This review is long overdue. I have a Shih Tzu (Sophie)who is now 15. I have been going to Amanda for 8+ years. Her kindness towards my baby is unmatched. Sophie can be needy at times where she wants to be held especially since she a “senior” baby now. There have been plenty of times I’ve walked in and Amanda was actually holding her, or she was on someone’s lap at the front desk. This establishment has been nothing short of professional and caring. I feel very comfortable dropping Sophie for her grooming and they get her out as soon as possible knowing her age which I love. It shows the compassion and love they have in my opinion. I am ever so grateful I found not only Amanda but the entire Posh Paws staff.

I have been taking my Maltese to Posh Paws since he was a baby. They do an excellent job EVERY time. Great professional staff and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Posh Paws with my precious Stevie.

I took my girl, Daisy for her first grooming today. I cannot express how professional and friendly the staff was. They made my dog feel comfortable and did an amazing job on her. I will definitely be going back!

Posh Paws always does a great job with our 100lb Pittie mix, Diamond. Although it’s not easy to get a weekend appointment, I’ll go out if my way to keep coming to Posh Paws. We love the seasonal bandanas! Highly recommended.

I discovered this grooming place in Cranford by accident and then I realized I had stumbled upon a gem. Personalized service (you won’t find a whole herd of dogs running around), competitive prices, and top quality grooming (we see Will, who is great). Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews, this is my first time. They deserve it! You must bring your fur baby here! Love it! Love it!!! My poodle had her first grooming here.Very clean and friendly environment. “Will” does an awesome job, very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and beyond excellent when it comes to his styling.”Will” deserves more than five stars!! I highly recommend here.

Brought my puppy in for grooming. When I picked him up I noticed he was limping and there was blood on his paw. Took him to the vet and was told he had an infected paw from a paw pad shave.Went back to inform the groomer and was told they didn’t shave his paw and that it came from “allergies” but I can clearly see blood on his paw. No incentives were offered for injuring my puppy. Was given a refund and told if I get refunded they will never take him back. Horrible customer service. Will be going to a new place

Oh, I absolutely love this salon! Lincoln, my little Shorkie goes crazy every time we tell him we’re going to see Hayley. He absolutely loves going there. This is the first salon that I’ve been to more than three times. I’ve been coming here now for five years. My dog is going to be nine every other place we had a little issue with, but this place is amazing! He literally sits outside the door waiting for them to open. He’s so excited to go in there. I don’t normally write reviews, but always say the only people who write reviews of people that had problems. You never hear all the good stuff. Well here you go this place is amazing. I highly recommend it. Hayley is an angel they go above and beyond every four weeks from we bring Lincoln in there.

Excellent Groomers - I've been bringing Daisy for about 3-years now and they always do an amazing job. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. I especially love how they put on a cute neckerchief scarf and matching bows. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, great with my nervous dogs but very busy! Must have a lot of happy clients! Will continue to bring my two rescues with severe anxiety here for grooming as I know they are safe, well monitored, and taken care of.Staff are local to the area and very nice as well

Posh Paws did an amazing job with my first time experience with a groomer. I adopted Nola a 1 1/2 ago and was under the impression I could manage her chow shepherd mix of hair myself. I did a pretty good job for a year but the process became unmanageable and I started losing the fight. Posh Paws was recommended and in my neighborhood which was ideal. I was very nervous to leave her alone. The staff walked me through the process with the patience and tolerance needed to calm my nerves. They sorted through her undercoat in a way that I could only dream about. They were prompt and let me know when Nola was ready for pickup. She looked like an entirely different dog! The person who was assigned did an amazing job. I am writing the review to acknowledge their excellent service so that anyone on the fence feels comfortable to move forward with confidence. I am happy to have supported this small business, which is not always on the top of my list. Please support them - you won't be disappointed!

Their pricing is inconsistent which isn't fair to loyal customers. How do you go from charging $70 for smaller breeds one day and then $80 another day? They should prioritize transparency in their pricing. We will not be returning.

