The team at Clementon Animal Hospital I really kind and friendly to to pet owners, and especially to the pets. I took my dog Cooper in because he jumped off my bed which is very high and he started limping a bit. They prescribe some medication for him and he’s doing much better. Thank you for your care.

Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable. Dr J keeps a close eye on Tyler, and personally calls with test results. Tyler gets better care and more attention than I do at my doctor visits. Thank you all!

They were more concerned with euthanizing a dog than telling us what could be wrong with our living cat. No kidding the vet said she has her theories but isn’t sure what the issue was but she had to leave to put down someone’s dog. Turns out the issue was our cat had a reaction to the steroids he was given by clementon. Another vet advised us of this (not clementon). Clementon knew this but didn’t want to fess up because they didn’t want to take ownership. It honestly wouldn’t have been a huge problem and I would’ve understood that animals can have reactions to medication. It was the evasive response from the tech that was inappropriate. We wanted a diagnosis to treat the problem rather than the symptoms. We had offers to fix the symptoms at a cost of 7k. Without a proper diagnosis we would just be chasing our tail. No pun. I wouldn’t advise anyone bring their beloved animal here. I certainly won’t in the future and in good conscience I can’t recommend anyone else do the same.

I brought my new puppy for her first visit to the Clementon Animal Hospital and had a great experience. The nurse was very pleasant, attentive, and showered my puppy with affection. The doctor we saw was very down to earth and easy to understand, addressed all my concerns and answered the silliest of my questions.

Best veterinary experience ever! I bring my 18 y/o cat and my juvenile bearded dragon here and I've seen two docs so far. They've both been great. Dr. Fogarty and Dr. Jahn are awesome. Prices are reasonable in my opinion.

I just wanted to write a sincere thank you to the Dr and staff here.Dr.Jankowski gave us great guidance and care while we went through the process of trying to help our 15 year old dog recover from his hip problems, and ultimately when we had to make the decision to put him down. When we came to help our dog Remus ease into his "next adventure", the Dr. and ladies who were there that night made sure we were informed throughout the entire process. At no point did they rush us and they made sure we knew we were doing the right thing. They made sure we were all comfortable. It was such a relief and help to have them there during one of the hardest times of our life. They truly have incredible bedside manner here and made the experience beautiful, rather than more stressful and upsetting.Thank you to them and all the staff at this location, and please never change! You're the best example of what a vet practice should be.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I had two pugs that passed away a month apart so I was devestated. I took them there to be creamated and they were so soft and sweet about the whole thing. My husband just bought me a pug puppy and I had to take her there for her second round of shots. The corona virus meant I could not go in with her but I wasn't nervous cause I knew she was in good handsSure enough she came out all happy and tail just wagging like crazy. The vet even called me after the visit to explain everything.I highly recommend this place for all your pet care needs.

Dr. Jankowski is very patient and kind with my kitty! Everyone at this office is pleasant to speak to. The office itself is very clean and orderly! I like walking into a vets office and there not being any odors! The front desk staff, you could talk to for hours! Lovely people! I've been bringing my cat here since I adopted him (almost 2 years ago), and through every up and down since, this office has attentively taken care of him. When my cat had an issue of bloody stool that we couldn't figure out, I did take him to get a second opinion elsewhere, but came back here to see what they thought about the second opinion, and we've adapted treatments and cat care ever since. No, they're not perfect, but no place is. They do their jobs with compassion and empathy, and that's what matters most. Always getting back to you with calls regarding results, and follow up calls to see how your pet is doing after being seen by them.Price-wise, I think it's fair. I don't have pet insurance, but I knew when adopting a cat that I'm going to have to make room in my wallet, not just my lifestyle. It's a living, breathing creature that grows up, gets sick, etc. and when bad things happen, without insurance, expect prices to go up. But it's true of literally any other service where insurance is an option. If you don't have insurance, their prices are fair and they'll help you out. They always price match to Chewy for my cats prescription which is a blessing. If you do have pet insurance, you've got the best of all worlds. Highly recommend this place to take your pet.

They were so helpful and accommodating, my friend called because her dog was sick and she has been there before but they slipped us in last minute..even though they did not have an opening everyone was nice , helpful and caring I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

I had been taking my cat here due to some complications. The doctors tried everything, but I ended up having to put him down. Was a super sad day, but everyone from the doctors to the nurses were amazing. They even sent me a card that I've kept with their condolences. They seemed to genuinely love my cat. RIP Rust.

I have been taking my pets to this vet group for more than 11 years. They are kind and very thorough. I took my 11 years old dog because he began to have bruises without any known injuries. They drew blood and found out he has no platelets. They immediately gave him medication and explained what to do for him . You can trust they all have your animals health first and foremost. I heartily recommend them

The occasion for my visit was a very sad one as my beloved companion for the past 12 1/2 years, Scruffy, was very ill and in lots of pain. I had to let go of him and it broke my heart. However, Igave 5 stars because staff and doctor were very compassionate, understanding and comforting.

Changed for 4 stars because it’s basically was a misunderstanding and not anyone’s fault. The doctor was very nice but the appointment was not what I expected it to be. I realized I won’t get a detailed nutritional plan (what I came for). I explained to the receptionist what I needed by the phone, scheduled an appointment for $94 and he assured me I can get nutritional advice for my raw fed puppy. Instead the doctor told me she doesn’t feel comfortable with homemade raw diet and gave me recommendation for some other veterinarian to schedule an online consultation to get information on raw feeding. I feel like there was some misunderstanding between me, the receptionist and the veterinarian. When I realized I won’t get what I came for I asked to examine my dog. After coming home I noticed that my dog has double teeth on the bottom and that was missed by the vet and that’s the reason why I’m leaving a 3 star review. Now I need to get another vet appointment when we just had one 😩 And another one to get nutritional advice. I did ask a lot of questions I had and for that I am grateful. Dr. Dana seems to be very kind and caring. Place seems super nice, very good vibe and nice people, we just didn’t get what we came for and pretty upset that the teeth issue was completely overlooked.

I have used Clementon Animal Hospital several times to care for my senior husky, whether it be shots or exams. They are excellent every time. I requested medical records, and received them within the same 5 minutes which prompted this review. Big shout out to Michael & the rest of the staff!

First time there. I was very, very happy. I think I finally found my girl some excellent care. I thought prices were fair, entire staff was so kind, much time spent and then even a call back to check in to offer more advice and suggestions. Very impressed. We are in good hands. Also I will add that they were sympathetic to my financial situation so did not bombard me with expensive and perhaps unnecessary tests. 😸

Unexpectedly needed to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge yesterday. They were the only ones who could fit us in, while everyone else was 2 weeks plus. The staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. The vet took her time to go over everything with me. They even gave my old man some yummy treats before his final sleep. It was so peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for your kindness in a tough time ❤️

Recently switched to CAH after going to our previous vet for over twenty years. We were a little concerned about switching after trying a different vet once before and having to recant. However, after several visits we are very happy with this change. Clementon Animal Hospital has been courteous, informative, and competent every step of the way. They have taken plenty of time getting to know us and our pets and truly seem to love what they do. We look forward to taking our cats and dogs here for the NEXT twenty years.

The staff here are very compassionate, my dog was only a patient of theirs for a few months, but treated us and her like we've been going there for years. For my dogs final visit I was going to choose the vet she's gone to for 11 years, im glad I made the choice I did and brought her here. They made us all feel very comfortable explained the whole process to us and Gave us as much time as we needed with our girl before her final rest. Thank you for everything
