Like family. We’ve been taking our maltipoo to scissors and suds since his first ever grooming. Onyx loves them! They have driven him home before when we were unavailable to pick him up, they schedule his appointments for us at convenient times ahead of time and his cuts are perfect every time. The owners and groomers are amazing and so friendly. We bring our dog in for a nail trim every two weeks and she is so comfortable to be there. They always treat her so well. :) We highly recommend taking your dog here for any grooming needs.

Loved everyone at this shop! My dogs have never been professionally groomed, and my Sharpei is not interested in water (won't even go outside if the morning dew seems to still be on the grass). They said she did great, and actually enjoyed getting scrubbed. Will absolutely take my doggos to this beauty shop for every groom!

Brought in my very nervous dog, who has always hated getting his nails cut, for a trim. The staff was wonderful and so reassuring even while my dog was putting up his usual fuss. They had us in and out of there in ten minutes. Will absolutely be back! Thank you!!!

Came from Philly after our regular place closed unexpectedly. They were recommended from multiple folks. Couldn't be more happy, we have a Great Pyrenees which cannot be shaved and takes a VERY knowledgeable groomer. We have had less than pleasant experiences in the city (he vomited at one place, left another with wet pantaloons)-- So glad we waited to get on the schedule for this place 🙌🏽🙌🏽💗💗 also kid listen and follow whatever frequency they suggest, they mean it! It's just going to cost you more money and health issues if you try to delay, that lesson I learned in our first year of ownership! Our pup was sleeping when we arrived and happy and not terrified-- they're clearly gentle, patient and great with pups! Highly recommend but give them 2-3 months to get you on the calendar that's just how it is right now #worthwaiting 🤷‍♀️

The best of the best!!! Small, family owned business that cares about their customers. I am very picky about my golden doodle’s cut and they make it look perfect every time. I’ve been taking my dog here for about 5 years now and I recommend them to everyone.

This is a super cute place! They care so much for their animals and are so kind. My Chip was so happy and his coat has never shinier or softer. Rozalie is a fabulous groomer and I would never think of taking my puppies to anyone else. She is so sweet with our pups and they love her.

I am not sure what happened, but we had very specific requests for our dog. He is senior with anxiety issues. When we called to make the appointment we were VERY specific with what needed to be done.Long story short... it was complete disaster. The haircut is nice, but I don't think we will use this groomer. This is our first experience here.My dogs are my children. Maybe we are overprotective. But when you are told upfront what we needed, you have an opportunity to say we can do it, or we can't. Don't say you can and then change the rules when we get there. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend. They remembered my dog after she had only been there once, they took special care as she doesn't like getting her nails done, and they were very accommodating with last minute requests to get her in. Good service, quality work and made me feel very comfortable that my dog is well taken care of. My dog actually likes going there and doesn't get anxious like she does at Petsmart. Better service and similar pricing. Skip the chain and go here!

Our Buddy Boy has been with Helen and her staff for awhile now. With the negative past he had with a prior groomer it was hard on him at first but he has come such a long way and with Helen and her staff having such warm hearts he now goes in happy and leaves happy....which makes us happy!!!! To know he is finally in good hands makes it so comforting for us but more importantly for our Bud!!! You all are simply the best ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone is the absolute best here! We have have been taking our dog, Topper, here for years now and they treat him as though he is their own. We have tried taking Topper to many place before coming here and this is the only place he is comfortable at. Please consider this location to take care of your special dog!

There is NOONE but Scissors and Suds that I would trust to groom our dogs. Both of our dogs (huge golden retrievers) are soooo happy and excited when I tell them that they are going to se "Helen"! I know that they are loved and well cared for just by the way that pull me down the street to get into the shop. I have NEVER been anything but pleased with the care and the way that our dogs look when they are done. The complements that we receive on their grooming is never ending. Book early and stay on their schedule. This shop is IN DEMAND!!!

Our dog Koda is a rescue dog and is afraid of ALL people. We have had him with a few different groomers and its been a nightmare until yesterday! When my husband walked in the groomer got down on all fours with Koda and introduced herself. It was amazing he warmed up to her. That just doesn't happen! Also they kept him all day going slowly so and I quote what they said," so he can have a pleasant experience." We will not go ANYWHERE else now.Their prices are very reasonable! Those who say it's pricey havent been to other groomers in the area!

Our pup is very skittish and hates baths. He was very calm when we picked him up - I was expecting a shell-shocked puppy. They did very well making him feel comfortable.
