The friendly attitudes and gentle handling I saw with staff here was heartwarming. Yeti is a very special little guy and I was worried about his health after he escaped his tank and was adventuring for several days without a trace. Finding him was delightful enough already, but hearing that Rothman Animal Hospital could squeeze in a checkup last minute without having ever met us? The cherry on top. My hamster felt at-home with the vet and her tech, both very patient people.

I have been going to Rothman Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Screnci takes care of my Punkin who has had many visits with her since she diagnosed him with irritable bowel disease. She is a wonderful and caring vet. Dr. Dixon took care of my Ziggy during his lifetime and now she is takes care of my Gracie who has been with me for a little over a year. Again, Dr. Dixon is a wonderful and caring vet. I would highly recommend Rothman to anyone who is looking for a vet.

I love Rothman for my pets! My Carly gets excited as soon as we pull in the lot, and she is a breast cancer survivor thanks to the amazing doctors. My Susie Q had some traumatizing experiences at her past vet, but Dr. Dixon understands her and does wonderfully with her. Susie Q had surgery there this week, and she is healing great and back to her grumpy old lady self already! I also bring my beardie Buddy to see Dr. Javic- he is amazing with exotics. I will always bring my babies to Rothman because they are treated like family by the whole team! Highly recommend.

Rothman Animal Hospital doctors and staff treat your pets like their own and provide quality veterinary care. I have been taking my cat and her 4 new kittens to Dr. Dixon since I rescued them, and they have been in such great hands under her care! All of the doctors are so passionate and thorough. Where do I begin -- first Dr Dixon and the staff at Rothman truely care about Charlie and our family. Every visit Dr Dixon not only ask about Charlie but my girls and family. Second, the office is clean, professional and easy to get appointments in a timely manner. We first went there when our prior vet office didn't have a doctor on call but Rothman was at the ready for our pug during an emergency. Third, I can't say enough about the advice Dr Dixon and her team have given us all along the way with Sir Charlie Winston 😁 They truly are the best.

I just now read your snarky remarks and insincere back handed well wishes for me and my pets because of the review I left 2 years ago.Since you claim you don't know why i left a 2 star review, I will explain.Yes, I missed 1 appointment with a tech for a vaccine booster and didn't call because I didn't remember I had an appointment. People aren't perfect, they make mistakes.Common courtesy and good customer relations would have been for you to not to fine me $25 considering I have never missed an appointment in the many years I've been a client with multiple pets and have given you many thousands of dollars.Thanks, I and my pets have been very happy with our new veterinarians and paying less for much better care and service

Been going for years.. Shelly's (receptionist I think)the best. She goes outta her way to help you. The doctors are amazing. Dr. Javic on several occasions has saved my animals lives. Recently my kitty with a test. The lab found something isn't usually found. My animals are healthier because of this place. If you want animals to live long healthy lives this is the best place around thank you. Can't say it enough.

I never write reviews but I wanted to write about my experience with Rothman Animal hospital. My dog has been my best friend for 13 years. Rothman is not my normal vet and as my dogs health declined I was starting to worry about the care my dog was receiving. One day she was unresponsive and I knew she was not going to make it. I showed up at Rothman for the first time ever with a very sick animal. The doctor went over every option empathizing with the situation I was in. Every support staff apologized and walked me through the process of putting my dog down from the first step to the last. It was really some divine intervention my normal vet was out of town and I had no other options in that moment. After I lost my baby one of the techs said to me I’m sorry and I hope you know you made the right decision. It was the best thing he could have said to me in that moment. A week after I lost my baby I received a sympathy card in the mail from them. These kind people who I had never met, never brought business to prior to that day, thought to send me a sympathy card. I was a wreck that day and in no condition to show my appreciation for their care that day. Thank you to everyone at Rothman. I know without a doubt Uno received the best care that day and I really appreciate it. I don’t wish these moments for anyone but if you find yourself with a senior dog know they are loving and caring and know what they are doing.

Attached is a picture of my cat Speckles sleeping during her recovery from getting spayed at Rothman in Collingswood. I brought my cat Speckles to Rothman in Collingwood be spayed. Dr. Molly Dixon did a great job with the spaying operation. My neighbors, who own 3 cats, recommended Dr. Molly Dixon to me. She's known as the cat lady because can tell how a cat is feeling and what's bothering them extremely well. My cat Speckles started her recovery well from getting spayed at Rothman. Then Rothman gave me Speckles back and I took her home with me to recover. All seemed well at first, but I didn't follow the Rothman instructions to give her cat food only during her recovery. I gave my cat Speckles whipped cream with each dose of her meds. This was foolish. My cat Speckles became sick, stopped eating and developed a fever. I brought Speckles back to Rothman. Dr. Dixon had Speckles back up on her feet in no time. After I received my cat Speckles back from Rothman for her second trip home for recovery, I made sure that she only ate cat food and treats. Speckles recovered well. I'd recommend Rothman in Collingswood to anyone. They have a lot of pets that come to them, therefore, they have a lot of experience.

