The other day this wonderfully professional young lady greeted me near the entrance and asked if I needed help finding anything. My entire visit she made it her priority to give me the most optimal customer experience. Katy's smile was bright but her customer service was far brighter. She is the only reason to shop at CVS cresskill and it's in my opinion that she deserves a raise as she is genuine and cares about her job and her customers. 11/10 customer service

This location advertises a drive thru window. The window is closed basically everyday. Not sure why, one employee said it was lack of staff 3 months ago. They reopen maybe once a week. Due to sickness and other reasons. People go through a drive thru to avoid spreading illness. Obviously the pharmacy mgr is having problems holding employees. Inside the store is fantastic, manager is terrific and his staff. Store is clean as well.Evaluation: Try going to another pharmacy For Prescriptions!!

Tonight went in to your store the purchase some items after paying for my items I receive my receipt but I forgot to take my change, I left the store I went to walk to my car when your employee came out and told me that I forgot my change. CVS is not a pharmacy I like to use. They price their products according to where you live which makes me feel they are making me pay more for products. Their shelves are inadequately stocked and they have too few employees to help should you need it. I don’t enjoy going there at all!

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The cashiers were kind however this one hispanic lady was extremely rude. The instant I walked in I got kicked out for no reason at all. I was first questioned about what I would purchase and whilst looking at the isles I was asked to leave as she claimed "You probably aren't buying anything get out." I was not disturbing anybody, was not making noise, I was simply minding my own business looking at what I should get however sadly I didn't end up purchasing what I would have liked to.

CVS has become a garbage company they were always super expensive but now it's even worse this location 99% of the price tags are wrong but it doesn't really matter close to shelves are empty and there's nothing for you to buy anyway. CVS has gotten rid of so many employees and so many employees have just left because the company has turned to Pure trash it's not even worth shopping here anymore it barely was to begin with years ago and now with a 12 pack of soda costing $10 when you used to be able to get three of them for that price and bottles of water going for almost $5 each the store is just a joke. CVS plans to shut down the retail part of their stores anyway and switch to Pure Pharmacy because that's where they make their money and it shows that they don't care about the front anymore

The pharmacy staff are very rude. Not all of them are like that, but some staff members have to tell me how many times they don't understand English. Especially for Koreans, write your name and date of birth on a piece of paper. Every time I went, I was stressed, so I decided to move the pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff was so unbelievably kind, you don’t find that many places. All my pharmacy needs I will be coming here from now on. I needed medication for my pet very quickly and they went above and beyond to make sure he had his medication!

I’m a fan of CVS and we go there a ton and the selection is good for a lot of things we need. I just wish that A.) the coupon machine could read the barcode on my phone - where all my loyalty cards live (what the heck, guys?) B.) I wish that Apple Pay worked there (what is up with that?) and C.) there is always always a line. It’s like they go out of their way to make sure there are always two people ahead of you online, no matter how empty the store is. They need to deal with. Lines to pay are over, cvs just has not gotten the message.

This is by far the best CVS in the area. Particularly, their pharmacy department, managed by Jessica Lee, is always helpful, accommodating and professional. The store staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The company should send people here for training!!

For Covid Test only : Don't recommend the drive-thru. CVS provided video would be enough for the test and the pharmacist made me more confused. Why don't you just run a drop box only? It will save your cost

Great store but can someone form CVS management pay attention to the dirt and garbage that is all over the parking lot. I felt like I was in the Bronx, so unpleasant... very basic maintenance of the property...

I was trying to look around and buy something but was immediately told to leave the store for no reason whatsoever with no clear reasoning. The employee who kicked me out was being very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed and angry.

The worst customer service at the pharmacy I have ever experienced. Rude pharmacists that are very condescending. I would not suggest anyone put their medications through this pharmacy. They charge me different prices every month im here for the same medication. Horrible horrible horrible

Came for covid testing and its a huge mess. They were 45 min late, we sat on the car for one hour before getting to our appointment. And this is because they require appointment. Huge mess, find another place to get tested
