Bhazi approves ! This cute little shop offers different varieties of snacks for the doggies. They even carry toys and dog products. I wasn’t aware that they did grooming as well ! I absolutely loved the cute decorated cookies for the dogs.

My pug Kratos absolutely loves his grooming every month. The Woof Gang family is always excited to see him. He is always excited to see them too. Kratos has been a regular customer since they opened. He so enjoys his blueberry facial!!

I always thought I liked it here because of Natalie and Ginette, but somehow got Britney this time (did not ask for her) and she shaved my beautiful doodle down to the skin. Britney was not friendly, did not seem to show interest in my preferences, and did not contact me before making my dog practically bald. The other groomers consider “shaving” her to be shorter hair. Apparently to Britney, this meant take all the hair off that is possible. I cried when I saw my looking like this. Thanks for nothing, Britney. Praying this grows out before my weeding, in a month!!!!!

Bought some of the cute treats that were on the table when you first walk in. They are rock hard and even my dog is having trouble chewing them. One flew off the counter when I tried to cut it in half and it still didn't even chip from bouncing off the floor, that's how hard it was. You would think they would be fresh on a Monday.

Great place to get your pup groomed. Natalie is a great groomer and really pays good attention to detail. The price is reasonable as it includes not just the haircut but also nail trims, and bathing. Friendly staff and very easy and clear cut ways of setting up appointments. I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming!

Nothing but regret, anger, & sadness! My dog is crying in pain after grooming. I did ask for a short cut, but my poor boy is suffering & from clipper burn & probably dryer burn on top of it. His bum is raw & so are the top of his hairless knees. We used to like it here, but it’s painfully clear why good groomers don’t stay long. Please learn from my mistake!!

Absolutely THE BEST grooming service we have experienced. They listen to your needs, and cut for the breed. Not a “one-cut-suits-all”. Ask for Jeanette. If there’s ever a Groomers Hall of Fame, she should be the first inductee!

Overall great place. They have a varied selection of apparel, wellness, treat and play products for dogs, staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and the pup looks fantastic after her grooming! But dang that overpriced buffet of treats; especially if you have a larger dog- 2 scoops of the smallest of treats was over $10.

My pit bull who does not like the groomer, went here and found true dog lovers… they saw Kiko and they lived on him ..Real genuine dog lovers, who really take the time to love on your dog and hear you definitely would go and try out the services high recommend and great prices.

Natalie is wonderful with our dogs, very attentive and caring. We trust her and feel comfortable bringing the poodles in every 5 weeks. The rest of the staff is lovely and the store is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. I am wholeheartedly recommending this place to anyone who needs to get their dogs groomed!Word to the wise: make sure to call to make an appointment well in advance, as the place is very popular and it's impossible to get a quick appointment. Also, the prices are high, but considering the area, not surprising!

I found this bakery on google and gave it a try so that I could spoil my pup in his final days. A lovely woman, who I assume was the owner, was so kind to us and my picky dog loved every bite! I hope that she is repaid 10x for the compassion that she showed us. I wish I would have found this shop sooner!

We brought our Australian Shepherd in for a bath and she came out looking and smelling great! They offer really competitive prices and many options for grooming. Our dog doesn't normally like going to the groomer so they offered us the first spot of the day and she was the only one there and was worked on straight through and done super fast. Store itself is also really fun...they offer all the top food brands and have lots of healthy treats. We love it, highly recommend!!

I went to this place in January hoping to get a birthday cake for my dog. I went into the place and the two ladies that were standing in the counter did not even say hello or acknowledge my dog. I asked the lady if they had a small birthday cake and all she said was no and went on her way. A man with his dog entered and they acknowledged him and his dog right away. I felt unwelcome to this place and will not return here. Unfortunately I still bought a treat for my dog but never again.

Great variety of treats- all were beautifully decorated, displayed and all seemed like great options. Only wished I saw more bacon flavor options as I only saw one option. Grabbed a decently large amount of treats from the buffet and must say they are fairly priced. They have everything from locally made items, prepackaged, toys, clothes and so much more for your fur baby

Customer service is great Heather at the front desk was very nice and approachable but after four long hours without my pup when we came to pick her up she was completely unrecognizable. Her Fur is completely uneven and they did exactly what I said I don’t like. She had to go right in the bath when we got home so she could look like herself again. Very upset with the grooming service that was done.

Took my toy poodle to get groomed here and it was the best groom he has ever gotten!! Prices are extremely reasonable, actually cheaper than you could imagine for what appears to be an upscale shop in downtown Westfield. Shop side is awesome as well, lots of fun decorative treats, toys, leashes and more...and friendly and knowledgable owners. My dog loves visiting here!!

I have been going to this place for about over 2 years now, and recently my dog got cut by the groomer 3 times! And now has scabs in 3 different areas! I called and they said come in and let us look at it. Everyone was there the owner is not friendly what so ever! The worst customer service, trying to tell me my dog might just have a skin condition! Are you kidding?.... than they asked what I want from them, I said a refund! Because now I might have to go to Westfield vet and get them treated! She said absolutely no givin a refund! I said well than I’ll send you my vet bill! Another associate than interjected (which I believe was her daughter) and said you know what we will give you the refund, you are just not allowed to come back! I said fine cancel my reservation the elder ladies said “gladly”They had no sympathy all I needed was for them to apologize and let me know my dog will be okay, but instead they were just plane old nasty people! I can’t see them lasting long in such a nice town that I grew up in!Absolutely UNREAL!

This store is so cute, and they have such a wonderful assortment of baked cookies for dogs! My dogs are beyond spoiled because they're treated like royalty, and they go absolutely wild for just about everything I've bought from here. Sometimes they'll even bring us back to their cookie jar for more! You have fans for life, because these tails don't stop wagging for Woof Gang Bakery's treats!

I have had my dog groomed here before and everything was fine, however this time my dog refused to go to the back to be groomed and didn’t trust them which I found odd since she’s a very easygoing dog. When I picked her up and took her home, I noticed her nails weren’t clipped and they botched the shaving job. Unfortunately, we’ll be finding a new groomer.

I had the new girl Katie H wash my dogs, she is the best! She did the best job I have ever had on my dogs, ever! They were very happy when I came and picked them up, compared to what I have always had in the past at other groomers...stressed and wanting to leave as soon as possible.I look forward to bring them back again and again!Thanks Katie!!!

My dog, experiences some changes in environment, was experiencing some stress and even stopped taking treats. The people at Woof Gang, spent some time and love to tempt my dog finding one treat that even with his disquiet was irresistible. They found a part of his healing process so now again he looks up when he feels that he has properly responded. Unlocking a dog's heart may seem a small thing, except to those who love a dog. When you drop your four- legged children off for grooming, You expect they are getting groomed as per the breed standard. Sadly I’ve learned it’s a business. I was told when they are bathed that’s it. They are not trained to clip or cut - yet she has come home belly shaved. I guess we were lucky so far that there were no mishaps if they were not trained to be cutting her hair. Happily Interviewed a professional groomer today who knows the standard and what it means to groom So we will be moving on. Make sure you know what you are getting into.

Amazing service! My 12 year old yorkie looks adorable. Because of his age and terrible experience at petco I asked for a gentle treatment. He came back happy and full of energy and looked so cute.
