We had a very pleasant stay here for 4 days. Room was clean and has been renovated.Front desk person Devang was extremely pleasant and welcomed us. Throughout our stay, he acknowledged us and made us feel as a valued guest. It’s nice to have a front desk clerk so customer oriented. Free breakfast in the morning is a plus although not as elaborate as a few years ago. I would recommend staying here.

The room was absolutely disgusting and I struggle to see how this place has 4 stars at the time of writing. There was bugs all over the room and I had a nice streak of mold in my shower so I had to buy sandals to wear before cleaning myself. The only good thing was the front desk staff being helpful but everyone in house keeping needs to be better.

I brought a group of 30 sent off base on a weather evac. Location was close to base and restaurant options. Some of the staff, especially Pavi, was helpful and competent, but that's about all the good to say about the place.Breakfast was a little rough. I know continental breakfasts are often bottom-line focused but I have low standards for free food but still barely partook and couldn't muscle down the coffee.Rooms seemed to be maintained to the "barely legal" standard. Multiple people in our group mentioned bugs. One was awoken by bugs crawling on him. When he asked for another room, he killed a cockroach in the replacement room before trying again. The schedule needs to be blocked out long enough to bug bomb the place but I suspect management can't accept the lost revenue.Service was scarce. Breakfast area was dirty and sticky. My "make up room please" remained on my door for the duration of my 3-night stay. No luck.

Fresh blood stains on pillowcases and floor, lots of hair and dubious stains in bathroom. Front desk person was not present and doors were locked at arrival time (~1230A), had to wait for 15 minutes for staff to let us and other guests in. Walls are paper thin and whole place smells both musty and like bleach at the same time.Cleaning staff was friendly. Backlit mirror in bathroom was nice.I think my favorite part was the 4 legged cockroach in the shower.

It really should be less then a 1 star. The room was dirty, smelled of dogs, had no coffee in my room and several roaches dead and alive we spotted. The only positive was its location. My pekingese spilled her water and when I wiped it up I was appalled at the filthy floors, it was not from us as we have been here less than a day at that point.

First time here with the hubby celebrating his birthday 🎂 by going to six flags only choosing this location because it's closest. I have to admit room is decent somewhat. We were on the second floor king size room heat and ac worked good bed was hard as hell with just a mattress and a bulk tank frame underneath 😂. You can hear when I tap it. Water pressure in sink is stronger than shower water pressure. The good news is the room had no odor and the bathroom floor and sink is really nice even though the Jacuzzi tub did not work. Room 203. Again it's ok but only chosen because it's close to great adventure.

If you are looking for a cheap place to hang your hat with easy access to AFB McGuire, Trenton, Philly and NYC (take the NJ Transit from Hamilton or Trenton) then this is a good spot to consider. It’s been renovated to a basic standard and the rooms are clean. Let’s be brutally honest, you’re checking this place out for $80/night and nothing more so keep perspective that this isn’t the Waldorf Astoria. There’s no room service or onsite food but breakfast is served daily. Vending machines are available.Abundant free parking on site with several strip plazas within walking distance.Rooms: This isn’t the Waldorf Astoria. The rooms are basic, fixed up on the cheap and clean. You’re there to hang your hat and leave. If you could afford better, you wouldn’t be looking at this location so check yourself.Nearby activities: There are a variety of stores, restaurants and shops within walking and driving distance. McGuire AFB is across the street.Safety: The premises are generally safe and regularly patrolled by Military Police and local officers. There does seem to be a group of people that linger in the parking lot and the lobby at night but were harmless.Walkability: There is a sidewalk; however, not much within the area given it’s an air force base.Food & drinks: There are a variety of restaurants and fast food establishments within walking and driving distance. There are drink and snack machines on site. Breakfast is served daily in the hotel and included in the rate.

Family of four (two teens) traveling from St. Louis, MO on a multi-state roller coaster adventure stayed 2 nights while visiting Six Flags Great Adventure. WONDERFUL staff that was quick to help and even proactive to check that everything was good. We had rooms 201 (king) and 202 (2 fulls) across from each other after passing on two rooms located in the 'pet hallway' on the first floor. The beds were firm but nice and we all slept well both nights after walking 5+ miles around Six Flags. The rooms were fine with a nice desk, microwave, fridge and Keurig for morning coffee. The bathrooms were nice with older style tub/showers but good water pressure and hot water. The laundry was fantastic with app enabled payment and cycle tracking. We didn't use the business center, meeting room or outside pool space but they were all very nice. We would 100% stay here again if visiting the area and definitely if visiting Six Flags as we were opposite traffic in both directions.

