I was shopping on Monday 1/15 when one of your employees a woman with red dark hair light skin . Starting to talk to another employee male Spanish .she begun to talk about another employee name Maria . she was talking to him bad he just keep walking from her that’s such a shame to have a customer listing to gossip . You need to do better in everything even your managers . This store is so disorganized is sad treat your employees better respect comes from the top .

Place order for pickup and get thete told didnt go through although credit card charged. Call corporate only to wait on hold for 20 mins to be told tthere is a system error at that store and they will just cancel my order so i can go purchase. So why have pickup? Total joke. Dollar General sucks!

Store went hell less than year . No won at front register self checkout nasty dirty staffing looks like ghetto need take shower. Walk in store reck stuff all over floor. Stuff on top shelf ready fall on top you. Than boot everything cheap cheaply made junk over priced . Go back 10 years ago . Stores in pa at the time clothes made good . Now junk over priced dollar store in one Colonia tried call corporate and you even can't even talk to an American associate or anybody to write a complaint there is literally nobody working in that store you should have to self check out that doesn't work for like 15 minutes I just walked out and left I will never step foot in that store again the staff is dirty the store is dirty it was just disgusting

I just left dollar general and the customer service I recieved was beyond horrible! No one wanted to ring me up. The lady with 2 nose rings in her nose and glasses was so nasty. She saw me at the register waiting to be run up and when we made eye contact she looked away. I had to say excuse me three times and approach her in the aisle before she would acknowledge me. She then said she's on register 2 and asked if I was paying cash or card. When I said I was paying card she said "you could use self checkout". I said I need cash back and she proceeded to ring me up and did not thank me or give me my receipt. It's the audacity that I ask her to work while she is at work for me. She needs customer services training! Or better yet call out if you don't feel like being there. I worry that if she has this attitude with the wrong person what would happen to her.

Wow! Well stocked, clean, organized, and super nice and helpful employees!! So impressed with this location. It’s further away than another DG store from me but I will only be going here from now on. HUGE step up from the South Plainfield DG!Edit: Shoutout to the lady working who wears glasses (she might be the manager?) because she’s a delight! She really brings life to the store and clearly knows what she’s doing!

Always wait in line when nobody is in line, and the store manager always does something outs instead of helping the customers. I miss the Dollar Store but they move out and the dollar general come here, in this location.
