This place has been a staple in the neighborhood for almost all of my life, but I cannot stress how much it SUCKS and has only gotten worse with time! This place has decided that having 2 employees to run the store is acceptable. The line can be 20 people long and the pager can be asking for an associate on loop to unlock some kind of medication. As a result, the employees are miserable and treat everyone with disdain. Even the pharmacy which has 4 or 5 people at a time is absolutely swamped on any given day. Picking up a prescription regularly takes 45min or more whether it's in the store at the service counter or drive thru.There is zero reason to go here compared to any kind of dollar store, office supply store, convenience store, or pharmacy.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for years , and all throughout that time, I've encountered several problems with CHRISTINA. She is just a horrible individual , even though I assumed she might be having a bad day. Such a personality has never met me before.Shd gives you a dirty look, says hurtful things to your face and then turns around to trash talk you to other employees including floating pharmacist.I have never seen a drum with such filth.

I used walgreeens photo service today and it was just amazinggggggg.. wanted to print a couple of posters . Checked for few other options nearby , but my friends suggested Walgreens ! I must say / the print quality was just awesome .. got some 11x16s and few other posters and they looked really good .. and i got a same day pickup. Infact the prints were ready in 30 mins after my order . Loved it . Will surely make Walgreens my default print provider from now on :)

Hi Please reach out to me with this issue, it is extremely severe. The pharmacist put incorrect labels on my medicine. See attached pictures as proof. Just because I have used one of this medicine recently I know it was incorrect label on it.Apart from that they have put one of my prescription "on file" without my doctor's advice and when I called to ask there were 3 prescriptions and I only got 2 they said "I am sorry I don't know why someone put the other prescription on file" This was not a refillable prescription, it was for flu treatment. They did the same thing with my husband's prescription 2 days later, our entire family was sick and we visited this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs but I don't know if they should be kept open if they have incompetent staff. There is one Asian lady who is extremely rude and loud in the pharmacy, she gives all kinds of excuses they make mistakes and don't even apologize. This pharmacy used to be much better when there was different staff. This new staff is chaotic, not organized and managed well. The issue that they have done with my medicine is grounds of lawsuit and I am willing to take that next step if I do not hear from anyone at the Walgreens corporate.I drafted the above message and tried to file a complaint thru Walgreens website but the page consistently kept getting errored out. Therefore I leave no choice but to put a review here. They do not even deserve a single star.

I have been usually this pharmacy for years!!!! And this location honestly will make a mistake, when they put my scripts info they basically told me i was trying to refill to early (script called for 2x a day quantity 60, not 1 a day for 60days.)When i call and I guess they make Notes in our accounts that i guess i am now labeled a difficult person. (Witch i dont feel i am, when you make a mistake say sorry, not brush it off. However last month when said situation happened.Well now when i call to speak about my medication i am spoken to with rude tones, short answer with "attitude in the tone, delivery of jasmines words to me tonight.Honestly i do not feel the staff behind the pharmacy counter at this location is professional, and lack human curiosity."Well thats what the note says" when i simply ask will my script be available tomorrow? And when i had my refill called in early last week, (before refill would be available) automated system didnt even mention the said medication i was inquiring about)Honestly over the last year i feel the service behind the pharmacy counter lacks quality on customer service. I honestly got off the phone and felt i was spoken to as if i where a child, short answer with that attitude as if "the system said so" like when you ask mom but why, and she responds with that "because i said so" thats the attitude i received when i simply wanted to check on my refill availability/status.When i am on a medication that i should not have any lapse in dosage. Just feel they dont make the customer feel like a priority or let alone a person. Quess here we are all just in the shuffle on the the number line..

This is one of the slowest pharmacy to prepare prescription.As per there customer service after doctors entry in system it will take almost 5 to 6 hrs to get your prescription ready. Better to avoid if don't want to wait.Doctor give me prescription in system at 11:30 and it was not ready till 2 PM.so I called them it was not even ready by 3 PM as staff was on long lunch break.So I called again and kept waiting on to some one to pick it up.Best of luck for such slow service. Hope management can take this review seriously.

My doctor send two prescriptions to pharmacy. But agent at pharmacy gave me one . I was not aware that he send two . After 3 days I receive voicemails that other medications is ready . I have been suffering . I Spock to manger Christina and she is not helpful. She don’t reliez that they made mistake. Pls everyone check that at same time they give you all medications because they don’t care .

