Melanie is absolutely wonderful and has such an amazing gift for all of our fur babies! It was so hard for me to find a groomer in my area that I can trust as my baby had an accident where he had gotten cut by a previous groomer back in Florida, however upon explaining this on my first visit with Melanie she was extremely compassionate and reassuring in every way that she is a professional and has been in the grooming industry for so long. Instantly I knew my little one was in great hands. So satisfied with Rigatoni's groom, he looks absolutely precious! Mel is the best! She started grooming my Eli since he was a puppy and she is the only groomer he has and will know! He’s scared of everything and she’s helped him get used to baths as he hates water. She’s truly talented at what she does and cares for her fur customers as if they were her own!!

Where do I begin! Melanie has been my groomer for quite some time now and there are numerous reasons for that. For starters my very anxiety driven pup has never been comfortable with groomers, or anyone he doesn’t really know. Since his very first groom with Melanie he has felt safe and it shows when I pick him up and he doesn’t want to leave. Melanie not only spoils them with love and affection but also takes her time to perfect her craft and has the patience it entails to make your dog look and feel great. She is knowledgeable and will always make suggestions if needed in order to help maintain your dogs coats healthy in between grooms. Aside from the care she provides each and every pup, her customer service is a 10/10. She is kind and reassuring and truly loves what she does. If you’re considering trying her out, look no further; This girl is IT!

Upon arrival to Mel’s Spaw I was super anxious as my Brooklyn and I had just moved from California and was not having the best of luck finding our new “people”.Melanie made me feel calm and confident that she would go above and beyond to take care of my Brooklyn… and she did just that! Not only did she handle Brooklyn with the utmost care and made her look fabulous (given her matting), but she gave much needed expert advice on how I can groom Brooklyn in between appointments.I will hands down recommend Mel’s Spaw to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary groomer and business owner!