The staff here was very friendly. We found our room to be clean and tidy. The outdoor pool was clean as well. We're not from this area so we're not used to the sulphuric smell in the water. So we couldn't drink the water either,we had to use bottled water. There were also little bugs near our microwave/refrigerator area adjacent to the bathroom. They told us those are typical this time of year and they do get the property sprayed. We didn't find any in our beds or luggage when we searched each day. Their parking lot has plenty of room, and is easy to get to. There's not a whole lot to do close by. For sit down restaurants it's a 20 minute drive after 8pm. We were visiting six flags so we had no choice but to drive way past our hotel to eat. Overall we were able to rest comfortably, and the air conditioning worked great!

I loved our stay at the SureStay Plus. The location is awesome and quiet. Our room was nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds are not queens they are more of a full size, but everything else was nice. The pool was nice, the lobby was clean, and had coffee at all times. The employees are really nice, polite and professionals. The people I met they were awesome. I recommend this place and definitely going back.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💕

I had a very fun experience here at the sure stay hotel, but there was a ton of ants and we had to kill those hard working insects.... Beds were comfy, shower was very strong, front desk was nice and gave us toothpaste, but the phone wasnt working so i had to walk to the front desk, the room and building was very nice, the breakfast tasted kind of old, there was a cat looking into the breakfast room it was very cute, the breakfast room wasnt crowded it had like 6 people at a time, one of our key cards wasnt working so we had to go to the front desk about 3 times, dominos was next store and very good, but i liked it alot and everyone was so kind i have to thank room 102 it was very close to breakfast pool and front desk😁

Can't complain have stayed before and will again. For what is available in area i need with the lack of other choices, this works the best and we sleep well, price is affordable, decent rooms. Could use bigger tvs and not have a broke down car outback with people living in it but.. i don't know their situation just made me little uneasy but nothing happened.Rooms: Clean, comfy bedSafety: Doors seem left open too much, no need to use key card to enter back of building, anyone could come in most daysWalkability: Few stores in walking distanceFood & drinks: Their breakfast was just simple basic eggs, saug. Toast, same each day

Stayed here last night and i have to say i loved it, very welcoming clean, and quiet, i also liked the area very laid back country feeling. staff was friendly. But i have to say the stray cats outside is what made my time here the most enjoyable, from what i saw 3 beautiful cats hang around the hotel but it was a big orange cat with big loving eyes. he greeted us every time we went outside and to our car. I ended up going to get cat food for him, while feeding i noticed cat food bowls spread out throughout the property tucked behind the shrubs and i couldn't have loved that more! Thank you to the staff for being so kind to these beautiful cats, i did not want to leave with out the orange one !! A beautiful cat with a great personality and i hope he gets taken in and loved! I would 100% stay here again when visiting

A day before we booked, the pool was "broken". Every day they said it would be fixed that day, but never was. Beds are full, not queen size. Customer service wasn't professional. Didn't greet us with hello or anything. Didn't explain wifi or breakfast hours. I would of least liked a partial refund for the pool not working. We booked our vacation around this hotel.Noteworthy details: Pool never works.

Unfortunately, this hotel gets worse and worse. Thin walls and loud obnoxious guests. The person in the room next to me was extremely loud after 10 p.m, so I called down to the front desk. It rang and rang, so I walked down. When I walked down, I saw two guests waiting to be checked in, with no staff in sight. And they both said they had been waiting some time. There are stray cats running around? Which can easily be trapped, and taken to a shelter. There are also children..who like to hangout on the side of the parking lot? It honestly seems more like section 8 housing than a hotel. I will say, overall the staff is nice, and friendly. However, EVERYTHING else about this place is very ghetto. I bought a glade plug in because my room smelled so bad. I also opened the window, and I just couldn't get rid of the smell. Honestly the building needs to be guted. And re-done. The front desk area does look nice, and they have updated things. It just needs alot more work.

