It has good supplies but doesn't treat its animals well. If you just want to buy pet supplies then go ahead, it's perfectly fine. But it treats its animals cruelly, like most pet stores. I'd recommend either going to a shelter or a more humane place to get a pet.

It was my first time visiting here. I wish I hadn't. I feel bad for all of the animals in this store. The birds are in very small cages with multiple others. The rats and mice are in aquariums with no toys or hiding spaces. The fish tanks are pathetic with absolutely nothing in them but mold on the inside and fish. The reptiles are in small enclosures. This place should bot be selling animals. Shame on them. Do not by from here.

I ended up taking home a rat just because I felt so bad for the poor guy, in a tiny tank with no friends nor proper or adequate care. He's now living the best life ever. I know I shouldn't have supported the pet shop by giving them money but I couldn't help it, I was distraught at what I was seeing and to be told they're all for live snake food. Why live? Why so barbaric? I won't ever enter this shop again, breaks my heart just doing so and seeing all the animals being kept the way they are. Even the Bettas at $30 a piece in a tiny pot, not even fish stand a chance here. Sad, really really sad.

I never post reviews, but I feel like I owe it to these animals to do so. I felt absolutely terrible leaving this place, crying my eyes out. All the animals are kept in horrible conditions and tiny, inhumane enclosures. Every single animal I looked at was extremely stressed out and showing signs of depression and anxiety. Not to mention a beta fish was being kept in a tiny mason jar on the counter as decoration. I wanted to give him the home he deserved so bad but I didn’t want to give a cent of money to this business. Extremely disgusting to treat living animals with such disrespect. Just imagine if humans were kept in small cages like that, you would call it torture, but a small, defenseless animal who didn’t ask for this life is being given the same fate. I’m just so upset that people like this with such little knowledge or compassion are allowed to obtain these animals. Shame on Columbus farmers market for allowing this to happen. Please fix this.

All of the ball pythons were in one tiny tank. Don't buy from here. They should be in different tanks because it stresses them out if they are all stuck in one tank. If the store can't house them properly, then they shouldn't be selling these animals. I don't recommend this pet store if you actually love animals. Buy from a reputable breeder online if you are looking for a reptile, don't come to this store

I got two mice here in the past and they ended up dying out of nowhere short after. Especially after reading some of the other reviews I believe it's because of the conditions they were in at this store. It really is sad.

Got my hamster 2 days ago and ended up at the emergency vet hospital and turns out I was sold a hamster that has neurological problems. This is ridiculous never get any animals or anything from here. Waste of money. They neglect all their animals they keep too many animals in cages way too small. I will never go to this store ever again.

Horrible place! 9 rats in a 10 gallon tank with nothing to play with or eat they looked almost dead it was so sad it made me cry being a small pet owner. Many Syrians in the same 10 gallon tanks and mice in another as well . Very bad and sad care. Seeing this will haunt me.

I was given an opinion I wasn't asked for and was made to feel like a horrible person for "under feeding" my frog crickets. So I took her opinion into conseration and got him more than I usually would. Big mistake they are ganging up on him and biting him. His arm is now twice the size it usually is and now he is too scared to be on the ground of HIS tank. Thank you for the future 200$ vet bill. Next time keep your opinions to yourself, you were dead wrong!

From my experience, the Pet Supplies Store has no care what so ever for the rodents I had a guinea pig from there and it died in less than 2 weeks because of a desise it had I got a hamster from PETS MART and it lasted about a good 4 months

I love this store they are very factual and far for their animals. i go here every week for feeder mice for my ball python. they are respectful and in order with there store.

If I could give no stars I would ! Item had two different prices - I asked for the lower one since it was MARKED on the actual item ! I was accused of marking it lower myself ! The manager said if he watched the video tape surveillance he was sure he would see someone putting their own price tag on it ! Lol! How many people carry a orange sticker around with a printed tag in their pocket ? This manager was disrespectful and rude ! I never write reviews but this time I had to! Save your money and spend it somewhere else where they value their customers! I plan on sharing my horrible experience with as many people as possible!

Best pet store I’ve ever seen in a farmer’s mart. Very well educated and very well-kept. The animals are well taken care of and look very healthy. Many options for supplies for all kinds of pets. Best prices around!

Not sure what store the people are shopping at but I find the store very clean. Staff is very helpful and nice. I got 2 parakeets from them and answer all my questions.
