Very friendly and helpful staff. I got over 30 fish from there and and I always find what I need for my kitties. I adopted my youngest kitten from the store when Here Kitty Kitty shelter was hosted on the weekend. I have their rewards and all the supplies I get for my pets is at a huge discount. I also love that I can now go there for my Amazon returns and get an extra 10% off with a coupon when I do.

DO NOT use this location for Amazon returns. This store has no clue how to properly receive returns. There’s no scheduled pick-up from UPS, so if the bins are full, you just have to wait for UPS to pick up the inventory. When does that happen? No one knows. I called twice and twice was told to call back in an hour because the bins are still full. Keep in mind, they were full by 12:30pm, possibly even earlier but that’s when I got there.On top of that, the laziest employee seemed to be the most rude. No idea who he was but he was sitting against the back counter, just hanging out. A woman came in asking when their bins will be available because mind you, their signs outside don’t have an ETA because again everyone including staff is clueless. When she leaves, he says, “Don’t people read? There’s a sign right outside.” Mind you, I just asked my cashier the same question and he was hanging out right behind my cashier. Hello to you too. I wished I said something right there but I held my tongue and just won’t be coming back or ordering online (beware: trying to order without Petco randomly cancelling your order has become difficult). Maybe if the seemingly laziest employee would be bothered to read his own sign, he would try to troubleshoot? Make modifications, so he doesn’t have to be bothered with people’s questions, since it annoys him so much. Hope that wasn’t a manager who rang me up either.

Visited this store with my grandchildren (2, 4 years old) to entertain them. The store is clean, pleasant, seemed well-stocked and the staff is friendly. And we all had a great time watching the birds, the fish, and the small rodents.

Personally very satisfied with Emanuel’s customer service! Always greeted with a smile and positivity, he’s helped us countless times with navigating our animals needs and with any questions or concerns we may have. Every time I come into this Petco I go straight to him! Very grateful for his patience.

Took my dog here for the self bath service. Very dirty bathing rooms. They say they provide all you need but the shampoo is cheap/watered down and the towels are more like large wash cloths to dry your dog off. No absorbency. They provide one scrubber (rubber thing) to wash your dog with which wasn’t good. Instead we used one of the towels as a wash cloth. Expected this self bathing area to be similar the Pet Valu dog spa (also self bathing) in Clifton which closed down approx 3 years. No comparison whatsoever. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Always a hassle to get crickets. Seems like they are scared to touch the crickets. I asked 3 different employees and was told someone would come. After waiting 10 min I went to the front and demanded help. Eventually someone came. It's a recent on going problem. They lack to communicate with each other.

I used the self wash dog bath. It was very convenient for me as I cannot bend over and bathe my dog in the tub. Everything was clean and and the girl up at the front desk was very sweet. pleasant and helpful! It was my 1st time using the self dog bath. You get 30 minutes for $20+tax...towels, shampoo & conditioner, scrubber and dryer all included. My dog is about 24 pounds and I didn't think I'd have enough time to finish in 30 minutes but I did. My dog is a mutt and doesn't need any special grooming so this is a perfect solution For bathing your dog! I would recommend!!

Twice now we figured we would return Amazon items while we were picking up our pet's food and twice we were told they already filled their return bins. Mind you we were there when they first opened so this was obviously a lie because they don't want to be a part of amazon returns. Thank you for wasting my time and thank you for reminding me that there are better places to buy items for my pet that are more convenient and a less expensive price.

The birds want a layout change to be shielded by the other animals. They’ll actually be happier. I shopped at enough Petcos and they were happier not being placed in the direct view of customers. The rats tried to high five me. That’s how much they need a layout change. All those conures wanted to do was show me tricks, bottoms up to them. They want a layout change.

Very disappointed at the size and selection of this store. It's mostly dog and small animal things. The cat section is very small and it's very hard to maneuver in. Also I want to mention parking is impossible to find. I had to go around the back of the store where there was maybe 3 open spaces...yet the store was mostly empty. Many people parking there that aren't going to Petco.

Easily found what I needed. The ladies at the cash register were so friendly. I received customer service from both cashiers because I forgot to purchase something once I got in the parking lot. Store was clean and lighting was appropriate.

Usually have no problems. Last purchase I was refunded for some frozen fish food I ordered. Not in stock. When I picked up the remaining order. On pack of the food was half empty. Like someone used half of the food and put it back in the freezer

Worst Petco Ever1. Should not be listed as an Amazon return location because they only take 2 boxes a day and turn everyone else away. I tried multiple days trying to return this one item and they just don’t take it. Don’t bother wasting your time here.2. Pickup orders will NOT be ready within an hour as posted on the site. I tried stopping by hours later to pick up my order and no one had picked it. Meanwhile, the employees were dawdling around saying maybe it’s a good time to do go-backs since the store was empty and they didn’t have anything to do or customers to help. They piled pallets in front of the item I had ordered for store pickup and NOONE came to help me get to the items.

Their hq signed themUp for being an amzon return location and store manager decided no they are not my 1 visit was like they told me they had noLabels they would receive them in a few days, in a few days they had a print out poster on their window that they had no label so following week they changed the sign to not accepting amazon returns on their own! I entered last Tuesday 07/07/20 at 6:48 pm to buy my fish..one nice guy was busy helping another client, at 6:57pm a worker told me from the front door.. .we are going to close, I said: " I wait for someone to help me to get a tropical fish", she said come back tomorrow, and I said not, I am here....then she came with bad actitud and throw my fish in a bag. After that I paid and she pickup the shopping cart from outside, with bad actitud.If she doesn't her job, please don't work there.

Needs to be more organized , when u have a call out person covering should have a little bit of knowledge of the department they are covering. walking around the store looking for some one to help me while my ride out side waiting for me 10 minutes to be exact all I need it go in and out . After not knowing the price of an item there taking pictures of the item and calling someone for a price check of the picture they sent no answer so I just gave up and left. I guess I'll be going back to buying online.
