Just had my mom’s dog groomed today at Paws and Kisses. Kim is so professional. She got me an appointment quickly. My mom’s dog is old and cranky and never let anyone else cut his nails, but Kim was great and worked with us to get him all cleaned up and nails cut!!!

I went to kim today for my 6months old mixed pomeranian first grooming I was really anxious because my dog usually barks a lots, when I went to pick him up he was really happy and well behave. Kim did a wonderfull job with him and she also gave us a little bag of treats and a little accessory with bags. 100% recommend her grooming services.

Paws and Kisses has been a Godsend since I moved to New Jersey! They are so incredibly nice and have treated both of my babies ( Izzy and Laila ) with such care. She listens to me when I describe how I’d like their grooming to be and can work aroune my work schedule which is so convienent. Definitely will stick with Paws and Kisses for as long as I’m in New Jersey!

Just moved here and have struggled to find a groomer who cuts my dog’s coat well until we saw her. She has a nice, bubbly shop with a security gate that stops dogs from getting out the door. Good skills, friendly, and my dog seemed to do well with her. Will for sure be coming back.

I recently moved to the area and had been looking for a new groomer for my dog Candy who’s 16 years old. She had previously gone to the same place for nearly 10 years but they politely told me they wouldn’t be able to take her any longer due to her inability to stand for an extended period of time with her back legs bothering her.I spoke with Kim ahead of time and she quickly assured me she would take good care of Candy. After taking Candy there and seeing what an amazing job Kim did, Paws & Kisses will be Candy's grooming spot from here on. Not only did Candy look and smell great but she was handled with first class care which is most important with a senior dog. Highly recommend taking your dog here. 5 stars!!!

Our doggy Mia has bad anxiety and hated getting her hair cut. We started going to Paw and Kisses almost a year ago and Kim does an amazing job! Mia is comfortable with her and always leaves looking so cute! Highly recommended!

Went to Paws and Kisses Groomers today and it was awesome again. Jax’s second time there and everyone there is incredible. He can be difficult, and I get super stressed, but everyone at Paws and Kisses is patient and kind. I highly recommend them for your pet grooming needs!!! Most groomers just shave him down completely but they take the time to make him look good and keep some hair.Try them the next time your dog needs cut or bathed. I’m so happy I switched.

I called this morning to see if there was any availability for my dog to have his nails groomed. I was able to come in soon after calling and I was so happy I did! Kim is great with our dog, Scout, and does an amazing job ! Scout is a bit timid and can be a little uncooperative, but Kim puts her at ease and manages to give her the best grooming she’s ever received. The service is very professional, yet friendly and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this wonderful small business.

Hey, visited Paws & Kisses today with my 13 year old American Pit Terrier. My dog doesnt really like getting groomed but she loves the aftermath. I was comfortable leaving my dog in her care, she got her all cleaned up and when i got there my dog didnt want to leave. Ill totally be coming back and recommending this place to friends. Wish I could've added pictures here, you guys would be able to see my princess' satisfaction.

1st time at paws and kisses taking my Bichon Frise and it was the best grooming place in bergen and hudson county i ever been to. The service, the care of my dog, as well as the easy and customer service. Kim was great with our Bichon and will be bringing her again.

Had a very disappointing experience today at paws and kisses. As I tried to enter there was a manic customer with mis-trained dogs trying to leave. We walked in and her pups started barking and I was asked by the owner Kim to wait outside. Like most people waiting for an appointment, when you are asked to wait outside the door, you do exactly that. The customer’s child then came out screaming at me, without a mask on, yelling at me to back up. This was followed by the manic customer herself walking out screaming at me, that her dogs were misbehaved and that I needed to move. Kim by then was running around helping with the dogs in the back. Not once was I asked nicely, only screamed at. I moved out of the way anyhow and had my well-behaved pup between my legs and was holding him tight by his harness so she could get by. I was in a rush to get back to work and after waiting a while, wasn’t sure what was going on. Here is where I got really upset… I walked back in to see what was happening and to see if I could speak to her calmly. Instead was berated by both the manic customer a male employee named Paul. Instead of diffusing the situation, he got in my face and told me that my business didn’t matter to them.I first heard about Paws & Kisses from a friend and immediately was impressed with them. They were so clean and so friendly. I live in Manhattan and had been making special trips and planning my schedule around appointments to come to NJ just to come here.The owner Kim did call me to apologize which I appreciated. She was lovely and treated me with respect. But I can’t say the same about Paul, who is more than her employee, they are romantically involved. She told me I could come back on a day that he’s not working there but I struggle with that knowing that that he is still employed and will still benefit from my business.While their customer clearly was not in the right state of mind, it was his responsibility to represent the company and diffuse the situation. As her partner, I know Paul will be still working there, and until he is no longer on the payroll, I can’t trust the owner’s judgement in employees and am not comfortable leaving my dog with them.
