The Drive through sucks! If someone drop scrip off they shouldn't be able to sit on line and wait for it. Should be for drop off and pick up only.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever! I called a couple of days before to have a medication refilled. Was told by the pharmacist that it be ready by Saturday, no problem. Waited and didn't hear anything. Called on Monday to have someone with an attitude say "they forgot to make a note to have it ready" Totally understand things happen but don't have to be so rude about. Literally nothing but problems with these people.

Walked into the Colonia walgreens about 2:30 pm and there were two Spanish women laughing and talking to each other, one of them was on her cell phone complaining about not having internet and the other was plugging in her cell phone prior to telling me as I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my product that the computers were down. Very unprofessional and tacky. Have been in this store on other occasions and have received great service.

One person working the pharmacy?!? ONE?! Doing both drive thru and inside counter! Not only a complete and utter disrespect for our time but how inhumane and such poor working conditions for these people. Do better Walgreens!!

Worst pharmacy ever. I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 min. Staff are ignoring us at the window. If you don't want to work the window put a sign up. Attendant served 8 people at the register without turning her back once. Pharmacy came to use the computer three times by the window and refused to make eye contact. If that service? Is that how Walgreens wants customers to feel? I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I have given this place 100 chances because it is so close to our house. But enough is enough. I rather go somewhere further where they look at you like you exist.

This is my first review as I’m not one to give bad reviews. but I have to say, never, never never go to this Walgreens pharmacy. I got a message at 2:45 pm yesterday that my medication , that I absolutely need, was ready. I figured they’re open til 9 pm, I’ll go on the way to work. 3:30 pm I pull up to the drive thru window and they tell me they’re closed. I said “can I at least get my meds, they’re ready and I need them” the lady says no and the other Walgreens can fill my prescription. I said I’m on my way to work I will not be out in time to get to Rahway before they close. She says I’m sorry and hangs up the phone. Thank god my mom transferred them and was able to pick them up for me. But what if she couldn’t? These meds define how I will function, and it’s scary not to have them. You cannot do that to customers with no warning. I’ve had problems before with this location but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. After this, I’m absolutely done with this location. Go to literally any other pharmacy available.

They are horrible. The drive thru line is long been waiting for a covid test for an hr and they only tested 1 person. 4 cars have already left the line out of 6. The young lady is so rude. The line is long bc no one comes to the window not bc they are flooded and testing ppl....simply bc they walk by look at you and do not attend to you. I had to call 2 times and got thru to the pharmacist and he asked for someone to go to the window. I will not be going to this walgreens any more. I rather go to the next town over rahway.

Pharmacy service is ABSOLUTELY the worst I’ve experienced in any Walgreens. They don’t answer the phone, when they do, they put you on hold for an extended period of time. I’ve waited in the drive thru for 40 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Yet, when it was my turn, employees are very engaged in conversation and laughing. To say the service is slow is an understatement. Someone needs to step up and do better!

Do not use this place as your pharmacy. You will wait in line forever. You will be told many different excuses why your rx is not ready, like “it didn’t go through yet” (I found out exactly when my doctor sent it and it was the day before) or “your refill isn’t due for two weeks.” I asked them to double check, they said oopsie it will be ready in an hour. That’s after waiting in line 40 minutes. They don’t respect your time.

Totally agree with all the reviews .. this is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy.. they ignore the drive through line.. how do I know ? Well I’ve been inside and while waiting I saw a poor old lady at the drive through window waiting for 10 mins and when she knocked on the window the person at the window made a snark comment. The system consistently goes “down” and they are always rotating staff.. do yourself a favor and go to CVS down the street.

Worst pharmacy service! I request my monthly Rx to be mailed, every month I have to make at least 3 phone calls before it's being done.First phone call you usually get :"Oh you did not request Rx to be mailed, did you go on our website?".Second call :"It looks like our system was down, we will try to mail it today".Third call (6 days from the first call) "When did you call? We did not see any record that you requested Rx to be mailed. Did you request that on the app?"I go through this every month, it's so aggravating! Calling the MD to switch pharmacy.Never send your regular meds here unless you're willing to stay in the drive through for at least 20 mins.

Lines are always long and there was a Brinks truck blocking the handicapped parking spaces. I have brought this to management's attention previously. They allow anyone to park in handicap spots. It's terrible.

Pharmacy staff does not know what they are doing. It is also normal that you fill a prescription even if the insurance does not cover it. the costumer comes in and then decides weather they want it or not. The fact that a medication is not covered does not mean you can bounce my prescription forever. Also, caught you twice trying to sell me meds without insurance. How is that possible, if you refuse to even put together orders of meds that are not covered???????? SO INCONSIDERATE AND INCONVENIENT. I'm at a CVS now. BYE.

I've been going to this Walgreens since they opened. I don't know how anyone could give them more than one star. I waste so much time just trying to simply get my prescriptions filled and everyone at this pharmacy is completely incompetent. They made me call my dr. and insurance and waste countless hours telling me inaccurate information and that my drug is no longer covered which is completely untrue. I filled out the wagcares surveys for years and get nowhere. Its ashame that no one from corporate does anything about this place since there are hundreds of people experiencing the same poor quality of service.

