My elderly dog, Lola Beagleface, stayed here this weekend! She has to take medicine daily, being that she is 16 years old. They took great care of her, gave her medication as scheduled, and answered the phone every time I called to check on my baby! I would definitely recommend Lisa’s!

They are so great with my dog Lucky. She was badly abused for the first 4 yrs of life. I have tried other groomers for her nail cutting but You are so much better with her. Cute place tucked around a bend staffed with responsible dog loving people who have experience. My 17 pound chihuahua is hard to cut for and Lisa did a fantastic job with his attitude. Obvious experience and love for our furry friends can be felt once inside. You might have a small wait when they are busy attending to their clients but nothing too demanding 😉2023 Update: their drop off/ pick up protocols are different now, since covid but I think this is better! Service is still same friendly technicians at fav pet salon!

My family and I have been taking our poodles to Lisa’s pet salon for years. Recently, over the passed year the quality of our dog’s haircuts have been very poor quality. On one occasion my father had to bring our dog back to get fixed. On a previous occasion my dog was sent home with the incorrect harness (with someone else’s dog tag and their personal information), once again, we had to go back and get this matter fixed.Yesterday, 8/28/2020 my father was called to pick up our dog. My father arrived and when our dog was brought out, he looked like he had only been given a shower and combed. Lisa herself took him to the back to take off more hair. When all was done, our dog’s haircut was still uneven, his poodle paws don’t look evenly done either and he still looks like he barely got cut. Our dog is 10 pounds but now looks like an obese dog from how long and poofed out all his hair was left. His nails were also left long for the second time in a row! On top of this, their credit card machine is ALWAYS “broken” so they only take cash. Lisa did not offer a discount out of good faith. Very very disappointing, we’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years. This is the last straw for us. We will be taking our dog elsewhere and will have to shell out more money to correct their mistake!

One of my dogs has nails that curve into the pad, so its important to get them cut. I pointed these out to the groomer. She said, "no problem", took the dogs, cheerfully returned them after grooming and took payment. Didn't notice until much later she ignored the nails I specifically told her were really important.

My family and I have been going to Lisa’s doggy Day care/pet salon for many years. Our fur babies are our children. Lisa and her staff are not only professional, they do amazing grooming and have that extra special TLC that we need for our fur babies. We call Lisa the “Dog Whisperer.” I have never seen someone so good with animals as she is. We would never even consider going anywhere else except Lisa’s doggy daycare/pet salon. Thank you Lisa and Staff for all you do. There is nothing like “peace of mind.” You all give that to my family and I. ♥️

My dog Casper loves his friends at doggy daycare! He never wants to go home when I pick him up :P They conveniently have grooming and boarding too, all at extremely reasonable prices. Staff is wonderful and very good with dogs--they know which dogs play well together and generally seem to love and care about the dogs. They take great care of my dog and I've never had a problem with them. They're also very accommodating--for example, I wanted to wait as long as possible to neuter my dog (for the health benefits) so they let me do this despite it being against their policy and kept him separate from certain dogs until we got him fixed. I also really appreciate the hours (7-6:30), as I can drop off/pick up before and after work. I'm not sure what I'd do with all of Casper's energy if not for Lisa's! :P

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Lisa's with our new addition to the family. He spent his first week there and could not have been happier. My wife and I work all day and it's nice to pick him up and come home and him not be full of the day of sleeping energy. It's a cute little mom and pop place that doesn't just pack the dogs in there. I know he's not forgotten. Again, I can't say enough good things about this facility.

I sent my dog here for daycare on weekdays for a little over seven months starting in December 2018. Everything was fine up until the following summer. As another reviewer said, the air conditioning is inadequate and they kept putting more and more fans everywhere. From what I observed, there were only two small wall/window until air conditioners in the whole place, which didn't provide enough cooling at all. There were days when I would pick up my dog and she would be uncomfortably panting and laying on the floor while we were standing in the reception area. The place was like a sauna and I worried that she would be at risk since she was running around and playing all day. I was even burning hot while being in there for only a short time. I also noticed that the facility was really beat up, needed major renovations and sometimes smelled like cigarette smoke. There were old couch cushions in the corner of the parking lot that sat there for months that no one bothered to pick up. There was also one time when I was sitting in my car in their parking lot after I dropped off my dog and a homeless man knocked on my window and asked me for money. After that, I felt really uncomfortable about being outside this place. The only positive thing I experienced was that Bob was always accommodating to me because of my work schedule and I always appreciated that. Based on what he would tell me, he was usually left alone with many dogs, which lead me to believe that they were really understaffed. I stopped bringing my dog here in July 2019 and never went back.

