Got my friend a bag of kitkats unwrapped through doordash. thank god i checked the packaging before handing it to her- because there was a giant hole which resembled a mouse entering/biting. Disgusting. And wonder who this could have happened too as well, and want to make someone aware in case they encounter same thing. Hope no one else receives their items in same conditions and hopefully 7/11 could be better for their customers.

I go to this 7 eleven frequently because it’s the only one near my house. Every time the workers have a strange attitude. One time I was there with my daughter and her friends and they told us to get out for simply being there. We weren’t talking or bothering anyone, just walking around buying some things. They are so unbelievably rude and one time talked about me right in my face and me and friend understood every single word. My daughter has told me multiple times on how she has gotten kicked out for no reason. Staff are super entitled and a high ego. If you have anger issues, I warn DO NOT GO!! Overall throughout all the times I’ve been there the workers have ruined my experience.

If you’re not a pretty white girl or a cool old white dude 🤙 they don’t give you the discounts on the yellow stickers. I’ve already tested this 3 different times, I grabbed some monster energy drinks and they charged me for them separately when the sticker said 2 for $4. Then I tried a different day with some other items and the same thing happened. The people working there also have a weird attitude like you’re bothering them just by giving them business. The same employees work in the other stores around the area. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I would avoid the 7/11s around here.

I placed an Uber Eats order here, and they didn't have the items I wanted, which is fine. What is not fine is for them to make the executive decision to substitute the items with old, expired food. I'm reporting them to the BBB because this is ridiculous.

7-11 standards are low, that being said this place has friendly staff and is usually cleaner than other locations. No one is really eating the food they make (right? I hope) but everything looks like there’s some care put into it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My younger sibling and I had 2 medium free slurpee coupons, thus filled 2 medium slurpees. Once we headed to the register we were told we would have to pay extra. I then asked why we would have to pay extra when we followed the coupon’s guidelines. They had said that we chose the “extra large “ slurpee cups. This was incorrect since the cups were labeled with the sizes and we had chose the medium sized slurpee cups, yet they insisted that we not only can not use the coupons, we would have to pay extra. I then asked the employee if they can show me the medium cups and they directed us and said that there were no medium cups available. They then said it was our fault for picking the wrong cup when we had chose the cup in between small and large. Overall, the employees seemed as if they did not want us to purchase these slurpees and made up an excuse of not having cups. Do not recommend coming here with family or children.

PROS: I've been coming here for the past 11 years since they opened and I always liked it. Their place is clean, employees were always friendly to me, prices were the same as other convenient stores, and their selection is just as big as any 7-11. They keep their ready-to-go food stocked at all times and the sushi machines are never empty. Great hang out place for a lot of kids in town too.CONS: The parking lot is tough to navigate in and out of since its small and the entrance is narrow.OVERALL: This is a place I always go to for something quick and I never had a bad experience here

After the Ida renovations, they added modern coffee machines. This is my first time seeing them at any 7-11, and they also added a mobile checkout kiosk, right by the door.I took 1 star off because someone keeps changing the hours of operation back to 24hrs. The Cresskill location is not 24hrs due to town regulations, so whoever is changing it is either constantly mixing up Cresskill and Tenafly or is misinformed.

This 711 has everything you need. You want grass fed locally sourced milk? Go to 711. Want hand picked fruits and vegetables? Go to the 711. But beware, if your browsing the shelves for more than 5 minutes you will have the manager eyeing you down from across the store and sniffing you like a police KN. This man sucks and always closes the store early.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place charges more than any other 7/11 within a few mile radius. In the last week they have raised the price of juul pods 2x’s on Tuesday they went from 22 dollars to 27 and then today they are 32. They also charge more for things like coffee too. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else

Don’t go there for coffee! Manager tells you coffee is fresh but all pots were near dead. Old , stale and luke warm. Not a good or usual 7-11.
