The Clinton Basil Bandwagon has excellent selections of healthy food choices including the organic/free range fresh turkey during holiday seasons. Once your family enjoys them, you will likely not buy any other turkey! The people who work there are friendly & knowledgeable. I would not refer to them as 'staff'.

What a great shop for organic food and vegans. The Basil Bandwagon has it all and their pricing is better than the larger supermarkets. We visited this location to try their smoothies and it was good. We ordered the banana blast. Overall another great shop in Clinton and I highly recommend visiting if you like organic and natural foods.

Basil Bandwagon is my go-to food store. As someone with a food allergy, I struggle to find a variety of foods I can eat, but Basil has a wide selection of foods that I can't find in other stores. I also love their café because it has many allergy-friendly selections as well. I have yet to try a smoothie I didn't like, and I always look forward to trying the new "smoothie of the month" when it changes. Basil is also the place to go if you are looking for supplements. They have just about every supplement you could ever want, and the staff is very knowledgeable if you have any questions. They run a free rewards program that allows you to earn store credit, and for all those struggling to remember to bring their own reusable bags now that the new bag law is in effect, Basil has a "bag tree" where customers can "take a bag, leave a bag." Truly a great little store.

Well stocked, mostly nice employees. Heavily penciled in eyebrows, she started laughing hysterically after telling me there out of a product. Cuck-oo! Nice lower half though. 😀

During the height of Covid, Basil Bandwagon was my go to (and still is). Their curbside pickup was and still is great. They restock often, have great produce, and better prices than Whole Foods. I am grateful for this place. The employees are SO nice and I feel safe going here. Thank you Basil Bandwagon!

So glad that Basil has not only survived but expanded! It carries a lot of items I use regularly - especially organic and gluten free stuff. Their prices are sometimes steep, but their rewards program helps to offset that a bit. Minus one star for lack of choices in supplements. Their own brand of supplement takes up the majority of the vitamin shelf space and has no independent lab verification of ingredients, purity or dosage. Staff is always awesome!

Such a great little health food store filled with so many cool things! They have good prices, lots of options, good bread, good produce, good dairy and non-dairy options. They even have all the kombucha flavors that I love the best!And they have a great little cafe! I got a really yummy Falafel wrap. Now I can't wait to try all their soups!They even offer fresh juices for fasting. They do all the work, enough juice for a two-day fast! And it looked so yummy!

Slow as hell! Took 45 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Don't go here unless you want to spend the whole day! I would like to add that my wife said the person helping her was very nice, just really slow. We ordered a sandwich, a salad, and three smoothies. It took no less than 45 minutes and that was with canceling the third smoothie. I was waiting in the car with the dog, so I didn't see the store directly. My advice is to get a second blender. Might help! I`m going to increase your score to three stars, because other than the prep pace, my family loved your store!

Passing through Clinton and needed some snacks for our road trip, what a nice surprise. A vegan, glutenfree dream shopping experience. The staff was extremely nice and the young woman at the deli counter made us a vegan gluten free grill cheese and tomato sandwich that was excellent. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop.

Basil Bandwagon is small but jam packed with lots of healthy food options. Their produce is of good quality and the employees are friendly. Overall, I do find their produce to be pricier than Dean's, and because of the cramped space it's not as easy to move around with a cart, especially if there are a lot of people there.

Pretty good for a quick stop to get local, Artisan and organic items. This is also the best place to get (hard to find) lactose free organic products. It is small but they can order from the bigger Flemington store if need be, which is super convenient.

Great selection of natural/organic foods. So much to choose from...but the prices are HIGH!I also couldn't find a price on almost anything, but perhaps I don't know their system. I was mostly browsing.You will get quality, but you will pay more for it than most other places.It does have a nice, small-town atmosphere and well kept shelves.

Great small store with an amazingly diverse healthy products (food, vitamin etc). Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Only downside to this store is that it is very crammed full with not much space to get around.

I like getting a quick item here or getting a juice or smoothie here. However, super pricey and the new savings program here doesn't exactly work. They even admit to have complaints and will take down your number and "get back to you" without doing so. Some people are not receiving their $5 discount when 1st signing up. Some people have to sign up several times at both locations to finally get into the system. I like the place, but all the kinks haven't been worked out here and obviously they don't know how to fix it.

Fun! My almost 5 yr old and 15 month old had a blast. Clean and fairly priced. Very family friendly place. Nice changing table and even had wipes in the bathroom.

Love this place it is so comprehensive in all its natural products.From skin care, clothing, vitamins and of course food, this place had it all. I was delighted to even find face masks. I miss the kombucha I used to purchase, but I just get to pick from a myriad of others.

Called ahead about a particular item for some more information before coming and they acted completely unknowledgably able about what they sell! This is the manager ! and god forbid you happen to mention that they should be a little more timely with their moving you forward to the correct salesperson.....i was actually reprimanded by "Sue" who said falsehoods about what I had mentioned on the phone about the employee that I was talking to... approaching me closely and not socially distancing AT ALL :(

I love this store but they stock too many products packaged in plastic are the not environmentally friendly as they profess to be . They also seem to be lacking g in management representation in the lamberville store . And I have also purchased several items that were well beyond expiration, and yet not by the labled date as in the black garlic for a mere $10. No I'm not annoyed .when I order vitamins that I have been using for years ( solgar ) all I get is oh we dont carry much of that . Why ?....... because there not packaged in a plastic bottle ? Oh well maybe your snobbery will end you up as big bear ended up . So keep up the good customer relation policies your currently using and I guarantee you'll be gone in 3 years .or start paying attention to customer needs . And stay around awhile . I know my community and what they expect. We just want a health food store that delivers and isn't stuck in their own mindset and what they think people want . Please listen to what we are requesting. Thank you !

This is the best place to get food in the whole region. I'm a new mother and my son was the healthiest baby in the hospital at 9 pounds 22 inches. I get everything at Basil Bandwagon because the value of their products is way better than the regular food stores. There's double the nutrition and value in every item and we eat less and feel healthier all around. I usually go to Flemington now because I love the natural food cafe in the back where my family and I sit down to eat lunch and get smoothies and pumpkin brownies like nowhere else. If they put in a little cafe in the back of the new Clinton store too I would bring my family there more often for lunch. I love eat out but everywhere we go the food isn't organic. The only place we can get decent quality food is here at Basil Bandwagon. Thank you so much. My digestive issues are completely resolved for the first time in my life and my son is so healthy. Thank you so much! If you put a prepared foods cafe in Clinton we will be there every day instead of driving a little bit further to Flemington.

I never thought a place that prides themselves on being holistic would be so against breathing fresh air. Double masks, signs every where stating not to wear your mask below your nose... It's insanity what this world has come to. I gave it three stars because in a pinch if you desperately needed a remedy, you may be able to find it here at a severely marked up price. These hoighty toighty predominantly white areas of Hunterdon county are so played anymore.
