There is person name Nancy Ladet works at Jacksonville location. She is horrible. She did not help me with my tile needs, she was rude and she put me on hold for 40 mins! Hopefully the corporate will see this can call me. I have proof.

They manipulate the prices and tell you one price then telling you they will give you a better deal.I have used so many tile suppliers but by far Daltile is the worst.

Their hours are listed online as open 8-4 every day of the week, but they are actually only open M-F 7:30 - 4:00, and only to contractors!