Dr. M. Screnci has been caring for my pets for about 10 years.She helped us reverse one of our cats’ liver issue and she always offers great tips on how to increase our pets’ quality of life.Dr. Screnci reminds me of the one of the vets from the old school days… the doctors who took their time and provided well rounded care to animals… simply because they gave a darn.I am thankful for the years of caring / thorough service from Dr. Screnci and for the 26 years of great service to all of my pets from Shelly and the rest of the Rothman team.

I went in yesterday with a sick guinea pig and not even a second lated she died? She was in pain but stable but as soon as they take her away she dies? I find that suspicious.. Was able to go in so im not even sure if they are telling the truth.. I know she was sick but she was stable, I find that a bit suspicious

Dr. Screnci is so wonderful, amazing, awesome, compassionate, caring, kind, considerate, sweet, and heart-warming. She is above and beyond. She has very positive energy. Mimi had red eye, Dr. Screnci examed Mimi and provided the drop. Mimi got healed after only 2 drops. We are so very very happy for Mimi, and we are so gratwful to Dr. Screnci. Lulu was coughing. Lulu's coughs went away after taking only half of the pill that Dr. Screnci prescribed. We are gratefully happy. Our million thanks to Dr. Screnci. Mimi and Lulu are so healthy thanks to Dr Screnci's amazing expertise. Also, the Front Desk Receptionist were super friendly, kind, nice, and very sweet. Great customer services. We love and respect Dr. Screnci. We appreciate the wonderful customer services at the hospital. Everybody treated pets like Angels, Princes, and Prince. Dr. Screnci loves and care about our pets with her heart. We love Dr. Screnci and wonderful Receptionist in the front who made us feel comfortable and happy. Again we are very grateful and feel very blessed. Mimi and Lulu thank you Dr Screnci. We all thank you Dr. Screnci and everyone there at the hospital from the bottom of our hearts.

I’m very picky when it comes to vets but this office beyond surpassed my expectations. My normal vet’s urgent care was slammed and they were diverting, I happened to know of Rothman because my dog had been treated there briefly. They were able to get me in immediately when I called, there was no wait time when I pulled up and the entire visit took only just over an hour. Their prices were incredibly reasonable (!!!) compared to almost every other vet in the area. Personally I saw Dr. Parvanch Larijani, she was so careful, kind, and patient with the cat I brought in. She explained everything she found heath wise, the treatment plan, and how much each thing would cost (very impressive, not many vets I’ve meet have been able to tell me prices off the top of their heads). The desk staff and all the techs were super friendly and helpful, overall I had one of the least stressful vet visits and I will be going back.

My pup was a patient here years ago and I switched due to moving about a half hour further away. We made an appointment with Dr Miller for a follow-up echocardiogram. i could not have been more impressed with my experience. Someone came out to check me in then a tech came out immediately to get my pup. I no sooner settled back into the car that they were calling to say she was all done and that I could talk to the doctor. i said “are you sure you have the right person? You just took my dog in.” She said yep! I couldn’t believe how efficient they were! All around, such a fantastic experience. I was on my way home even before my schedule appointment time!

I have had great experiences with Rothman. Dr. Dixon is the doc our pets primarily see. We recently had to say goodbye to our 18 year old cat. Dr. Dixon cared for him for a few years and was so amazing in supporting us through his care until the end. The actual day he passed away it was a tough day for me but I felt good that Dr. Dixon was there with us. It’s clear Dr. Dixon loves cats and is very professional and knowledgeable. The prices of services at Rothman have always seemed reasonable and the front desk staff are always profession, friendly and helpful. We have a cat young kitty that we will continue to take there for care and plan on adopting another who will also be treated there. One last thing, I think they’ve done a great job adjusting to Covid and making polices and protocols that appear to work out great at least from my perspective as a client.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Rothman. When I adopted my cat, Chase, from a friend, he was already established with Rothman and Dr. Dixon. I decided to stay with them although I had no prior experience with them. I am so glad I did. Chase has been seeing Dr. Dixon for 7 years now. The staff are very friendly and efficient, especially during the pandemic. I receive a quick turnaround response when I outreach to schedule and for test results. I appreciate them!

