This is a gem of a storage facility — not on Rt. 130 so it is quiet and secure. I have been storing here for several months, and am very pleased with the front office staff, the cleanliness and good repair of the building, and the measures taken to ensure that people and goods are safe. The staff does daily walk-through inspections of the entire building and grounds, and weekly “in-depth” checks. All this adds to my storage unit being secure. The building lighting is excellent. As a solo female I have absolutely no worries about being at my storage unit alone — and that says a lot about this Life Storage!

Great experience from beginning to end. Never had an issue and even when things got mixed up at end, they made everything right. It is why i will continue to recommend and use them exclusively. BTW, front office rocks, they are great!

This place has been kind of a life saver. I was going through a move and had no where to put my things as I was downsizing and their pricing met my needs. The only thing I do not like about the business is that they will randomly raise your rates and will only notify you through the mail. I feel like this is a bad business practice because if I'm so much as a day or two late I can guarantee someone is calling my phone looking for money however you can't give the same courtesy when making me pay more money? It's just backwards to me. However, the customer service rep, Kevin was great to deal with. He's very down to Earth and knows his job well. If it weren't for Kevin I would probably leave a lesser review but he definitely made the news and experience tolerable. So they know what they're doing in the hiring department lol.

Experience was super easy. I had a couch that wouldn't fit into the apt, and movers on the clock, so I had to make a quick decision. Delanco was the closet option for the size storage needed, and price was decent. Renting online was a little glitchy, and took alittle extra attention, so that was not my favorite part, but the manager was really great. Tom sends out a welcome message with everything you need, so you have a streamlined/contactless option and leaves ur lock in your locker if you dont want to go into the office too. He is super nice though if you do go in to explain it all as well, and didn't realize there was an email, lol.

Good size units. They have some carts you can use to move your stuff. Great hours to access your unit. Its two stories but they have an elevator. Really helpful staff.

Love the units but the prices have gone up way too far. I have a 10x15 and I’m paying $181. Online the unit is going for $94. How does this work.

Only been here a year and the price went up 2 times. The staff expecially jenn is amazing but the facilty is not as secure as they say.5 months after having our motor home here someone stole our catalytic converter. The company said they would put more cameras and didnt. All they did was raise the rent then we got a notice at the end of the year they doubled our rent to 253.00. This is price gouging at its finest.

The experience was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I ended up cancelling my storage unit because when it changed corporate hands, it increased monthly cost by over $30 a month for the same space.
