This place omg love the energy and the vibe! My dog (Biggie) is a rescue dog and I was looking for someone to do a fresh wash and cut and I was calling every where last minute. (Knowing I may be rejected due to being the end of the day) however these ladies were giving the most loving energy and was willing to take him in! The pricing was good and the way the ladies handled Biggie, I couldn’t ask for more! I definitely recommend and will be taking my fur baby back!

I’ve been taking both of my pups here for almost 3 years and the ladies that work here have been nothing, but wonderful to both me and my pups. One of my dogs has a hard time adjusting to new people and can be reactive; these ladies didn’t hesitate once and took him in and I couldn’t be happier. I know that every time I leave my pets here they are well taken care of. Both of my dogs often get compliments from friends and family as they always return to me perfectly groomed and with super cute bandanas. I always recommend them to all of my friends not only are their prices fair, but they also do a fantastic job!

Amazing! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! They are very professional and competitive pricing. I hand over my fur baby and 2-3 hours later I pick him up all cleaned and fluffed! My husky comes home and sheds less if you can even believe it, but he looks and smells great. And best is that he doesn’t have that normal dog odor for months. He looks forward to getting groomed! Felicia is great! They do get busy so don’t wait till last minute to make an appointment.

I love these ladies and they love their clients (and they're very nice to their clients owners).They do a great job with all of our dogs ... too bad pictures can't express how soft they feel and how lovely they smell!Jada and Felicia are our true groomers...the puppies love them - as you can see from their faces! Amazing staff and owners groom our dogs beautifully and with patience. We have 2 dogs we bring to them. They do a wonderful job. Reasonable fees. They talk with the dogs and make all of us comfortable. You cannot go wrong by trying these folks. Excellent groomers and service. Convenient location too, in the region near route 1, route 35, not too far from route 9, and St Georges Avenue.

I wouldn't recommend. First time experience was very disappointing. I brought my Golden-doodle pup here for a haircut/ full grooming service, in hopes that the listed reviews exemplify quality service, instead it was the complete opposite. First of all I've never been to a groomers that rushes their service from start to finish especially for that kind of price. Secondly, I asked for a very specific trim cut and an hour later picked up a completely shaved dog.There was no mention of me having to pay for an "extra" pair of hands needed to do the service and all these other add ons that I didn't ask for, bunch of bs. Staff has ZERO professionalism and place looks hideous. Seems like they don't respect their customers enough and regardless will charge you on their terms. AND To top it all they even ask you for a tip at the end for their poor service. Total waste of money.

I’ve been bringing my chihuahua here since I got him about a year and a half ago. In typical chihuahua nature, they don’t always take well to strangers but my dog loves every person there! They take him right out of my arms with no issues. I can tell he’s very well taken care while he’s in their care! I’ve recommended them many times to family/friends!

I've been going here for probably about 6 years now with my Yorkie (who recently passed away) and my Maltese. Nobody was ever able to groom my Maltese the right way and everyone always complained about him. Somehow they temper him to be well behaved even if it takes a little longer to groom. They're amazing with handling them. I now live 45 minute away and after trying 2 groomers here I decided to just make the long trip up to still have them groom because they're the only ones I true.

Brought my dog in for the 1st time to this shop. I explained my dog doesn't like his front paws touched & the lady on the phone assured me that he would be in good hands & they deal with dogs like mine on a daily basis. When I came to pick him up, he looked & smelled great. They took the time out to let me know how it went & recommended some things. These girls were great with me & my dog. Definitely would recommend, & I will be returning

They are always making sure to tell me me if there is something of concern. It might from dry skin to additional services for my babies. They are very trasonably priced. I didn’t always have an issue with this groomer but something has definitely changed at this place. The last time I picked up my dog, one of the groomers was literally chasing a customer out of the store and insulting him and his dog. That same day, they overcharged me and when asked, they explained that their prices just increased. From $60 to $80 in less than a year? That didn’t make sense but I left it alone.I recently call to reschedule a grooming session and asked about the pricing and was told, with an attitude, that they charged me extra because my dog peed and there’s a fee for cleanup. I’ve never heard of that before! Then the groomer tried to haggle with me by saying the next time, she’ll meet me halfway between $60 and $80. Isn’t there a set pricing structure at this place of business!? Absolutely ridiculous!

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.Called and ask if they know now to cut a miniature schnauzer the way it purpose to look and they guarantee me that they know how, well I took my adorable loving puppy for her first cut. Well I would not be going back there even if it's the last groomer in the world, drop her at 9am and picked her up about 245pm. She came out completely shave only her beard remain which was harshly cut uneven. She also came out traumatized and would not even play with my kids. My experience tells me that this groomer knows nothing about dogs and how to groom any breed. If you need your dog completely shave and don't have time then that's the place.