Everytime I come here to the pharmacy whomever is helping me is NASTY. I don't understand just for them to ask you simple questions they have an attitude. It's disgusting especially when I give them no reason at all to have an attitude. I just tell them what i'm there for and they have an attitude with me. . I went inside yesterday and the young lady that was the pharmacist had an attitude. Then when I go through the drive thru a different lady has an attitude. Clearly the majority of the people here need to work on customer service because this isn't it. Very disappointed.

Horrible horrible.. I would give zero star if I can. Bad people working .. need to come back three time to pick up my toddler medicines because they were never ready. Waiting in the driver through for 30 min. no one showed up.. till He did! Young .. wavy hair.. short.. mean!!! With a nasty attitude, disgusting! Worse place ever! First time I even reviewed anything , but I had to!

I go through the drive thru for a 3pm COVID test appointment and tell the person I'm here for an appt. She disappears, no "I'll be back" or anything. Then someone else comes on 10 minutes later asking me what in there for again, then disappears for 20 minutes. I'm pressing the call button and then finally someone at 3:30 goes "stop pressing the button we're busy" as if that's not insulting enough.So in summary, I'm kept in the dark for 30 minutes and then told to stop because they're busy 👍.

Absolutely the worst Walgreen I’ve ever been too!!! I had my daughter walk to store to pick up amoxicillin and she was given a bottle of powder in a bag that is clearly marked MIX!!!! I am now sitting on hold to complain and get order fixed!!!! Many other bad experiences but this is by far the most ridiculous mistake ever!!!!

Just took my 21 month old daughters passport photo and the staff were professional and friendly! My daughter would not stop moving and the guy could not get the shot so he nicely explained he would get his manager and when she couldn't get the shot she allowed me to try! Needless to say I got lucky and got the shot! The photo department was very helpful and patient!

If I could give a Minus 5 Stars, I would. The prescription counter is being run by Rude Non-English individuals with attitude. There are millions of people out there looking for jobs, not sure how they get to keep her job. This place is TOXIC!!!!! Stay Away!!!!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The entire staff is rude and inconsiderate. It’s no surprise, either, given that the pharmacist will argue with you rather than do her job. Shameful. Shame on Walgreens for hiring people that behave this way and shame on any pharmacist who abuses their power rather than actually do their job and try to help people. I will no longer use this store.

No enough staff working in the pharmacy department. No matter when you go it’s a 20 minute wait to just drop off a script and the line is both inside and out. You might as well just pick it up the next day! Now they keep closing and opening without warning so you can't even go to get medications if they are filled and no one answers the phone to get them transferred somewhere else. USE ANOTHER PHARMACY

The wait time in line is getting worse and worse. This is the absolute worst Walgreens. Pharmacy has worst communicators and customer service of any location I've ever been at.Update. It's gotten worse. 15 minutes in line because the cashier has to have full irrelevant conversation.

The drive through pharmacy window is a joke. I’ve been here waiting for 15 minutes now, even beeped once and nobody even showed their face. It’s 12:36pm. Outrageous. If they don’t have enough staff for a drive through then close it down. What a joke.

I went to Walgreen at 555 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ to pick up my prescription around 5:45 pm today, 1/18/18. A white short pharmacist helped a white customer first who just got there and not even wait on the line while I and another customer were waiting on the line behind the sign for more than 10 minutes. This is racial discrimination favorable to white person. Besides, the eye drops is always short for 5 days a month. Dr. ordered for 30 days' supplies but Walgreen only fills up for 25 days with the same co-pay. That means Walgreen steals money from customer. This is unacceptable. I will not replace new order from the store any more.

This pharmacy sucks! Made a COVID testing appointment 5 days ago. I showed up earlier than my appointment time but they couldn't find my appointment. I waited almost an hour in the car while they asked me the same question multiple times.

For the only pharmacy at that specific intersection and center of Colonia I would say it is fair and decent. Though yes, as most have said it is understaffed, it is also not a HUGE location either. The pharmacy itself is adequate enough though if you speak to someone whom is not a chemist aka pharmacist and are asking a medical question you aren't going to get much. I suggest if you have the transport to use the Walgreens on St. Georges Ave right up Inman an extra 5 minutes away.
