Skye went to her at only 4 months old and now she is 8 months old and we get so many compliments on how well she is trained for being so young and Kim gave us all the tools and knowledge to get Skye where she is at now and we couldn’t be more grateful for her.

FSC came highly recommended to us, so we walked in with high expectations, and let me tell you, they absolutely delivered! We adopted Wally at 5 years old and were only told that he was picked up as a stray and is very dog reactive. We came to find that he also had a fear of men and is extremely stubborn. After working with the team at FSC, Wally has become a whole new dog! He is much more obedient (although still stubborn!) and his fear and reactivity have decreased tremendously. We worked with Eddie, Kim, and John, and all three were incredible! We are so so grateful because Wally is going to live a full, well-rounded life, now that I can control him better! Thank you to the whole team, you all are the best!!! We'll be telling everyone we know to use you!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Full Service Canine!! Our dachshund, Atreyu, was super reactive to people and would be all over the place when we walked him. Thanks to Kim, our little guy walks like a gentleman now and has gained so much confidence in all that he does. We are sooo happy with the results that we were able to achieve in such a short period of time. Our experience was so awesome that we're going to do an agility course next year when our boy gets a little older. We HIGHLY recommend Kim and Full Service to anyone who is looking to improve their dog's behavior, obedience, etc.

We sent our 5 month old doberman puppy here, and we can not express how happy we are with how she was trained and cared for! From the first session we met Kim, she was kind, patient and amazingly helpful! When we dropped off, she asked how everything was going with the training, constantly looking for feedback and additional areas to work on her with. Any problems we had at home, she figured out how to address and show us how to solve them at home. Our puppy came out of the training so well behaved, listening very well, and less impulsive. Kim was an absolute dream to work with! Out of the other business we looked at for training, we instantly felt SO COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT in their abilities to train any dog. I have already recommended Kim to several friends because how amazingly behaved our dog left there.

If you are looking for a dog trainer, Full Service Canine is the place to go. We got a puppy back in September and what a hand full Lulu was. I was on my last straw with trying to train her and we needed some serious help. I called Full Service Canine. The best decision we have every made. Lulu did 2 full days for six sessions. After the first day of training I could see the difference in Lulu. Our trainer Kim was amazing. She not only took the time to talk with me every morning but also spent time with us after easy class to train us with Lulu. Without this class, I am not sure where we would have wound up with Lulu. Lulu is an amazing dog now all thanks to Kim. I did not think anything was going to work on training her but boy was I ever wrong and this is all thanks to Full Service Canine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make Lulu the best dog.

Highly recommend! Best of the best in what they do! I started working with Mike summer of 2020, walking my two pups was a nightmare! Thanks to his expertise we were able to completely change that along with some much needed obedience in just a few sessions! Walking them is now the best part of my day. Here we are 2 years later, back for some new found reactivity, and to properly introduce a new fur sibling. The 3 are now best buds and are learning new things along side each other at our sessions! I will forever recommend Full Service Canine to anyone that asks about dog training. Can’t thank Mike and his team enough 🙏🏼

We can not say enough great things about FSC day training program. They taught our boy, Tod everything from basic obedience to agility. We also took what was taught home to our other 2 dogs. Place, heal, and stay have made life so much calmer with 3 pups in the house. Thank you!!

My experience with Full Service Canine has been life changing! I have a highly reactive/anxious Jack Russell breed and have worked with several trainers without success. With John Malcolm, I have been able to take my pup off all his anxiety meds and he proudly walks the crowded streets of Bay Head without reaction (he even earned a pup cup from the ice cream man)! Being able to conquer his fears has allowed Scout the time for fun, like agility! John goes above and beyond for the dogs and he truly loves his job. He was so patient with Scout and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone said that training a Jack Russell would be an impossible feat, but not with John. I would 100% recommend him for any training needs!

If 10 stars was an option, then I’d be giving Full Service a 10! I was referred to Mike through a work colleague. I explained to him what we were experiencing with our 4 year old German Shepherd, Scout, (who is already trained to a high level) and Mike immediately started to provide me with some things to start working on with him. After doing so for a few weeks, we then incorporated Eddie Rolan into the process. I opted for the board and train program, and could not be happier with the results. Mike and Eddie’s commitment to Scout’s succes and my family’s peace of mind makes me want to continue to refer Full Service to all of my friends, family and colleagues. This company treats your dog as if they were bringing them into their own home, and the dog certainly senses this type of focus. Scout’s response to honing up on some of his previous training and incorporating some new techniques was extremely successful. I cannot thank Mike and Eddie enough, and if you want the best training available for your dog, look no further than Full Service.

