Rainbow is one of the best women's clothing stores when it comes to style, quality, and price, and THIS Rainbow store is a shining example of what a Rainbow store should be like!- The store is immaculately clean!- Their selection changes all the time, so there's something new to every visit.- They have a lot of higher end brand labels, at the cost old generic clothing, including accessories as well.- -Even clothing and accessories for children too!- The friendly staff help make every visit a constructive one!

The most unwelcoming store around. First you are greeted with im assuming the manager or owner, chain smoking outside. Next, not a single worker welcoming you to the store, just ignore you. There isnt a dressing room to try anything on, so you have to take it home, BUT there are things that aren't exchangeable. So, if it doesn't fit, you just threw away money.

Would give 5 stars if they had a dressing room!Other then that, this is the most organized and clean Rainbow I have been to. Staff was extremely nice, too.Now just open your dressing rooms please!

Rainbow always has what you're looking for. This store is beautiful. Whether it's for a special event, work, or you just want to treat yourself to a little something, Rainbow has it. Great sale prices (the Regular prices aren't bad) there's always a Sale going on and great Clearance items too. They accept cash and cards and they even accept Returns from items you buy online! (Amazing!) I love Rainbow! There's Free parking and wheelchair accessibility however, the stores themselves can be tough to navigate because of all of the merchandise. The floor plans can be crowded. Be careful. Have fun!

I went to the store at 548 and the store was closed if the sign on the door says 6:00 then the establishment should stay open till that time. I came all the way from my house and I rushed to make it to the store only to find that the store was closed before 6pm

Worst rainbow ever don’t shop here staff rude as hell I tried returning something and they said they couldn’t take it back I bought the taggs back and my receipt ! The puerto Rican lady act like she couldn’t return it .. ignorant very rude staff !’ If we could try our clothes on this wouldn’t even be happening !!! COVID is over stop using a virus from years ago as an excuse for you lazy people to clean the dressing room ! Like I said if the dressing room was open this wouldn’t be a problem I’m never shopping here again ! And I’m going to make it known to people. DONT EVER SHOP HERE ! This store should be closed !

I drove 40 minutes from where i live to this store because i hate the rainbow by where i live. I made a purchase online and it was too small. I took it to this location 2 times both times were Sunday. The older guy with the beard told me i had to come back due to the computer being upgraded. Ok fine. Well i go today Sunday and guess what yet again he tells me he cant make the return due to system errors. And got a rude attitude with me and told me to come back another day. I work Monday to Friday so i dont have time within the week days to go all the way there to make the return. Not only is it 40 minutes from my house i pay tolls to get back home. Very rude workers and nasty ATTITUDES THEY GOT CUSSED OUT TODAY. THEY ALL NEED FIRED AND NEW PEOPLE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE HIRED IN to work that place of horror. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN. ALL RAINBOWS IM GUESSING ARE THE SAME. THAYS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO THE ONE 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE. Rainbow yall need to do better. Sincerely a very uoset customer who loves shopping at rainbows. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CALLED AND THE COMPLAINTS WERE MADE.

This store refuses to open their dressing rooms and than gives you only a week to return items. I show up the next day, when the store opens, and get told I have to wait until the employee who is late shows up because they can’t open the store with 1 person. Terrible customer service all around, not even an apology.

I am not a happy customer..AT ALL!!!traveled out of my way during a very busy work week to do a return at the foursquare’s Rainbow, got there about 8:20 pm, and was told that they don’t do returns after 8pm!!! Talk about a disappointment!!! How could I know this?? You really need to fix this policy or inform your customers every time they make a purchase from your store.If you are not a full functioning store during your store hours, from open to close, then let it be known!In all fairness, if I were unable to make the return until the last day of the return, it would have been the stores fault & not mine.I’m sorry, but that is just wrong, PERIOD!I was not informed when I purchased it from this store..no!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The employees at this store are one of the most rudest and intolerant people I have ever encountered. My mom and I went here to shop and since she cannot understand English well, she had a hard time communicating with the employees and asking them questions. They were extremely rude about it and I guess they were too ignorant to understand that not everyone excels in English and have problems expressing themselves, and understanding what they're being told. My mom had trouble understanding what their employees were saying and they were being extremely rude about it. They actually mocked her for her lack of knowledge of the English language by laughing at her attempts to communicate with them. On top of that, they lacked decent manners. They would roll their eyes and thought they were sly talking about other customers at the register. I guess they were under the impression that I did not understand what they were talking about. I feel bad for the poor customer they were referring to when they blatantly said "I wish there was a way to make sure some customers can't shop here again." Their lack of manners and their disgusting way of dealing with customers made me and my mom feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. If I were to come back to this store, it would be only in a case of emergency. Absolutely hated my experience shopping at this store due to their horrible, intolerant, ignorant employees.

