These folks did an amazing job on my Service Dog! She is a Belgian Tervuren and needed a bath and trim. When Ziva came out, I couldn't believe how much more beautiful she was.They were very accommodating so that I was not without my Service Dog for an extended period of time. Thank you so much!

My husband and I stumbled upon The Muddy Pup as we frequent the shopping center it’s in quiet often. We were so excited a grooming salon was opening up as it’s super close to our home and convenient to get to. Our dog Stanley instantly fell in love with the Dana and Melanie and I don’t blame him. They are extremely kind and gentle with all of their clients. I remember the first appointment we had with them was a nail appointment. I warned them both and apologized in advance that our dog is going to cry the entire time and be a big pain for them. To my surprise, he was good as gold and didn’t make a peep. We’ve taken our dog regularly to get bathed and groomed, trying multiple places and he’s usually petrified. I could tell he instantly felt comfortable here and we were SO excited we found a new grooming salon. We’ve been taking our dog Stanley here for months now, since they first opened, and I will never look for another grooming salon again. He’s always so excited to see the girls, hugs and kisses them, and runs back with excitement behind the gate. A total turnaround from other salons we’ve tried. Thank you so much, Muddy Pup. We’re so glad you opened a location in Columbus and will continue to bring our baby (and future babies) here! We (and Stanley) love you!!

The owners, Dana and Melanie are so friendly and welcoming, you will feel at ease leaving your dogs in their care. I switched to the Muddy Pup since B&B banned my boys. My girls were still welcomed but really… My girls went first, Calista, my husky, is usually stressed after spa day, I was amazed at how relaxed she and Kimba was, her coat done beautifully. The boys were next, I warned them, Shinobi, an Australian shepherd, doesn’t like grooming and both don’t like their nails done. Muddy Pup was like “we got this”. Shinobi came home groomed to perfection and Patches nails done. They put up a fight and the job got done. Thank you Muddy Pup. ❤️

We were recommended to The Muddy Pup from our vet. It was a perfect match! The groomers are very accommodating and helpful in ensuring our puppy has a great experience with grooming, even providing recommendations for what we can do at home to get her use to the grooming process. Leah always comes back smelling and looking great! Plus, they add a seasonally themed bandana that is adorable. Clean, professional, and experienced service. I definitely recommend!

Had our 9 year old German shepherd groomed at The Muddy Pup on Wednesday, 7/13/22. We were extremely pleased and very impressed with their services. They were sensitive to our Reilly's ACL problem. They were so nice to her, not even minding that she doesn't like her face blow dried. Plus their prices were very reasonable. We'll be back soon for sure.

We took our golden doodle puppy 4 months old to the muddy pup for his first grooming. They were recommended by our vet and breeder, and it was easy to see why. The owners and staff are fantastic! Professional, friendly, and clearly love dogs! The facility is extraordinarily clean and you feel welcome from the moment you open the door. Recommend the muddy pup without reservation!

Absolutely smitten! I stumbled upon Muddy Pup out to lunch on a Tuesday and by Saturday booked & exceeded my expectations. My Nymeria is Australian Shepard and Husky. Any other place would of taken me to the cleaners. She has mats in her hind quarters, they were knowledgeable and confident she just needed a wash and blow dry and that shaving her would damage her coat. I told them she hates the blow dryer, but has never bit or snapped and had permission to muzzle. I dropped her off at 11:30am and picked her up at 4pm. She did hate the blow dryer so they had her air dry because they did want to stress her out. Would highly recommend and will be a permanent customer. Added bonus...Nymeria 's mother, father, brother, and sister go there...

My dog, Chase, gets a great cut at the Muddy Pup. It can be a little difficult because my dog is shy and might put up a fuss. I love that you have the choice of booking the appointment online or calling them. Makes it very convenient.

Very pleasant experience with my beagle Paddington. The Muddy Pup was able to fit him in for grooming in a timely manner. They did a great job and everyone was very nice. Paddington came out clean, happy, and with a fresh bandana.

I foolishly tried clipping my puppy’s nails on my own and trimmed right into the quick on a black nail, causing instant bleeding. After several frantic attempts to stop the bleeding on my own I gave up. So I drove my pup over to The Muddy Pup. They took him in right away, stopped the bleeding, and trimmed the rest of his nails FOR FREE. The whole thing took less than 3 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for how professional, kind, and timely The Muddy Pup is!!

We had a nail trim today between grooming. My past Groomer tried hard but was afraid to cut to much, those 2 nails have been an issue. I did not blame her. The only person who will cut them short is our vet. Getting an appointment with Her is harder... So this was wonderful of you to suggest and do this between appointments to keep them shorter , since I worried they will grow into her skin. So Great of you and so happy you are in Columbus !!!!!!

My family has 2 doodles, a large husky, and a miniature schnauzer and we take them all to the muddy pup. We have taken our dogs to other groomers and none of them have done as good of a job or had our pups looking as adorable. They really care and do a great job will def keep coming back!

I have long haired dog. And for two days I groomed him for his bath and blow dry. I even bring his shampoo and Conditioner. I made his appointment successfully online. But when I arrive they tell me they didn't get the appointment. So I waited while they spoke. Came out a toldme he's matted and hard to get out and hurts the dog. They would bath him today but no more. So they just want dogs with short hair. And no problems Very disappointing. If you call yourself a professional, aren't you supposed to handle these issues.