Kim did a great job of training Georgie, and us!! Georgie was a terrified little rescue when we first got him, and we wanted a trainer who would help him gain confidence, not become a robot. The difference in him after 12 weeks of training was like night and day. He still is a little shy around people, but he's only 18 months so I think that as he matures, he will continue to grow. His playful personality and intelligence have really shone through. He comes, sits, stays and heels on command, and has a real spark in his eyes now, especially when playing with our other dogs.

Kim fixed all the behavior issues I had with my dog. In the matter of weeks, my dog was able to walk off leash and immediately follow commands. Since my dogs biggest issue was social settings, Kim was able to meet us at stores or the park where we were able to really focus on that issue. I get so many compliments on how well behaved my dog is and I have to give all the credit to Kim at Full Service Canine.

Drake is a 5 year old Labrador retriever. Though he is basically very well behaved, he became quite excitable when someone came to visit or being around other dogs. Kim at Full Service Canine played a critical role in Drake’s behavior issues. The best part of Kim’s training was the way she taught (trained) my husband and I to handle Drake. Though we aren’t finished yet with his training sessions we already have seen a tremendous change in his behavior and mannerisms around people coming to our home, as well as, when we take him out. We are thrilled at the way Kim has helped us with Drake and he seems so much happier and less anxious being around people and dogs.

I first came to Full Service Canine looking for obedience refresher training for my 2 year old dog. He previously had some training and had a good foundation, but I wanted more consistency. What I didn't realize is that I needed the training more than anything as a dog parent. I never really knew how to work with my dog on my own until I came here and took lessons with Kim. She is very knowledgeable, made lessons fun and interesting, and I highly recommend her as a trainer.

I cannot believe how well my little Wren did at Full Service Canine! Kim Zimmer was the best trainer. She is calming and knows exactly what works. I adopted Wren from Texas where she was a stray pitty mix. She was very wild and did not respond well to any commands. I can not recommend this team of trainers more! We have a high drive working line puppy who is a handful (our first dog ever lol) needless to say as he got older he was a HANDFUL and we felt completely lost. Mike and his team have been such an amazing support system for us. The way these guys are able to work with you and teach you on how to train your dog is incredible. They help you get the basics of obedience under your belt and then they tailor your dogs training with what you both need help with. For example, our pup is VERY reactive to other dogs so Mike will bring his own dogs to our training sessions and help us help our dog work through his reactivity. I could go on and on about this team and how great Full Service is. The entire team has become family to us and we are SO grateful to have gained their help, support, and knowledge. Can not thank them enough!

Both of our dogs(cattle dog mixes) trained with Eddie. Our older girl is Gracie is a therapy dog which my wife brings into her school. Eddie has helped her learn new tricks and to be more obedient. Our other dog, Rocky as we always have said "needs an exorcism". Eddie was able to help us out with Rocky's severe reactivity. He takes the time to understand the dogs and to find out the best course of action to correct the behavior or to aid in the dog becoming a better well rounded pup. In the case of rocky prior trainers just wanted to slap a shock collar on and crank it up to 110%. Eddie took the time to evaluate Rocky and try every tactic under the sun to help Rocky as a last resort we are using a vibrating collar and that has worked wonders for Rocky's reactivity. I would highly recommend to train with Eddie as he has the background to work with very tough dogs and be able to turn them into great dogs.

Eddie and Kim are fantastic! I love being a part of a whole community of trainers and handlers, I always have someone to ask if I need any additional assistance with Simba, and he a so loves training there, he loves to show off. We’ve done one on one classes, scent classes and group classes, and I am always excited to see what new programs they are going to offer. It’s been an amazing place to get training for Simba and learn to be a better handler, and even my kids get in on the training! It’s a big extended family and I can’t recommend their classes and services enough!

This was our first experience with a rescue & a year old puppy…..We have always trained our puppies from 8/9 weeks old so we were out of our element…. Sadly Clover had many bad habits & we were on the verge of surrendering her 😞… We met Kim when we needed her to evaluate Clover before surrender & after talking with Kim & her 8 coworker we decided to place her for a 3 week training….This was a tough decision but we could see a sweetness & had fallen in Love but needed professionals who could help us & We now have a complete Turn Around & our hearts are Full!