While the rooms and the staff were very good, I must say they have an odor problem. the pool area stinks they have a very bad swage problem, and been tha its very bad it its is clear they know about it and it has not ben fix, even worse they didn’t have the curtesy to let us know they are working on it. furthermore there breakfast area its a bit to small so be prepare to wait for a table if you late. i would had give them a better review but the pool area smell was serious cant even open windows or it will go to your roomNearby activities: 20 minutes to six flags

Was a great place to stay a little disappointed that they couldn't provide an extra blanket or set of towels daily. Also the laundry room didn't have any soap and they didn't have any on the premises to offer for sale had to walk to a 7 11 thank God it wasn't that far. For this to be a best western hotel I did expect more from them. They didn't supply a continental breakfast. The rooms clean.Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: There is a BBQ restaurant right next store that has great food. There is a sandwich shop down the street on the other side which had the best subs they were hugh could feed 2-3 people with one full sub. They do cost 17.50 per full sub but well worth the price. Will go again when I come back.

When I arrived the place was in a very suburban area so if your into that it's a great place I loved the location for what it had to offer its across from the airforce base I do love that you don't have doors open on the outside it is behind a key card door. 😀 they offer a pool but is not working and hasn't for a couple days the chess board they show in the pictures is not as large as it looks but it is cute it is next to the pool outside and very serene!!! The staff is amazing their very sweet and very helpful with anything you need !! There is no issues with excuse me but crackhead raoming around it is safe and clean although the bathroom Ilyas a little iffy the shower pan was weird and cracked but beds were comfy and clean they always seen to have a shortage on towels though. The breakfast they offer is from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and its always the same little Yoplait yogurts little muffins cereal cornflakes sausage patties and round eggs some toast but they run out quickly so get there at 630 lol!! They do have a gym with a couple things and a t.v that doesn't work 😑. The t.v is small but it does for the price the only place right next door is a dominoes place a 711 and a dollar general and dollar tree 3 mins down the road otherwise tour driving at least 10 minutes to get to other resources! And that about sums up my personal experience the pricing also is amazing in my opinion during the week days

Saw pictures in other reviews, LOOKED nice & reasonable, checked in and got to my room, it was awful. The floors were sticky to the touch, the bathroom had rust all around the faucets & fixtures, & there were sketchy characters hanging around the outside of the property looking at me and my car constantly. I didn’t want to stay the night, or for another 30 minutes there, so I went to the receptionist who seemed nice and told her the room did not meet my expectations & that I would like to check out immediately. She said that because I did not stay long (less than 30 mins after check in) that I would be getting a refund for my stay. It has been 3 weeks since and I have yet to receive my refund… Do not stay here, you are better off sleeping in your car & taking showers at your local gym.

These 5 star reviews are definitely bots. I've hit some rough hotels for about the same price but this one takes the cake.$100 deposit cash or card to even get in the room you paid for. Stray cats outside. Rooms obviously get cleaned every couple guests, let me stress, OBVIOUSLY. Carpet hasn't been vacuumed in probably 4-5 stays and most likely hasn't been deep cleaned since it was put in. Stains all over the carpet. Room smells like urine when the ACs off and feces when it's on. Needed a shower bad but the tub definitely hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. Toilet seat had urine splashes on it. Bathroom ceiling caving in. No fan in bathroom which is why you have a mold/mildew problem. Weird stuff spilt on desk and bed frame proves those weren't wiped either. Beds hard as a rock.I would've slept in the car but I figured im safer inside from the tweakers outside. This place is more for drug dealers than your average guests. Didnt even take my shoes off. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra couple bucks somewhere else. Almost said screw it and quit my job to go back home over this place.

Worse hotel ever. No room service, only if you stay 3+ days. Lots of crackheads staying there. Black molds in their room, rusty bathtubs and ceiling. Have to leave deposit 100$ and when you leave they have to go and check after you, and only then they give you money back. We forgot baby pacifier they didn’t let us in to take it because he check us out already. Do not stay there. It’s motel for alcoholics and junkies there, surrounded by hood area and farms. Rooms smells bad

Beds are a bit hard. There’s a nice size pool with hot tub. Nice lounging area and the oversized chess set is perfect. The rooms are nice and the staff are accommodating