We have been going to Posh Paws since they opened and have always been very happy. My son picked up our dog ,Yorkie poo, and whoever groomed him this time and the last time did a horrible job. His hair on his head is all ununeven , they told us to drop him off at 130 and he still wasn't done by 4 pm and my son had to wait. I called to inquire about the unevenhair on his head and the girl was very rude, all for $90.00. We have decided not to go back.

I just brought my puppy in for his first puppy trim. I’mSo happy with the outcome. They are very professional! They did a great job on my puppy. He looks so nice and fluffy. Barkley loved it there! He came home happy and which makes me happy. Definitely made my next appointment for his big boy cut in the upcoming months. Definitely recommend this pet salon.

I bring my white husky here and she always comes back shining, skinnier because the deshedding process does wonders for her crazy thick coat and they take great care of her! Been coming here for months!Tip: I always love to ask to get her nails cut and filed/buffed so it doesn’t scratch

The first place I have ever brought my dog. I was incredibly nervous and anxious to leave my dog alone. The staff made me feel so comfortable. They were so sweet and polite! Hey called me immediately when my dog was finished, and honestly made her feel right at home. They took great care of my pet and when I came back she was laying under one of the groomers, refusing to leave. She absolutely loved it! I can not wait to bring my dog back for another bath!

We have been using posh paws for about two years for our girls after moving to the area. We have two small girls who are very spoiled and we’re used to being with the same groomer for 8 years before to moved. Our little fur babies love the groomers here. They always look and smell fantastic and they always try to work with you for appointments. So happy we found this groomer.

I've been taking our three dogs to Posh Paws for over 2 years now and I never had one bad experience. Bella and Amanda are not only amazing groomers, they are awesome with our dogs, When you walk in your always greeted with a smile. They are very friendly and will take the time to talk to you. My 3 dogs always look absolutely beautiful when they are done. Keep up the great work Posh Paws.

I’m disappointed. I’ve never been told my dog was difficult to work with because posh paws constantly has new employees working there. The groomer cut his nails too short on TWO different paws, causing bleeding from that area, and didn’t even bother telling me. I had to go back and tell them that he was bleeding, just for them to tell me he stopped bleeding. The groomer gave me an attitude saying that I had to do “research” on the it, that accidents happen, and it was okay for me to not come back, so I walked away. I am hurt by this interaction and that my dog had to suffer in the end.

Took our dog there for the first time today, I really liked that the dogs are allowed to walk around the grooming area instead of being placed in crates; crying and barking. Stella did an amazing job grooming our dog. Her coat was so soft & shiny when my daughter brought her home. Sometimes our dog acts funny or is very tired after grooming, not this time. I will definitely continue to use Posh Paws!

Great place to take your fluffy babies! I have been taking my 2 dogs there for 2yrs or so & they love it there. One of my dogs is a bichon who hates to be brushed so she gets matted but they always have her so puffy & de-tangled after. They treat your dogs with so much love as if they were their own pets. I also love that they don't put them in crates & let them free & comfy. You won't regret taking your pet there & won't want to go elsewhere after your 1st visit!!!

I love bringing my pup to posh paws, and he loves going! Not only does he come home looking and smelling great but its just really nice to have found a place that treats him as if he were their own..highly recommend this grooming salon if you're looking for a place that truly cares about your pet rather than a place that only cares about making money. The best grooming place ever!! Petco Union, NJ told me my dog was too matted and they have to shave him and when I said No they just told be to beat it! I am so glad I found Posh Paws!! They saved my Minischnauzer’s hair!! Although my pup was matted a lot they took time to ask me what kind of brush I use and showed me the type to buy because I have been using the wrong brush. Then they proceeded to de-Matt my baby and kept his hair like I always liked. They gave him the best Schnauzer face and we’ve been getting compliments everyday.I have been using Petco Union,NJ since my pup was 8weeks old. They always tell me my pup is matted and one time they actually completely shaved my pup against my wishes I agreed to cutting his hair a little bit when I came back he was completely shaved.They almost did it again thank God I found Posh paws. I am a customer for life!!!!! Thank you thank you