A great one goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes exactly as expected. A special business however is what Lisa's Pet Salon is.On May 25, I got married to the love of my life. One key moment of our wedding that brought everybody a lot of happiness was the fact that we were able to have our dogs as the ring bearers.Thanks to Lisa's Pet Salon's working with our custom request, our dogs were not only well behaved ring bearers, they looked incredible since the salon made them special outfits, while taking them to and from the venue.They did an incredible job and made my wedding that much better.Thanks for everything!

Recommended. First time boarding and now I’m daycare and absolutely love them. Bobby is the best ! Be to other daycare but this place is by far the best ❣️❣️The girls are very kind and wonderful. I Wouldn’t live my dog anywhere else 👍🏼 to them!

I took my dog today to get groomed and when I picked her up she had flees. On top of that she had a big scrape on her right side looks like it's from the buzzer. She kept saying it was an irritation. Its definitely not. Had to take my dog back! Not happy and we will not be going back. But they did refund me n give her a oatmeal bath.

We’ve left our dog here when we go on vacation, and we never had a problem. They are reasonably priced, they take care of our dog and when we pick him up he seems happy. This place is family oriented, are dog is comfortable there and the main thing is that we know our dog is safe and is being taken care of.

I had high hopes of bringing my dog here and was never able to bring him for day care. I talked on the phone with a man who told me the process (meet and greet and application and requirements).I fixed my dog (so he can attend day care) and updated his shotsI met Lisa (she was wonderful, friendly, and answered all my questions) and she interacted well with my American Eskimo Kuma.After the M&G she informed me about when I would be able to take Kuma. I then called in during that time to make sure I can drop off kuma to day care and the guy on the phone told me “no? What kind of does is this? What dog is this? , let me ask Lisa and call you back” it wasn’t the first time we spoke..don’t they have my application? They met me and my dog...And I never heard from them again. Not sure if they did not want my business or they were just lazy to deal with a new client or what happened but I’m disappointed because I needed the services, I can clearly pay the service, and I clearly went out of my way to fix my dog and what not to fulfill the requirements only to be forgotten or told “no”.

Horrible experience with them. We boarded our dog for Thanksgiving weekend a few year's ago and they disregarded our orders we also gave them a notarized letter stating to not place our dog with any other dog as she was a bait dog and was skidish of other dog's. We asked for updates thru out the weekend we didn't receive one phone call or email or pictures. My wife and I decided to leave early and pick our dog up and they tried giving us the wrong dog. I heard our dog yelping and crying in the back I hopped the gate and ran into the back and my dog's eyelid was split open with a very visible infection starting she was also covered in pee you could smell it coming off of her. We rushed her to her vet and we refused to pay because we were contacting a lawyer about what happened. Our vet said we were lucky we got her when we did because if we didn't she would have lost her eye from the infection and that it was from another dog bite. I warn everyone about this place their ethics are horrible. They never respond to phone calls about updates on your dog. Never again will we ever board any of our dog's there again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I boarded my dog here and I could not be happier about the love and care they gave my chico. He is a rescue and much to my surprise he fell for their staff of amazing people. I highly recommend this place!! They will give your four leg family member one on one attention. I give this place 5 stars !!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love Lisa's Doggie Daycare because it is clean,there r a lot of activities for the dogs to do and play on...the staff is very hands on & friendly. But most importantly I know when I leave my dog in Lisas care that I don't have a care in the world because her love & knowledge for animals is amazing. The prices r extremely reasonable. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else for boarding and Lisa's Grooming Salon. Thanks so much!!!

They pick and choose the breed of dog they want to take care of . Once they heard I have a pitbull, The person brushed me off. NO WE Don’t TAKE THAT BREED OF DOG . Maybe your establishment should educate yourself on This breed of dog. They aren’t monsters ! To bad your establishment is uneducated and judgmental on this breed of dog. First and last!Besides not being able to witness the grooming (due to CV19) it seems to us that the groomer did not have experience. Bald spots and uneven and horrible job on the face and all around. Just happy our pet was not harmed or injured. Actual rating would be no stars.

In a pinch I needed doggy care for a week while I attended an out of town wedding. My little pooch came home happy. She was cared for well at Lisa's. Will patronize again.
