I hate this store, cashiers aren’t friendly have an attitude especially cashier from this morning, there’s no name on the receipt just a bunch of numbers on top (368-8245-0021) then the date. Sandy at the pharmacy has an attitude as well, rbf, loud rude, like she hates her job, then why are u working here? Never shopping here ever again. Going to cvs, bye!

The Photo Center at this place is a hot mess. They can never get it together. One time I printed out a poster foam board for a party and they tried to do it at least 5x and still couldn’t get it right. I ended up having it printed on paper and DIY-ing it myself. A few months later, I placed an order for pictures and they couldn’t even find the order or tell me where it went even though the email confirmation said it was ready for pick up. Hot mess.

This store has some of the worst staff ever! They straight up ignore you and impose ridiculous rules whenever they want. If you do in-store pickup, the email specifically tells you to go to the photo center. I even checkin ahead of time to let them know I’m on my way. When you get there, if there’s no attendant, there’s a button to push for help. It freaking repeatedly announces on the over head loud speaker for someone to come help. 2 “younger” employees walk pass me and they both said “they don’t work in that department”! 3 cashier and not one can come over to help! One even walks over to come get bags for his station and ignores me when I asked if someone be coming over. They later asked me to wait on the checkout line to pick up a order! Isn’t in-store pick up suppose to be quick?! Finally, one of the older staff came over to help. She asked me to leave the line and she proceed to give me my order which was literally right in front of the register! I understand that sometimes you are tired and you might be dealing with other things in your life, but just about everyone in the store is rude and that’s unacceptable.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! I’ll start with the worst thing- I went last night and the Asian pharmacist was yelling out loud everyone’s prescriptions- I was able to hear what everyone was there to pick up because she YELLED out the name of the medication and what they needed it for, including mine!! Terrible terrible service! Secondly, I went to pick up last night and they made me wait about 15 minutes - when the prescription was sent over at 10am the day before!!! The WORST service ever! Someone needs to talk to her about her yelling out prescriptions because that is completely UNACCEPTABLE!

This pharmacy is unreliable! When I ordered my medication they gave me the day and time when the medication will be ready. When I came to pick it up they told me they are out !!!! I cannot miss my medication. Some people’s life depend on medication they take daily. This is not the first time I have issues with Walgreens. Will call doctor as soon as possible to change the pharmacy and will write a formal complaint. I had enough with Walgreens!

Absolutely horrific! Besides having to wait on average half hour in a line of 3 people to get my prescriptions, I was turned away from my Covid booster appointment because... wait for it... THEY WERE BUSY. Transferred my prescriptions to CVS right after. It's time we stood up to this nonsense and took our business somewhere else. Nothing will change until they see their numbers change.

I compare walking through the doors of this Walgreens to walking through the gates of hell. I half joke with my wife that I leave part of my soul in this place every time I leave. I closed on a house today and refilled a prescription and I can say that closing on my new home was faster , less stressful , and easier. Be warned.....

Specific to Pharmacy - I spent well over 45 minutes on hold, transferred to 3 different people, trying to get my prescription transferred over. When I finally got it transferred, they didn’t have my insurance on file. I spent another 45 minutes and 2 transfers trying to update my insurance only to find out that they don’t accept my insurance. They need to hire on more staff and have more in depth training so that more than 1 person can answer questions.

The people that work in the Cliffside Park store on Anderson avenue are so rude nobody has any idea how to do a return how to deal with Walgreens cash or even how to deal with customer service I shop with you guys online because I hate dealing with the ridiculousness of ignorance that these employees have they're entitled and it's disgusting. Don't they know that if customers stop shopping in their store the store won't make money there for the store won't have hours therefore there's no hours for them to work therefore they make no money like honestly it's really simple

Very bad service in the pharmacy area. I had to come and pick up 7 medicines. Call to find out if they are ready. They said that If I arrived at the pharmacy at the time and they told me that they were not ready. I came back the next day. I came back the next day and they only gave me 2 medicines and I had to wait 1 hour for 2 medicines. It's very poorly served, very bad

I go there once in a while for sale items and drinks. Never had a bad experience. No need to dump on them because it’s a franchise.8/20/21Stopped by to pickup a case of water the sign said on sale at $3.99. Came up as $6.49. Without me uttering a word Eric the manager changed it to $3.99.Yeah, this Walgreens I’ll remember as having a customer service oriented manager. 👍

I have been a patient at this pharmacy since it was originally Rite Aid for approx 15 years. I developed a very nice relationship with the pharmacist especially George. They are all wonderful but George is the one I mainly see when I am there. They know my name they greet you with kindness and it makes you feel welcomed. All the pharmacy staff are very helpful. They call the doctor for follow up refill auth and they also call my insurance with questions if there is any errors with the insurance. Because my insurance is requiring that I only use Walgreens or do home delivery I have been forced to transfer to CVS. This truly saddens me because I felt like family at Walgreens. I would give negative stars if I could. Pharmacy will never pick up phone. Prescription pickup line is so long and always late even if there are only 2 people ahead of you. Pharmacist is very rude.

The pharmacy area it’s so slow and not organised. First you stand to drop off your prescription for about 20 or more min. Then you have to stand again on the line for the pick up. The store always have mini W to help. The shelves are not full with the products. Not a good sales. Love CVS service and the pharmacy.

Absolute horrible service!! There is a woman that’s been there for a long time and she is always super rude to customers, but today I’ve had enough!! Why would I go to a pharmacy to get treated horribly!! They are also super slow and from today I’m switching to CVS

Horrible. I ordered photos the day before to have them ready the same day. Came the following day to pick them up expecting them to be ready and, of course, they were not. I assumed it would take only a few minutes but they took almost 20 minutes to print. Unfortunately, I got a ticket while waiting for the photos. This trip to Walgreens ended up costing me an extra $50.So slow and inconsiderate. Will not be returning. I would rather drive to North Bergen...

This pharmacy is so slow. They don’t even pick up a call for hrs. I see 4 ppl inside and have no idea why they are super slow. Must be really incompetent or inefficient. They billed to my insurance company when they had no medicine prescribed.Plus they’re very blunt and rude showing no empathy to sick customers. Avoid this pharmacy and go to other locations.

Order a pickup order, when i came they hadn't even look at their pickup orders, making me late to work, when i told them to cancel the order they were making excuses and saying they will start but didn't even listen to me when i told them i need to get to work and that i could just go and grab the items and purchase them regularly, they took forever to cancel my order and then took forever to check me out, they looked like they didnt even know what they were doing in there, a huge mess, they need better employees or more training for those who are already there looking clueless.

By far the worst Walgreens ! Nothing is ever right there . Every time I go to pick up medicine for me or my childrens it’s never ready they wait for me to arrive to start doing it . And nothing is ever in stock the star is slow and dose not want to work

Rude staff, you’ll end up waiting for hours on arrival. Calling them, you listen to the music while being on hold for hours. Super slow and disrespectful staff members