Took my cat here for years for routine check ups then she got sick and that’s when it went down hill. They gave her thyroid medication and shortly there after she was itchy and scratchy to the point of bleeding. Vet recommended I bring her in and they ran all kinds of tests and blood work. Vet said unsure of what was going on. I found out later it was a very common reaction to thyroid medication which tends to go away on its own. Not sure how he didn’t put that together since it’s right on the paperwork of the meds. I keep bringing her in and the vet says I must not be giving her meds consistently because thyroid is still low and she’s on a super high dose. We actually nearly get into an argument about this where I’m defending myself from his accusations. Cat start dripping saliva all over the house non stop and I take her in again where they tell me they are unsure but more blood work and injections. Every time I bring her in it’s $500. Finally I’ve had enough and switch vets where they find her meds were not low but way to high and it was evident from the blood work showing readings that here thyroid was way high so the dose should have been lower. When transferring the paper work to my new vet it was said in the comments that I was probably not consistently medicating 😤.Upon check up at the new vet they found an obvious inoperable tumor and she was put down a few weeks later. Had I stayed at rothman I can only imagine how many more $500 visits it would’ve taken them to find this. Save you your pet,time, and money and go somewhere else.

I’ve trusted the staff/vets at Rothman for almost 7 years. It started when I relocated to Jersey with my 1st dog. When I had to make the decision to have my dog put down Dr Javic and the staff were so amazing! They were so supportive and caring! When I adopted my puppy last year, there was no question where I was taking my baby. They’ve been just as professional, caring, and kind as they were four yrs ago. Betty seems to be a hit with the staff and I feel extremely confident and comfortable taking her to Rothman.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rothman Animal Hospital and their ENTIRE staff. Dr. Dixon has been our family vet for over 10 years. She’s amazing! The techs: so sweet! The great folks behind the front desk; awesome! We wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else! Our vet is here, we board and groom here! Everyone at Rothman treats our dog like she’s theirs, what more could you ask for from an animal hospital? LOVE. Highly recommend!

We have had the most excellent care for our pups at Rothman. Our very sick dog was taken well care of by Dr. Dixon and she is a healthy, happy dog now. Every time we visit, exams are extremely thorough and Dr. Dixon always calls to check in after appointments about bloodwork and recovery. The whole staff went above and beyond when our one dog had to stay after heartworm treatment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they all really care about the animals and about the pet’s loved ones. Cannot recommend them enough.

As always another great experience at Rothman Animal Hospital. We love all the docs but are often drawn to Dr Dixon and Dr Javic who helped us with our Gizmo and many years of medical issues, the staff led by Shelly supported us until it was time to say goodbye 17 years later. Today Dr Dixon saw my twins and took great care of the them. The tech Angela made sure they were well loved when being examined. Kudos to Shelly making car visits with clients while we waited despite having such a busy schedule.

I found Rothman when searching for an open Vet after my dog was scratched in the eye by a cat on a walk one night. Dr. Dixon and the team were fantastic! Vet medicine is practiced here with love of the animal and caring hearts for the humans. It's hard to find someone you trust to take care of your family as if it were your own, but I know my dogs are in good hands with great care at Rothman for ailments that have come up as they age. Late night and weekend hours make it easy to get an appointment anytime. So happy to have a place with staff who care about my dogs as much as I do!

We highly recommend Rothman for the care of your pets. We have entrusted them with the care of all of our dogs for years, and they have earned that trust. Shelley, the office manager is compassionate & never fails to follow through. She is always happy it seems. Dr. Dixon was with us every time we needed her recently to care for our beloved older dog , Bella ,until she peacefully died at home. She is now caring for our new pup, Cody, just as skillfully. Recently Dr. Javic provided expert care to our pup as Dr .Dixon was off- he too was kind, through & knowledgeable. The office staff can be busy but never fail to pay attention or offer up a pet or two. The young staff that are currently "working the lot" come quickly & are friendly, patient to both pets & pet parents. I don't know all their names but I can honestly say, I would not hesitate to entrust the care of your beloved animals to this team ! WELL DONE Rothman- Keep up your good work. We have been taking our three cats here for over a decade. Dr. Dixon is fantastic. She always goes above and beyond in her care and treatment of our pets. I trust her recommendations without question and she has helped us resolve many medical and behavioral issues with our high maintenance kitties over the years. The staff is also great; they clearly love and respect animals and are very professional and friendly. We've always had positive experiences here!

Rothman, especially Dr. Garcia, have been treating our Mocha for many years. He has allergies to quite a few things and they have been able to try different foods and meds to help manage them. He is always excited to see everyone. Shelly , the office manager is super helpful. The receptions are friendly. We also use their groomer and she does a wonderful job. Mocha loves spa day. Everyone at Rothman is very loving to patients.
