First of all they take 2 weeks to respond (to an existing customer) via text (NO ONE picks up the phone) for an appointment. Secondly, they don't even tell me that they nicked my dog and only find out when I see blood in my car and at home.Thirdly - They truly Tip Shame you into leaving something for this type of service. Terrible way of doing business.

Murphy hates to get his nails clipped. They do a great job and he pulls the leash when we get there so he can get inside. Both my Daughters brought their dogs there as well and they did a great job on both!!

I went in to cancel in March and the young man at the front desk never filed my cancellation form he was quite rude and walked away when I was filling out the form. He told me to leave it there and went back to his conversation with other employees. 2 months later I had to return because they were still charging me. They didn’t even have the paper work I filled out. I had to show proof thank goodness I took a picture of the form with the date cancellation.

Wanted to support a small business and treat my new four legged family member to a groomer. Sadly to say I was very disappointed to see they are a rip off. I have a newly adopted ~2 yr lab with anxiety issues. I spoke to them over the phone and they understood and recommended medication which I did use, the night before and the morning of. They mentioned what was included with the $70 service when I booked which was bath, deshedding, and nail cutting. When I took him in, they saw how he was and put him directly in the bathtub. They asked me if I wanted them to dry him which surprised me because why wouldn’t I if I am paying for it. At the end they asked me to stay as it will only take 15 min. I figured maybe since it was a quick shower and it looked like they didn’t do the nail trimming or drying that it would be cheaper. No, it still turned out to be $69 (reduced a bit for the nails) with taxes. I was already not so happy that quick 15 min bath and no drying was expensive but we walk out and my yellow wet lab picked up all of the dirt from the unpaved driveway. In the end I’ll have a dirty, wet dog smelling puppy all for $70. Not coming back.

Debbie (the owner) is wonderful with animals! I've been going there for years and she always takes such good care of my dog. She is friendly, helpful, professional, and does a great job with everything from a bath to a full trim. Plus she has a variety of products for grooming and general pet supplies in case you need them. Since I discovered Debbie I haven't gone anywhere else!