First time coming for pharmacy and last. SLOW SLOW SLOW service. They need to take am efficiency training. How can a client be in line for 30 minutes with only 2 costumers in front? Unacceptable. I’m a very patient guy and it takes a lot to frustrate me. Don’t go there for meds.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Manager is so rude they have messed up my prescriptions on multiple occasions and always have an excuse on why. When people go to you with medicine that is important and you constantly screw it up that’s a serious problem. They have techs that handle your medicine who know nothing about medicine in general. I have used them for over a year and so many problems for me to count but stayed because it’s close but today was the last straw to me. I shouldn’t have to tell someone how to do their job.

The pharmacy changed its hours, which is fine, but the hours on the website are not correct. When I addressed this with an employee in the store, she told me the website is never right. I asked her if the pharmacy was open on Sundays, she said yes. Went on Sunday, and it turns out they are not. So, it seems, that neither the website or the employees have no idea what the hours are. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy aside from a little problem with understanding one woman's accent. We quickly worked that out and aside from that little one time hiccup there, she too is a wonderful person to see when a prescription is needed They are very helpful and when I brought in a prescription for my little bunny, the pharmasist knowing we didn't have insurance for him signed him up for a discount plan!

It was my worst experience to survive in my life till next day’s comes. Doctor prescribed the medicine directly to pharmacy while checking after 2 hrs. it was not ready , so I got message late evening so I reached at 8:50 PM EST at Walgreens, 1303 St George Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067 via drive thru ,before me there are 2 person already waiting in queue so at 9:01 reached at door step, that lady said it 9 PM store closed I can’t work and she not ready to listen what I’m saying she shut the door and left the place with aggressive mode, this Show Humanity dies in this nation due to the process and technology. Education and medical is basic need to for human which need to get free but now a days Medical becomes business. Consider if the medicine is require for 1 year kid then what would be the situation ? either it will be emergency or die . This will happen to that lady as well in future which no one can predict the human life , might life will teach the lesson. I understand writing the review will not improve such kind of incident ,each and every person in service filed should think , And again for earning the money we have N-number for jobs in country not by killing the Humanity.

BEWARE of this so-called "pharmacy" DO NOT have any prescriptions filled here. This evening was the THIRD time this place made ridiculous errors regarding my prescription. My doctor wrote a prescription for medication with one refill. When I examined the bottle, it stated "No refills". I returned to the pharmacy to correct the error. I was rudely informed by Mahnaz K. pharmacy mgr., that in HER OPINION there were no refills. Seriously. She absolutely refused to correct the error. She was rude, condescending, disrespectful and VERY unprofessional,, referring to me as "hon" when I was attempting to resolve this. This person is incompetent, not credible and should never be trusted with something as important as your medication. There are many reliable drugstores to choose from. NEVER choose this one.

Bad Pharmacy. I was there several times with a refill. The told me ok. will be filled come back later. I come back and no refill waiting. They also have issues with communicating with doctors. They are very unwilling to help out, staff either does not care or just is ignorant because they are too new to American healthcare system or Walgreens computer system altogether.

NEED to have a new policy of making people that have issues taking longer than 5 min go inside to be assisted instead of the drive-through. It completely defeats the purpose of convenience to have people waiting at the drive through for over 20 minutes.

Beyond disappointed in this place. They lied to my doctor about what meds I've had filled in the past and then don't notify me to tell me they have had my prescription changed when I'm expecting something completely different. Never again will I be a customer of this pharmacy.Updated 2/7/18- So I decided to give them another chance and again they failed. First they tell me they can't hold a script to fill and now it takes them over 30 minutes to fill a 10 pill prescription! How hard is it to count 10 damn pills!?!?! Never again. No more chances. No more money spending at this sad excuse of a walgreens.

Horrible pharmacy. Attempted to refill my allergy medicine on a Tuesday, knowing it would run out by Friday. They informed me they had to contact my doctor. After getting hives all over my body saturday because of still waiting for my prescription, I called sunday morning. They claimed my doctor "denied" my refill. Called my doctor Monday to find out the pharmacy had never contacted their office. Never going back.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return unopened Walgreens diapers after my mother passed away and was told it was past the 30 day return policy. Not even a mention of condolences just "no we won't take them back". We purchased years of supplies from this store and this is how they thanked us. They just lost a long time customer. Will use CVS from now on.

I put in for a refill on a medication a week prior to running out. I called everyday to speak to the staff about my prescription. I am on seizure meds. On the day prior to running out I called again, telling them that they promised me my meds every day for the last week. They told me that the meds were on backorder and they wouldn't have it in stock any time soon. Then proceeded to tell me to call other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock. They even went as far as to tell me to call the doctor to give me different meds. I lucked out calling pharmacies myself. I had to call pharmacies as far as 50 miles away. I could have taken care of this myself if they would have made me aware that this medication has been on backorder for a month.
