Tom installed and has been servicing our electric fence for the last 20 years. We appreciate all his hard work, he’s been the best. He’s had to come out multiple times to fix the wires that the landscapers have cut. We couldn’t live without our electric fence. It’s the best investment if you have a dog. Thanks for everything Tom!!

Kane's has been incredible - we highly recommend. Excellent explanations from the start, and set expectations very well. The equipment works great, set just right so that our dog isn't scared but knows the boundaries. They have come through on everything they said they'd do, from install to working with our dog to being available for follow ups. I've gotten some additional products from them as well (smaller indoor) and those work perfectly.

Through a referral, I called Tom. He was informative over the phone and was here meeting with me within days. I had expected to get a few quotes and just go with the cheapest thinking, well, a fence is a fence. By the time Tom left, after walking my property, spending time with our Mia, and giving advice, i knew I wasn’t calling anyone else. Between his patients with answering all our questions and concerns, his friendly personality, and him being here to watch, it be installed and to assist. Not to mention the three visits afterwards to work with the dog, I couldn’t be any happier. Just recently, my landscaper accidentally cut the wire and Tom was out with in a couple days to fix the wire, put it in a tube so it wouldn’t get hit anymore and spent a little time with Mia to make sure the collar is working properly. Honestly, I can’t say enough about the company, the products, and the added value that a professional like Tom brings to the sale.

Call them several times and left message never received response. When I canceled my appointment thru a text they finally got back to me and claimed they never received my call so I screenshot and send them all my phone calls then the story change to they never receive voicemail. 🤔 Anyways went with the we'll established competition Dave of Dog watch 25 years experience well established Co who has the staff to answer your call. they did a great job great training great warranty. With a superior product.five hundred dollars less. Paid on the spot. Thank you David of Dog Watch for fair pricing a superior product and most important Excellent customer service.

Tom was wonderful! Our chocolate lab, Ginger, loves running around and getting her energy out! Thanks Tom for a wonderful experience even with all the craziness going on this world right now!
