All store employees are very friendly. This is not only my pharmacy but also my convenience store, place to go for cards and gift wrap/ bags and where I buy most makeup, hair and skin products. Latoya at the pharmacy is fantastic! She goes above and beyond, time and again for me. She knows me by name and is always so friendly.

The pharmacist was really nice and got my prescription done pretty fast. Was out in 15 minutes after checking out some stuff with him. The only downside is the other staff, who I felt like they were checking on me through the aisles as I walked them. An uncomfortable situation with them following me everywhere when they just had seen me put in a prescription. 🙃

Had a HORRIBLE, MRSA infection in my leg. Due to a misspelling of my name on the Rx, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens told me that they would not fill my 2 antibiotic prescriptions. The CVS pharmacist not only filled the Rx, but she fought with my insurance carrier, and MADE them pay for it too! They now have a customer for LIFE!!

I had a poor customer service from one of the older pharmacist. No accommodation for a disabled customer. Moved my business over to Rite Aid. Should over done it a while ago.

They are extremely slow as hell every time I come here. Have to wait 30 mins to 1 hr every single time I come here. I hate this store but it’s closer to my home.

I do a lot of business here and never been followed around the store… I was almost sure Someone was following me as I was standing in the same place for a while because I was feeling the cushion on the Dr scholls memory foam..might’ve looked like I was opening it but NO it has a little hole to feel the inside on all them…I seen a guy walk by me multiple times with one of the those ear pieces.. I have to be aware of my surroundings at all times.. I went up to the front to see if I was still being followed… the guy brought a piece of candy , which was funny to me because he watched me for a second until, i said I rather use self check out…it was plenty of others in the store. If your gonna do that make sure it isn’t noticeable.. and make sure someone is doing what you suspect them off

Pretty much a typical CVS. I wouldn't say anything negative as my son just needed some cough drops so we stopped in and no issues.The staff was nice and friendly.No particularly crazy things.The staff was chatting with a local person and they seemed nice to the community overall.No reason to not go here.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years, even when I moved I continued to use this location because it was still close by to my office and I never had an issue with them. Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was prescribed three different antibiotics. I took them as prescribed yet the pneumonia came back! Yesterday I had three more prescriptions filled her for yet three more antibiotics. Once I got home I started to load up my medication into my pill case and realized I was short! They cut my antibiotics by three days.... they gave me 21 pills they should have given me 30 pills!!! Is this the reason why the pneumonia came back to begin with? Did they cut me short the last time as well? Also I get my heart medication from them one of my jars is 180 pills (keeps my heart pumping at a steady rate) have they cut me short for this one too???? It’s so scary that you can no longer trust your pharmacist

Called to transfer prescription from one of their stores to one that has a open drive thru and the service over the phone was horrible. Customer service none!!! When you’re sick the last thing you need is rude people who has to perform a service that you need and your insurance won’t allow you to go to another pharmacy.

The drive thru was too long... atleast 5 mins per car. 2 days in a row I couldn't get my medicine... I had to get out of line and go to work so they didn't write me up for being late. First issue was the horrible traffic to get there, very limited hours and now this... unacceptable! I will NEVER come back here again!

Upset pharmacy hours state they close at 9p but got there at 8p and they were closed please fix hours so ppl that really need there medicine can get it