Best groomer I've used in NJ. My dog is always excited when he gets there and is super happy when I pick him up. The ladies there are always patient and helpful with any grooming questions I have as well. They even have done an excellent job at taking out mattes and tangles without always needing to shave him.

Best place for pet grooming. We take our bijon n been happy customer at every visit. They gave useful tips about taking care of pet. Gave headups and asked about the service they might do n charge accordingly, ahead of time n advised what is recommendable. Will definitely recommend others. Thumbs up!! :)

I haven't had any issues with them, however I pay $60 for my Yorkie which I guess I get cause there's a lot to do with her and then I brought my pit for the 1st time and he also cost me $60, when I asked why I was told it's cause he's hard to give a bath and it took 2 people because he dropped his weight and sat down. I get it but not for $60, I should've at least got a phone call to let me know instead of a $60 surprise when i got there.

Very unprofessional staff! (My husband dropped off dog) 1st time and upon arriving I was expecting things to go normal.....but that was NOT the case. Husband was given a price and went to pay (as I was going to pick up) when he went to pay they told him it was only a “quote” of $65 and depending on our dogs temperament it could be more........depending on if he moves a lot. All he asked is a question regarding the up fee and after that the lady went bananas on him. She started yelling and acting erratically. Asked my husband if he was a groomer and he shouldn’t talk if he don’t know what he’s talking about, etc.......calling my husband “dude” and who the “f%c$” do you think you are. Our dog was washed and wanted to charge him $35 for the wash, which he had to beg for his money back.....tossed our little dog on the floor and he was soaking wet!!! The both ladies were shaking and sweating, almost as if they were on something. Dog gets in the car and is not himself, threw up in the car and was shook up from this place. I will be posting this on the BBB website as these people are under the influence of something, normal people to not look and /or act in Such manner! Be careful who you leave your dogs with!!

My dog Is a small bichon frise and had been going there for a few years now and normally hasn’t had any problems. Her groomer, Crystal, does a very good job with her and I’m typically very satisfied. Today I was told that I’d be expecting to pay 80$+ instead of her usual 60-70$. When I came in to pick up my dog today I wanted to clarify why she was getting charged more than her usual. I was speaking with the clerk in the front who was explaining that it takes an extra person to cut my dogs hair because she’s older and they need an extra person so they can be more careful with her so as to not harm her. Fine, I can understand that. One of the other groomers/technicians was listening to our conversation and she came from the back room to explain how difficult it was to cut her hair. She said her skin is loose her bones are brittle and I said “yes, I know and she can be very anxious too”. The clerk said my dog was 15 y/o and so I corrected her and said she was actually turning 12. The technician then became loud and defensive and started confronting me about how “he’s not getting it, the age doesn’t matter” and how “it’s only 10 more dollars, what’s the problem?” I said “woah I’m not trying to make this a big deal”. She then stormed to the back in frustration when crystal came out to appease the situation. I was truly confused because I never raised my voice or confronted them about it. I just said she’s actually 12. I understood the price but what I didn’t understand was why I was met with so much hostility?? I asked for clarity on the price which I still paid for. I honestly don’t feel comfortable bringing her there anymore. I’m going to be bringing her somewhere else from now on.

I was suppose to get charged $60 for my Yorkie and when I went to pick up my pupp she said $82.50. I was surprised of how overcharged she got in no less then a month. I will definitely not be going there again. Your business just lost a good customer.

Go here if you like surprises and expect to pay one amount but actually end up paying much more because they seem to decide afterwards how much they are going to charge you for your pets grooming. Literally have never encountered this elsewhere and i have tried many groomers . Given a quote for “around 60” but really end up being charged $85+. Just ridiculous . Most I have ever spent for my TINY dog

*** PLEASE ADVISE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! *** If possible I would give this place a Zero Star, costumer service is horrible. I brought my dogs to get groomed yesterday and the lady who verbally told me to pick up my dogs at 1:30 before I left, ended up not being ready. She was rude and nasty. She ended up talking down at me. Asking me who told you to come here and no one ever called you. Meanwhile before I left they verbally told me to pick my dogs at 1:30 pm. Then I tired to tell the lady at the desk that lady should never talk to the costumers like that. Her answer was, "She has the right to". So this is it. As a costumer you should never talk to anyone like that, especially if they bring business in. If they are right or wrong, costumer is always right. I will NOT recommend anyone to come to this place. They have no costumer service ethics or know how to run a business. Poorly managed. Also one of my dogs eyes is still blood shot red and its day two. I don't know what happen, but I WILL NOT COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO COME TO THIS PLACE !!!!!
