Constantly over charges items that are listed as a sales price. Some items marked down with signage than price tag on item will be higher and higher price is rung up. My last 4 trips here I've been overcharged between 50 cents and $3 on $20 total purchades. Pricing problems are always blamed on vendor, DG will never own up to being the source of the problem. Rarely have this problem at other DG's , feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

The manager was completely rude! So rude he refused to check me out after I said something about his attitude. As I went to check myself out he unplugged the register so I couldn’t!!! Racism at it’s finest!!! I called the cops and they did nothing of course. I’m so sick of this

I just came back from this store. Bought some shampoo and small food items. Claire was working hard as usual and still took the time and very pleasantly greeted me. She has done this many times in the past over the years. I never took the time to tell her or Dollar General how amazing she is. It's a real pleasure to see Claire working in there and always being so pleasant to everyone the way she does. She is quite an inspiration.

Worst store ever. Store is dirty and unorganized. On one visit the manager walking down isle on phone cussing and arguing with someone. Another visit a different manager refused to sell me items because he thought I was scanning stuff. Yelled at me in front of my 18 month old baby. Talked to district manager and he said he would have his manager apologize. Which he never did. Managers and distract manager are horrible. Was treated very poorly. Worst customer service ever. Do your self a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the dollar general down the street from here. A matter a fact go to the family dollar down the road.

The clerk was rude when asking for assistance he ignored me and kept walking. Instead of just saying just a minute, would have suffice to help. He just went on his merry way. And when confronted about it. His excuse was poor. Will not go there again. Its a shame; it's a prime location and he makes the store do so poorly I heard.

Just went from a three star to a four star. They finally keeping up with the place. The new look is great but some they do need to get the heating units fixed and the front doors fixed as well. Poor employees having to work in the cold; especially near the door.They should think about moving the registers away from the door, this makes it easy access for a criminal to come in and out. The first registers is literally right next to the door.

I walked in with my 4 children after visiting the water park next door to purchase cold bottled water. After I walked in the cashier called me back, stating I had to leave my back pack with him. I informed him I had my wallet and other valuables in it and wasn’t comfortable leaving my personal items with him, out in the open, in the front of the store.My children were choosing the water (1st aisle of the store, I am visible and 15 feet from the cashier), when the manager comes out to inform me I have to leave my back pack or get out. I again inform him I have a number of items in it that aren’t safe to leave at the register (wallet, phone, jewelry, an iPad). He blocks the aisle and tells me it’s written store policy and that he would call the police because I was now trespassing. I am informed the store is not a public place and he can decide who he allows in his store and with what.I tell him I hear what he is saying but that I disagree. That he is implying I am going to steal since I am using a back pack. I ask that since he is standing in front of us that he can comfortably escort us to the register to make sure I’m not stealing, and ensure that I purchase water on this 90 degree day for children. He informs me he is calling the police and he has “forbidden” his cashier to ring up the water we want to purchase.At this point my 4 and 6 year old are sobbing. We promptly left the store, disappointed and falsely accused.

I love this place! To be fair I love going to most dollar stores but this place is my number one spot because I can get in and out quickly and I can find nice brand names items at a low price. Not to mention the store is a lot nicer and cleaner than those “Everything costs $1” places.Dollar general has a diverse inventory where you can get a lot of off brand items at a low price but of decent quality, but you can also get brands like Covergirl makeup and Tide detergent at a low price. Even the off brand or cheap $1 items are nice quality for how much they cost... Also the holiday items are always unique and adorable, I love stopping here to get small Christmas presents for teachers and other presents for people who aren’t family members.

I go to the Dollar General in Clementon. This particular store is very busy I don't know the staffing situation but the shelves are empty the aisles are clutter and the lines are long.I am not sure who is responsible to cleanup in front of the store but the parking area is a total disgrace. I feel corporate should straighten out the stores they have first before opening more.

Just another Dollar type store. More open, less confusing. Could be a little cleaner. I felt uncomfortable using Debit, but not sure Why? May be Who rang me up?? Though I try Not to use Cards at Dollar stores, if Big companies can't stop hackers, doubt their Security is any better.. just My opinion!

The cleanest Dollar general over any other in South Jersey. Never a familiar face when it comes to staff though. I was offered an assistant manager position but declined due to lack of employee respect.

I went to this place for a particular merchandise that I was looking for. Alas!!! I saw and got it immediately.The item is nothing but the (STEVIA) .It is asugar of a plant derivatives with out calorie.I've used this since I saw this in the marketI even started to have a plant of my own.Unfortunately, this plant does not thrive in colder climates.

Current staff is actually Good ! Friendly ! And helpful ! Big improvement from who they had in thier before.only didnt get five stars because the charts dont exist and bathrooms dont exist.

If I could give no stars I would. I went there today for a few things. Paid for those things. Cannot find 2 of those things. If they're not in my home or in my car, they're at the store. Hamburger buns and a bottle of Sprite. I didn't notice until the burgers we're done. Called them, they say they'll check the camera, either way my husband goes there for more buns. Has to repay for said buns. Not even the same brand buns. So I go to have my soda when I finally get to eat after working 14 hours and it's not there either. I'm sure people try to pull this all the time but what I bought could not have fit into one bag. I'm going to look at the video tomorrow . To be continued..
