everytime i’ve come here since moving to the area my order is wrong. they forget something but they’ll give me two of something else to make up for it.. i don’t want 3 munchkins i want the wrap i spent $4 on. the line is unreasonably long because they’re astronomically slow and even being that slow they still cannot seem to get orders correct.

I walked in to order, and there was no one at the register. All employees were at the drive-through window, I ordered at a touch screen next to the register, One black coffee, stood there for a while and continued to be completely ignored by all staff which was 100% focused on drive through customers. After a while, I managed to get one of them to respond, and they said my order was in line behind all the car's orders in a not so friendly manner. Why don't they just lock the front door? The walk-in service is horrible! There was no regular sugar at the self-serve station, only artificial sweetners. And they have the audacity to have a tip jar in the counter, which is atended to by no one, except a touch screen. This whole coffee purchase was like a seen from a distopian TV series or movie. Jeeesh. Oh, and I think I got jiffed, the midnight black coffee I ordered was weak, just like their regular coffee. I've had midnight coffee brew at other DDs before, and it's supposed to be much stronger. There was no one to complain to anyway. Might as well staff this DD sitting area with self-serve coffee machines and AI voices that are nice.

Clean DD, drive thru is easy to access. Customer service was great. It didn't take long to order and get my food. I like the big parking lot. The food is DD food. Coffee is great and breakfast menu is superb.

I end up going here at least a few times a week, sometimes they're jam-packed while at other times their relatively less busy, but every time they take care of the order, do not get pressurized by long wait lines, and take the time to prepare your meal and coffee and deliver it with a smile. I highly recommend this location. Enjoy your coffee!

Every single item I ordered was wrong. The coffee wasn't the right size so I didn't even get the offer. The hashbrowns came in a sticky bag in which the hashbrowns inside were broken and soggy and didn't even come with ketchup packets in the bag. The wake up wrap didn't even have the bacon in it even though I specified. The person who took the order had a nice demeanor to her though. Doesn't change the fact that I'm still hungry and that was the one stop I could make for breakfast.

I don't like to complain much, and it could have been the fact that I had been driving for so long. The drive thru was extremely slow, we sat in the line for about 15-20 minutes. I placed my order through the mobile app prior to that. When reaching the window my order, which was simple, wasn't ready and the coffee was warm, not cold, but not hot either. This was my first time there, so maybe it was an off day. The lemon cake and muffin was fresh so it wasn't a total bust 🤷🏾♂️

This should be a five-star location, but they are simply shortstaffed. The folks who are there work hard, but there’s not enough of them to keep up with the demand, which I’ve seen include upwards of 10 cars in the drive-through on a Sunday evening, which is a time when one would think there wouldn’t be a tremendous demand for coffee. Location looks nice and clean, but people don’t even have time to look you in the eye when you’re ordering, that is, if you actually get a human to take your order and not a kiosk.

Not that I hold Dunkin donuts to all that high of a standard, but this place was atrocious. Nobody helped anybody here, there was only one 'self ordering' screen to fight over with all the other customers. The employees just stood around and did nothing, they got my order horrendously incorrect but I didn't even care enough at that point to say anything, I just took the ruined order and left. What I received was not even close to what I ordered. Also as a side note, people were literally leaving because they were so bored of waiting

Love this place! They make your coffee right. The staff cares and greets the customers in a friendly manner. Plus the manager has put together a wall of pictures of veterans that stop in, looks great!

Been here 3 times since I moved back to the area.2 out of 3 were messed up by simply not reading the sticker on the cup. Donut was old my 6 year old took a bite and asked me if it was okay to toss it. Dirty tables. Promotional product boxes on customer tables. I'll just go a bit further to Wawa. Consistency is key.

The number I’ve times I’ve come to this “donut shop” for them to be out of donuts entirely or out of all the good varieties is hard to believe. I get they’re trying to become a coffee-first shop and are even taking “donuts” out of their name at a lot of locations but it’s no less disappointing to see what has happened to this once-great franchise.

I stop at this location every now and then because there really are no other locations in the area. Yesterday I ordered the new cold brew. Sat at the drive thru window for a few minutes, no big deal. The kid handed me my drink and was honest with me, told me he had no idea how to make it because no one ever taught him how to make it and because there was only 2 people working. I have no issue with this, I honestly felt bad for the kid. My issue is that after pulling away I noticed a film on the outside of my cup and my hand that smelled like bleach. Bleach?!?! I get that you’re busy and short staffed, but the fact that my cup had bleach on it and probably many other customers orders is inexcusable. This location seriously needs better training and/or better management.

Places like Dunkin are made or broken by their service. This location has some of the greatest service I've seen in fast food. Vicky and Lucas were awfully nice, and they were certainly busy. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable in my visit, which is definitely uncommon. If he's not the manager, he sure as heck should be.Gone here for years, and I can't remember any mess-ups. Solid DD bolstered by a sense of community and hospitality-replete with a Veteran's Wall! Really lovely to see.

The employees are very nice but this location is out of everything every day of the week. Sandwiches, refreshers, coffee flavors. Doesn't matter when you go they're gonna be out of something you wanted. Management needs to budget better.

Horrible service! Made a mistake and went into Dunkin to order two coffees and get munchkins to bring to my grandchildren. I was the only customer inside and was totally ignored, not acknowledged by any of the four employees. After about five minutes, I asked if I could place my order. A woman, who appeared to be the manager, came over without a hello and took the order. She slowly got the two coffees and left to work on other drive thru orders without fulfilling the munchkins. Again, I had to ask if I could get the munchkins so I could be on my way. A nice young man finally came over and completed my order. The manager should be ashamed of the customer service provided.

This happened twice with me in a span of less than a week. I went into the drive through around 8 50 pm today and around 9 pm the other day. I asked for hot latte and I was told the latte machine is "forced closed" for cleaning because we are about to close . When I argue that it's more than an hour left for your stated closure time then the lady was stammering and said we need to clean machines etc. Seriously ? The worst drive through experience I had and courtesy to this branch of dunkin donuts.

The drive-through lines are VERY long during the week days before 9 AM. If their service was a lot faster then I would want to stop in more often for my coffee.....in the past they have messed up my order, but I have gotten free food because of it. The employees are usually always friendly but I feel like they could use better management for such a busy location.

Worst in all the land. If you get out of there in a timely fashion (under 10-15) min your lucky. If you get all of your order, your lucky. If you get the right order, your lucky. The entire team needs an overhaul and the franchise owner needs to rebuild. The system is broken, there is no teamwork and no sense of urgency. I hope someone on that team reads this and passes it up the chain of command.#Make D & D Great Again..

Went through the drive through this afternoon. I ordered an iced caramel latte. It tasted wonderful except for the fact that they forgot to put ice in it. I didn't appreciate room temperature coffee that was suppose to be iced. It seems that whenever they get busy they get lazy and almost always mess up the order.
