This location is terrible the hours and the staff. Newly opened and there was no reason for it to open. Either it’s closed earlier than the time or it closed throughout the day. It’s very unprofessional and should be shut down like everything else in that plaza

Come here all the time, and honestly I’m tired of the disrespect. The employees here are so miserable. I’m trying to ask the lady questions and she’s just silent. After Covid hit, people really stopped caring about being decent. The customers help you keep your job so I’d think you’d want to be a little bit more bright when you come to work. Idc about nothing else, give me my respect and you’ll get yours.

Place was never stocked. Never anyone at cash register. Can’t imagine the theft. And they finally get someone good, Bobby!! He is pleasant and helpful and AT the register, and they are transferring him!!

I like this store a lot. My sister and I visit a few times a week. This store is clean and organized, not all of them are. The staff is friendly. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is, the first time I went there I fell on the first t concrete outside, the 2 ladies that helped me up went in the store to tell them, they didn't seem concerned. I later gave them my information, they should have called to see if I was ok as I am old.

Store manager Chuck is a Straight shooter. I was the 1st person to use the self check out it took extremely long so I decided to go to the cashier and check out. He said If your account was charged I'll will refund your money .I want back 3 weeks later Chuck head the receipt hanging in the manager's office waiting for me to return to keep his promise. The store has plenty of parking and well stocked ( when I visited ) .

Cashier couldn't be bothered to suspend customer order after customer wondered off to buy more items.The customer came back several times to toss more items on the belt and wander off.The customer following me out of the store, treating to assault me in front of my daughter because neither nor the cashier could figure out how to use a credit card machine and after several minutes of this called my daughter over to leave instead of following the customer's order to be patient.If you want poor customer service and the chance to be assaulted, I recommend the Dollar General on blackwood Chews landing rd.

Save yourself the trip and go to another location.Customer service is horrible especially for a newer store. I understand not being knowledgeable on a certain situation but you need to find a worker that does know how to help. I shouldn't be left with the reply 'I don't know." I was left where I just had to leave the store. I will not go to the location again. Nor recommend going here. There are other locations with better customer service.Trust me I've worked in customer service and always give the benefit of the doubt first before reviews or complaints but this situation could have gone way differently.Even asked him to double check and he wouldn't all I would get is the I don't know attitude. So rude!!I made sure to preshop with the app and location on. The app showed my coupons and exactly what my total would be. He wasn't including all the coupons that my app was even showing could be used together. All that was needed was a little time and patiences. I even separated the items and was trying to go over each coupon but he wouldn't actually look just kept replying I don't know. A customer should be able to leave satisfied. I was only using dollar general coupons. I totally understand if there were manufacturer coupons and perhaps not knowing how to do them but this was a dollar general situation and issue. Whether anyone in the store knew the solution someone else should have called to find one. I hope this store treats other customers differently.

this is not my regular location this location is not as appealing as the one I visit all the time on Black horse Pike stock was very low lot of empty spaces employees were definitely not as friendly and I didn't find the store to be clean or in order at all it was just a convenience by going by there and making a stop we'll always be loyal to the Black horse Pike location

The old guy who works as a cashier doesn't wear a name tag was very rude and disrespectful 2 me he didn't even know how 2 type in the balance I had on my card n was just very rude I been going to this DG since I moved to the area never had an issue til now
