Beware of this company! They will take your money and continue to show that they shipped an order out when in fact they did not. They won't tell you that then it's not going to ship from the closest Warehouse which means you're going to be out of food for a week. And then when you call their customer service department Mallory will blame you for doing it wrong. For a company that takes no responsibility for what they tell a customer and what their online order show. Then when you tell them you have a loud voice because of a hearing loss, they still continue to make fun of you? What kind of a company would do that? How would you ever expect to become bigger than chewy?

I've been a PetFlow subscriber for about 3 years now ~ Never encountered any issues, whether it's shipped from NJ or LVNV.Perfectly accurate orders, super fast shipping. Every Time.Customer service is very friendly and helpful, they are obviously pet-lovers!Much love from Ralphie and Beautie😽

Pay the extra money for quality and service somewhere else. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Couldn't log in, they had problems with they're website (shouldve learned my lesson). Called in order instead. Was able to login and then they kept having issues. Now can't login again!!! The representative told me I would get my package in a couple days from their warehouse in NV. When package didn't come I called back and they still have not shipped it out!! Its dog food, my dog is hungry!! THEN I got an email saying it will ship out ftom their further location in NJ across the country. Now im concerned if my dog food is going to spoil because its going to take longer to ship and not sure the the temperature when shipping! I spent over $200 on canned food that i dont even want to give my dog. NEVER AGAIN.

This was a new Company to me with a good buy on the products I needed so I decided to give them a try. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED: 1) I never received an Order Confirmation Email as stated (checked my Spam) and was rather referred to my Email Provider immediately without even offering to investigate on their end, 2) When I tried to sign in to check the status, there was no record of my Order ALREADY CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT-- (perhaps why I didn't get the Confirmation via Email and not the fault of Microsoft Hotmail who they blamed), 3) Multiple Phone Reps were quite rude and offered conflicting information regarding shipping/delivery that even varied from that which was available on their Website. When I asked for Site direction in order to view details the Rep was providing for clarity and assurance, he was unable to do so, 4) I do not even know at this point when or if I will get the PAID FOR Order, now past the initial represented date for delivery and with no Site Record of the transaction. I will pursue the reimbursement protection my Financial Institution offers me in these cases, but it is not worth the trouble to have to go that route for just a few dollars saved on the merchandise and hence becoming too low on supply for my Kitty with Special Needs for comfort. This is the first time I have 'strayed' from CHEWY and definitely will NEVER do so again as they have a SPOTLESS AND ERROR FREE RECORD over the course of my YEARS of transactions. Live and Learn and I hope this helps someone. :)
