Went to get things for Passover. They used to have a wonderful selection of Jewish items for the holidays. Very disappointed. No red horse radish. Only small jars of herring. No macaroons.

Prices are ok. Store is organized. The only issue I have is a few of the items like the only 2 remaining corn meals had expired in February and the other in March. I have to return the sour cream that expires, 3 days from purchase date & that's a nuisance for me because walking can be an issue and I've not yet seen the electric cart.The Customer Service is really good here. Especially at the deli and the seafood department. The crabs were cooked for me at no extra cost and they were on sale both times I visited the store. Oh 1 more negative- you have to pay for the cart with a quarter like at Aldis which I never shop at because of that.

This is one of the worst Shoprites in my experience. Poor customer service. Rude staff. Low level of customer curiosity and extremely disorganized. You also have to remember to bring a case quarter in order to use the shopping carts otherwise you'll have to shop by hand. My experience at the deli was horrible. The guy didn't listen despite the fact that I was clear and specific. He gave me all of the wrong items and sliced it completely wrong. A complete and total waste of time. It's very frustrating because now I have to lose additional time to correct his mistakes!

Thank you Shoprite for a hassle-free, stress free, evening. Although the stocking staff were busy working, they were still friendly and helpful with finding your items. Store was clean. Plenty of sales and my favorite part is how they grouped seasonal items together making your time more efficient. Cashier was amazing with her recommendations on items.Happy Thanksgiving!

The lady at self checkout on 3/26/24 at around 8 pm was extremely rude. The self checkout was glitching out and thinking I removed items from the register, and when I asked her to come over, she had the most attitude and the first thing she said to me, before even greeting me, was “what did you do?” The self checkout continued to act up and throughout the entire time she gave the worst customer service, making sure I knew she was annoyed.

This is a nice large ShopRite. It is always nice and clean and neat. I especially like their flower section. I have purchased many bunches of flowers; they are always fresh and last a long time. From time to time they also offer African Violets. Their meat department is super. Quite often I am able to hit it when some of the meat has been marked down. They also have a great area with a rack or two of items marked down. The staff is always courteous and helpful. This is a busy store, so you are assured of fresh items. The only thing I find odd is having to put a quarter in to get a cart. But, you can retrieve your quarter when you put your cart back. I haven't figured out the purpose of the quarter. lol

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a ShopRite since I no longer live in this area. I was very impressed with how they’ve grown and expanded. They have a lot of options and services: from the little sit-down eatery in the back of the store to more specialty service counters. They seemed to have it all. And the cashier was super nice. It couldn’t have been to treat us like the only customers she had all day while servicing a busy New Years Eve crowd. The store was well-stocked , clean, and nicely organized. I would definitely shop here again (when I’m in the area).

Eric who works here was very helpful, in helping get can cat food from a top shelf. This guy should have an chance to run this store. Great people work here. also this is odd every time i walk into the store this is an call on 7020 ? maybe i should file a lawsuit

Truckers this place has no signs for trucks to delivery dock so let me tell you cause they don't know nothing. So let me tell you go to the corner of College Dr and black Clementon rd u go right if shoprite is your right-side and turn left at light when u see att store if shoprite is on your left side n go 1/8 of miles it's on right side and trust me as a driver this place has 3 docks but use one dock to unload. So be prepared to wait.. also drivers if u get there n u about to get unloaded and a shoprite driver shows up after you they will take that shoprite drivers before you. They tried that nonsense with me and other stores do it 2. But this store is one of the worse to deliver too.

This store sucks compared to Chews Landing. The parking lot is terrible and the store isn't much better. It's bad when you here an employee say she won't shop there because it's dirty so when you hear that from someone who works there that should tell you not to go there

While I live closer to the ShopRite in Berlin NJ I much prefer this store. It’s always well stocked, clean and neatly organized. They’re staff is always courteous and friendly. The checkouts are always manned and ready. The store is a bit smaller than the average and the parking lot can be a challenge to navigate but I find all of the positives to far outweigh an perceived negatives. Always a pleasure shopping there.

It's a nice store. My favorite is in Berlin NJ. But this is my back up store. Only bad,is Parking lot. Small crowded. But they really can't do anything about it. Be careful of New car. I've been hit an run 3 times. . It's a good store,Bad parking.

I love this store!! Mostly because I know where everything is. They have most things I buy and their prices are good, especially if you use your Price Plus card. The customer service counter staff could use a little training on how to be warm and friendly to customers. They are not rude per SE, but sometimes they give the impression that you are bothering them. They also have alot of "self" check out lanes now. I would rather go through and have a cashier, but if you like self check out, you are in luck!! Happy Shopping!!🤗

Two weeks ago I became very ill in shoprite. The team really looked after me by making sure I was comfortable until the ambulance arrived. I can truly say Annette and Eugene were instrumental in saying my life. Thank you shoprite for having a well trained and compassionate team of employees 👏

Great group of people and been shopping there for 5 years. Seafood Dept has great guys that will help no matter what. Meats have what they normally have but if you catch the butcher at a good time they may or may not have the special cuts you need. Bakery has amazing buys and helps with orders in advance. Cheaper prices on certain things but check out prices everywhere else too!

I really don’t like coming to this location even though it’s the closest to me. I went today to grab 2 items, tried to ask for help and was purposely ignored while an associate walked to the time clock to punch out. Take the trip to the Sicklerville location, they are more organized and friendly.

I downloaded all my digital coupon's but when I checked out it didn't take any of my coupon's off. I had to go through so much stuff just for the coupons to be taken off. I still got shorted! By the time I was done my ice cream that I purchased was completely melted. They need to figure the digital coupon thing out or go back to printed coupons you can cut out. I have been shopping here for 30 years & I have to say I was highly disappointed!

June2023….STICKY BUNS….Still not really good… too light in color and not enough goo especially on the middle pieces. They must have brought back the retired woman to do the buns at Christmas time because they were delicious. Last week they had pre made sticky buns trying to pass them off as fresh but I could tell because they were all sticky on all sides which is not how they are when freshly made. Good try tho because they were better than what they are making now. August 2022….STICKY BUNS…..Ok so now they are a tad better but the raisins need to have goo on them too, so they taste better and dont fall off of the sticky bun. And the actual sticky bun should not break up into a million crumbs because it is soooo dry. It is not suppose to break up like cake does. You are suppose to be able to pull them apart and eat them not have a pile of crumbs you need to gather and force back together. Keep on trying. June 2022…..Been going to this Shoprite for over 20 years. Good place to shop but I went there mostly because of the rotisserie chicken and sticky buns. I’m very disappointed that there is a new baker making the sticky buns since this past Easter 2022. The sticky buns we’re award winning in my book but now they mostly just taste like dry bread w nuts or raisins on them and are very dry. The goo is gone, the texture of them is more airy instead of dense and they barely looked or taste baked. They can’t bake them dark because they then have a burnt taste because there is not enough sticky goodness on them. Tried to complain on their website but it’s just the corporation not the actual store so I’m hoping someone from Zallies Shoprite Clementon reads this and gets the old baker back lol. Also the rotisserie chicken going up $2 and we still get those small chickens that look like Cornish game hens!

This shop rite is very prejudiced. It sickens me how they treat their African American employees. They are so unfair to them. My son and a few other family members worked there and it was a disgrace. Ms. Cheryl is at the top of the list. They watch everything African Americans do and fire them for no reason… I would never recommend this place for employment unless you’re white….

Everytime I visit this location the store is always clean well organized and the staff is always courteous. If I can't find anything someone is always willing to help, I never have to go searching for an employee. Also night crew fr management to cleaning crew all polite and accommodating.
