bought a Holland lop bunny from these guys and guest what happened after only 3 weeks of having her she died I had her cage open for her to run around so she wouldn’t feel uncomfortable and I also feed her 2 times a day with a little snack at a specific time and now she’s gone thanks a lot for not giving much information what so ever on these things as a first time pet owner

I asked one of the staff members if they had pet blankets & got a rude glare stare back as if I was asking some insane question. So I just went to Target & got 1. I don't do rude. U need to train your staff to be kind to ppl that are paying your outrageous prices. I used to buy litter from there...$50 a bag. No more for me.

Staff was friendly & helpful. They carry quality food as well as affordable food. There's a nice selection of treats, toys & leashes. I don't like that customers don't heed their signs that say not to bring pets down the rescue aisle & staff doesn't enforce it. The caged dogs were getting upset, anxious & lunging at the glass at the sight of people's dogs & it's stressful for them. I didn't get to really see the animals bc had my own dog so didn't walk down there, but for rescues the prices I saw were very high. Don't like them selling dogs here.

The staff here are AMAZING! I came in to get a new voucher for my dog’s neutering and they gave me all the tips. They also helped my find a remedy for some of my dog’s behaviors!

I was able to find what I was looking for within the first 5 minutes of my visit. The shelves are well stocked and organized in a consumer friendly way. The store did not have the odor usually associated with pet/pet supply stores. This is a strong indication that the staff is paying attention to detail, which necessary to maintain a professional and well oiled machine. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved.

I adopted a dog about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. I get all of her food and toys there. The staff is super friendly. I'm just happy they switched managers. Jordan is way more knowledgeable about almost everything. The old manager Jen I think was an alcoholic or something because Every time I went there when she managed the store, She seemed to be hung over. Anyways I could be wrong that's just my opinion. And I'm not the only one who thought that. My boyfriend went in one time and thought the same thing. We've been so happy with Jordan and the rest of the staff. And will continue to keep shopping there.

My experience at pet plus today was extremely pleasant! Juliana is so knowledgeable, informative, and went above and behind to help me find the perfect dog food for my dogs. She took the time to patiently explain which brand was best and why. She knew exactly where everything was in the story and did not make me feel like I was burdening her by asking for help; Quite the opposite feeling I get compared to other pet stores. I will definitely be making Pet Plus my main pet store after today!

Well I've seen the negative reviews and could understand perceptions, however We not only shop there,we also take our pup up there. When we walk in the door we are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome, we usually have the manager give us one on one attention and she helps us with recommendations and suggestions. our pup never leaves without a little gift from them and she's loved by all when we go there.Yep, I'll admit sometimes the puppy poops stack up a little, but Ive never seen deplorable conditions..Remember THESE ARE RESCUES..There are much worse conditions that the dogs had ALREADY come from. So if you want to judge and expect a 5 star hotel for each dog at ALL times your being unfair.. They are warm, well fed and getting a second chance at life.. Maybe it's not what you would do, but it's much better than what they had...Be fair..Anyway, Zinnia loves it and we are happy to go there for our supplies and suggestions, and sometimes to just take Zinnia for a visit..

Staff was extra helpful and on point when our group came in with a last minute adoption. We came in for a couple of aquarium things and left with the most adorable, lovable cat in the world. They treat their animals and their customers awesomely and the knowledgeable staff/owner helped us prepare everything for our new addition. 11/10 would go there to adopt again.

Had a wonderful experience at Pets Plus! We adopted such a sweet dog today, the manager Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff seems to really care about the animals there and you can tell they have special relationships. I would 100% recommended this store to anyone.

Luke was amazing. I walked into the store for the first time and he went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable about dogs and how to care for our new puppy. Would recommend this store to anyone. This is where I will continue to go for my pets products and needs.

This is the only place I'll go to for my pets! It has a great variety! The staff is super friendly, I think the cashier's names are Maddie and Justin, and the managers, Jordan and Luke, are really helpful and knowledgeable. There is, also, this one young lady... I THINK her name was Julia or Juliana? I see her in there all the time and she is AMAZING. She is always so helpful,informative, and really friendly. If she isnt a manager already, SHE SHOULD BE! :)

Super knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. Great selection of fish and other aquatic animals. An amazing collection of terrestrial creatures as well. Cole is crazy knowledgeable and I've yet to find a question he hasn't been able to answer. Jordan and Luke have done a bang up job cleaning, tidying, and reorganizing the store into the very clean and organized environment it is today.

I was extremely pleased when walking through the front doors of this Pets Plus location. I have been to numerous Pets Plus stores within Pennsylvania and this one by far is the best one yet. I would highly recommend visiting this store. The cleanliness in the store was a huge plus for me and on top of that, their staff members were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products and animals.

In 2006 I purchased a puppy I fell in love with at first sight! She had only been there a day when I saw her so I purchased her right away and waited a week for vet approval to take her home. She had ear mites. We got the clear to take her on Easter day. She has been the smartest, most special adorable little girl her entire life. She was very easy to train and has been the light of my life! She's a Morkie and she will be thirteen next month! She's doing amazing and I'm grateful and thankful that this site provided me with such an incredible animal! 10/10 (or five stars in this case) would highly recommend.
