This was Lola’s first time coming to Canine Wellness Center and we looove it here. Shes been to a different groomer that is closer to my house twice since she was a puppy and a puppy that used to love going to grooming and pet stores, she hates it now after her second time there. So I decided to try Canine Wellness after a friend recommended them. Lola came out happy and she loved all the staff there and she looked soo pretty and cute. I have never seen my frenchie mix soo cute. And they even put on bow on her when i could never achieve that! Thank you Nicole our Groomer and Canine Wellness Center! We will continue coming here.

My dog Milo had a theraclean bath at Canine Wellness Center and we couldn’t be happier! The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring Milo was comfortable throughout the treatment.The theraclean technology truly worked wonders, leaving his coat sparkling and his skin healthy. Highly recommend for any pet parent. I got a sneak peak of the room where the magic happens and everything was extremely organized and clean.

I recently took my Australian Shepherd to Canine Wellness Center for a de-shading treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My pup came back looking absolutely stunning—her excessive inner coat was expertly removed, leaving her incredibly soft and smelling fantastic. Not only did they work wonders on her coat, but they also trimmed her legs and bum with such precision that she looks years younger.Beyond the fantastic grooming job, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff at Canine Wellness Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident that my dog was in good hands. I’m so relieved to find an amazing groomer (shoutout to Hannah!!!) that my dog is comfortable with! I have been using Jan and her team for almost 4 years now and they always give a great haircut and offer great service and value. All of the groomers are very nice and treat the dogs well. They also look out for any potential health concerns (re: gums, irritation marks, matting, etc.) and advise on how they can be treated. I highly recommend canine wellness center to all dog owners.

My anxious dog did great at the Canine Wellness Center! I've always had to give her medicine prior to any sort of visit (groomer or vet). She was so comfortable with the ladies who handled her, and was NOT trying to make a break for it when I came to pick her up. I'm really happy with how they handled a nail clip visit, and for listening to me with my hair cut requests. Everything came out perfect, and my dog wasn't stressed it at all. Two thumbs up!

the canine wellness center is a lovely place to come to for all of your pet grooming needs :) reception tended to me immediately, there was no wait at all, my pups were comfortable as well. Paola always does such an amazing job, i'd highly recommend!

I would never recommend this place. They left my mini poodle with all his hair attached to him. After they told me to medicate him. Which I did. My husband went to pick up our dog. He was shocked at the way the Canine wellness center left him. My husband even paid for the service. If I would have gone, I would not be as nice as he was. I have pictures to prove how they left my dog. This place is disgraceful. Stay Away!!

Jan and her staff are awesome. They are super kind and gentle with my dog -- and with us humans. We've had dogs for more than 2 decades, but it wasn't until we found Jan's shop that our dog was groomed well. More importantly, my dog is typically terrified of being separated from me, but at Jan's place, my dog trots along with whoever takes the leash from me. Thank goodness for Canine Wellness Center!

Canine Wellness Center has been such a blessing for our two standard poodles, one of them old. They are in and out so fast and they always look beautiful. The facility is very clean, the staff is professional, and I know my girls are in excellent hands. They even off drop off and pick up services!

Jan and her team are the best! After a less than stellar experience with another groomer, we were recommended to Jan's Dog House and soon our entirely family followed suit. The groomers do an incredible job EVERY single time- Heather is amazing!!- and take excellent care of the dogs. Kevin (our pup) is a lifer ;)

Our 1 1/2 year old pit bull mix has had a fear of the leash since the moment we adopted her. She cowers when she sees the leash and when you get it on her she doesn’t know what to do, so she tries to hide, or walks low to the ground. Today after an hour of training with Ingrid she mad so much progress. We will have to continue to reinforce what we learned from Ingrid, but she is doing so much better thanks to the intense one and one training with Ingrid’s gentle hand.

This facility is amazing! They care such much for dogs, they are loving and kind. They educated me on how to care for my dog better and how to treat his “angel eyes”. They care such much about these dogs and just want the best for them! 10/10

Canine Wellness Center (formerly Jan's Dog House) is the only place I will take my dog to be groomed. Jan herself is an absolute sweetheart and really is an animal lover - I fully trust her and her staff to take care of my fur child. Her staff are also kind and communicative. My dog is very large and his groom is definitely more labor-intensive since his coat is so thick. But he comes out squeaky clean each and every time. I really appreciate having a groomer that is not only so kind but also does a great job.

When it came to finding a place to groom my mini poodle puppy, CWC came highly recommended by a friend I trust. The staff there is amazing and incredibly patient, and made my puppy’s first grooming experience very enjoyable and stress free. He’s there for his second grooming visit today, and I can say with confidence that they are not in a rush to get him out the door, but will really work with the dog to groom him at his pace to make sure the entire process is a safe and comfortable experience. The center itself is super clean and welcoming for dogs. Huge thanks to Jan and her team for taking such wonderful care of my puppy!

I live far away and was searching for a groomer who would take my dog the same day. The only place that did it out of all Bergen and Rockland was Wellness Center. Then it happened again. When I came I found a most friendly and welcoming service with a home atmosphere. The prices are same as everywhere else. I highly RECOMMEND recommend this service.Client from Mahwah NJ.

A friend refereed us to Jan’s after our local groomer closed. Our pup is older. She gets anxious while being groomed and has very sensitive skin. Jan’s has been such a blessing. We never worry about the care she receives while she’s there and she always comes home looking fabulous and feeling good. Five stars from us! Highly recommended!

We have been bringing our dogs to Jan’s Dog House for years and yesterday was our first experience at the new location. The staff at Canine Wellness Center was amazing, as always. I love this place and tell all my friends with woofs about it because they do an amazing job! My dog Jake is not the easiest because he is a big boy and he loves to bark. He was a covid puppy so he didn't have a lot of socializing and can be a little fearful of new people and places. The team at canine wellness has always gone above and beyond for Jake and he loves it there! Plus he looks beautiful and smells delicious when I pick him up!