I always have good experiences when I go to this particular Rainbow Store. The store Clerks are always Pleasant. Most of the time when I'm there, I find extremely good Sales. One really good thing about this Store, If I've been there shopping & have to go to the ladies room, they allow me to & The ladies room is also descent enough to use.

The store and service was good but they could've used another person at the register to help with the increasingly long line. The cashier was fabulous but checking out at any clothing store can take some time with customers who have big orders.

Never come to this rainbow if you don’t want to be standing in line for half and hour. The cashiers sitting and talking instead of moving fast because it’s a line of 5 people waiting to purchase items, one is talking on the phone and the other moves so slow. Don’t EVER come to this rainbow.

I use to LOVE shopping here. Unfortunately, the lack of home training the employees have has forced me to go else where. Every time I go in they are always so unprofessional. They loudly make fun of customers. Talk about how drunk they are and are incredibly immature and rude. No, they didnt do anything to me personally but the fact that I see such behaviour is enough. I see this EVERYTIME I go. It kills the vibe and I feel bad for the people they talk about... I would rather pay double for items else where and drive tripple the distance...just to shop somewhere with class.

So I love going to rainbow when I’m in desperate need to find a cute outfit at the last minute. But... I hate hate hate the customer service that’s at this location. I’m a frequent shopper at this location but it never fails. The girls always have an attitude about something. They are always gossiping about their personal lives outloud. They have poor manners and never seem to want to do their job. If you ask them for help they seem extremely bothered and do the bare minimum in assisting you. It seems like there’s never a manager around and never any order. It’s always a mess and disorganized. Extremely cluttered. And on top of all that hearing music with profanity. It’s gotten to the point that I try avoid going there because of the negative energy that’s felt as soon as you walk in. Everyone needs to get FIRED and they need to hire a whole new set of people that will take their job seriously and revamp the store. #makerainbowgreatagain

The store has changed so much since the previous management. The new manager and staff have done a great job to get the store together. The displays are so fashionable, you want to buy them all. I really recommend this Rainbow. You’ll love it!!!

I have shopped here for some clothes & I love the maxi dress I have & I double use it in the summer as a cover up. I even wore it to my chemotherapy treatment when I was starting to show signs of starting to go into remission & I received so many compliments on my maxi sundress. Leggings that match my friend who is my oncologist. We twinned one day & people thought that we deliberately done that & it just happened that way but it was a day that went down as the best day ever.

Went there on a Saturday it wasn't even busy wanted to try two pants I go to the dressing room and they tell me that it's close..that I can purchase the items and returned them if they don't fit I was like nah I really wanted to try them because I need them for work she's like sorry I put the pants back and left what a waste of time why have a dressing room if they don't want want you to use it...

I never write reviews for places but I absolutely have to for this TERRIBLE customer service. I was APPALLED!Just a quick rundown of what happened:-One coworker told the Manager to shut the F*** up behind the counter. Then after the manager (after laughing about it) addressed that customers dont want to hear cursing from workers, another worker said they “bust their a**es”-They are SCREAMING at each other across the store like “YALL ARE DISRESPECTFUL, DONT DO WHAT I TELL YALL” “GET OVER HERE”-Here’s a joke:How many workers does it take to hang clothes on one rack?Six at this store!There was only one person running the register, while SIX other workers were huddled around ONE rack hanging up clothes. This left 7 angry customers in line shaking their heads.- There were 4 people behind the counter eating food, making phone calls, on their phones while the one person is on the register.-Lots of merchandise all over the floors, hangers, things left behind that were obviously stolen on the floors.This store needs a complete revamping of the employees. I could not tell who worked there until everyone gathered behind the counter for an impromptu lunch break.It feels like you walked into a teenage girl’s bedroom: girls gossiping, clothes strewn about, touching everything with unwashed hands; you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference!

Nice place. Good selection. Not much help from from the 3 sales girls. Very annoying that you can only take 3 prices of clothing at a time to try on. Every thing has security tags. May not return for that reason

Love the rainbow but this morning I really was in a hurry to get to work for noon and im not trying to be that person but it was 11:35 on a Sunday morning when they were stopped be open at 11 am ,ladies I get it i have a problem with being punctual, let jus come together and try harder. I have the worst manager ever he was white his name was Brian he refused my three-year-old daughter to use the bathroom in his store she had to go really bad he told me to walk to the other stores to go see if she can use the bathroom she’s only three years old and he didn’t let her I told him that if she peas on this floor it’s not my fault it’s his fault he said how is it his fault I said because you won’t let her go to the bathroom so my daughter she Peed on the floor how can you not have a heart to let a little baby use the bathroom when it only took two seconds for them to use never had a problem they always let me use the bathroom my daughter
