I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my dog, Winnie's, favorite place in the world amd he always gets love and treats when we stop in. We bought a harness and they were nice enough to measure and fit him for it in the store. They only carry high quality treats and toys and clearly care about all of their clients.

Despite having a 5 star rating I had a horrible experience here. To start when I walked in the door I was not greeted at all. Then I asked the clerk a question about my pet and He seemed to be so annoyed that I even approached him. The whole time I was in the store I felt judged and racially profiled. During my visit A Caucasian women who walked in the store was kindly greeted , helped with her items and received a friendly attitude from the clerk. Im very disappointed with my experience. This was my first and definitely last time I will be visiting this business .

Stopped in on a whim after being in the area. They have a great selection of toys, some of which help a great cause. I bought the WO toy that helps feed widows and orphans. And of course Shelby loved the toy!

I went in to look for a skunk toy as a joke for my dog that got skunked and Jake noticed me looking at one of the dog beds. We started discussing our dogs and, once he heard about my other dog’s quirks💁🏻‍♀️, he suggested one of them and I cannot tell you what fantastic advice it was. My dog LOVES this bed. He could be used in an advertisement for this bed, he loves it so much. This is why you shop small businesses! Thank you, Jake!!!❤️

My dogs and I absolutely love this pet shop.The staff goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you find the best options for your pet. I went in to buy a coat for my dog without asking the clerk came over and helped measure my dog to make sure I bought the correct size.

This locally owned pet supply shop puts the big box pet stores to immense shame. The owners are friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about food and health issues for pets. We really appreciate the care they put into the selection process for their products. We've gotten great food and toys here, and we feel like we're better pet owners for all the great knowledge they've given us.

Just absolutely fantastic place and owners. This is not a chåain and things are slightly more expensive than you might get elsewhere but the service makes up for it. We drive almost 10 miles with our dog to let him roam the place and sniff out new treats and each time we (mainly the dog) is greeted like royalty. Very knowledgeable when we have questions or suggestions regarding our dog's diets. We can't recommend them enough.

Love this place! Great conversation with the owners who really care about the animals they provide supplies for. Down to earth people who really love what they do and are genuine with the products they recommend. I learned a great deal and I would recommend this place to any pet owner. Wholesome products and reasonably priced for the quality of products you can obtain that you hardly find any place else. I’m in love with the cat litter they sell. My cats really enjoyed the food and the treats as well.

Went here because we had a gift certificate and it was so worth the trip, I wish I visited sooner! The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable in finding treats that were low in protein for our dog with kidney issues and we bought an amazing handmade toy for our shepherd that he's been playing with non-stop and amazingly hasn't destroyed.Highly recommend a visit

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Mark and Gloria, the owners, are amazing. The nicest people you’ll ever meet and they know SOOOOO MUCH about pet nutrition, health, behavior and well being. They only sell the best of the best, their prices are spot on, and they’re always willing to help with any questions you may have about your pet. My one dog used to throw up a few times a week. The doctor said it was nothing to be concerned about, but they gave me a high end probiotic for her. Problem solved!!!! It’s very rare for her to have gsi issues anymore. You won’t be able to find a better pet supply store.

Easily the best pet food/care store you'll find. They get to know your dog! Not you which is the whole point. All the care and recommendations are centered around the breed/behavior/needs of your pet. They won't sell you something you don't need either.My dog was having stomach issues so they talked me through a food and a vitamin that could help with it, but said "let's start with just the food, we don't want to shock the system too much. Give it a couple months on that too adjust and if we are still having issues we will look at adding a supplement"Oh and everything is all natural without all the fillers that are bad for your pet.
