Being in Rite Aid today Matt the cashier showed the most disgusting behavior. I noticed he was constantly hounding the black people walking around in there. Between myself (an adult) and a few younger children walking around simply looking for Mother’s Day items. While everyone else is walking not constantly being questioned it was hard to walk around comfortably and look for anything. I did not see any other race being questioned on anything but yet they were able to shop and look for whatever is what they came in for. I did not even finish getting the items I was looking for. His behavior was unacceptable today and I can’t believe you guys would allow someone as such to work front line in this store.

Pharmacist is always nice, but I don't understand why when you have some type of vaccine appointment scheduled and you arrive a few minutes early with no one else ahead of you that you aren't taken back until 15 minutes after the appointment start time. That also leaves less than 5 minutes before the next appointment.

They're always in stock they have all of the things that I go in and look for that I need and I'm able to use My OTC card when I had one. I bought all of my vitamins and the things that I needed to keep going thank you oh and I'll see u in a Few 🤭Rite Aide 😃Ms.C.P

Jennifer, Miranda and Katelyn go above and beyond in making me feel confident using Rite Aid. Jen also has a moment to answer questions about my family's medicine needs, both over the counter and prescription. Miranda and Katelyn always greet me with a smile and are always friendly and courteous. Even when they are extremely busy, they make you feel as though you are the only patient at the pharmacy at that time. My family doesn't take any medications without speaking to Jennifer first because not only is she compassionate, but extremely knowledgeable. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

We used to come to this rite aid all the time until COVID when the pharmacy was annoyed i showed up in the drive thru for a test. Then a couple of days ago my husband sat at the pharmacy drop off for his glaucoma drops for 5-10 minutes while being literally completely ignored by everyone in the pharmacy. No “hello” no “we will be right with you” just completely ignored after the initial glance when he walked up. We will just go back to CVS. There really is no need to be so rude.

First off I am not one to complain or write reviews but I feel like this is needed. If I could give no star I would. For the past couple of months the Pharmacy has been screwing up my diabetes prescription. They blame my insurance or doctor but it’s not them it’s the mistakes of the pharmacy that has me stressed, playing security, wasting my time and giving me anxiety attacks. They are also very rude on the phone and in person. This Pharmacy needs to be re staffed and their employees should get jobs that do not require human interaction. They were even rude to my doctors office. I am just tired of this and it doesn’t seem like their is an accountability and it’s just sad.

I've been a customer of this Rite Aid for a long time. Placed a call NINE hrs ago for medication refill and it's still not done. Got told "we are short staffed." So is everywhere else. I called 9 hrs ago. This isn't the first or second time either. No excuse. Do better.

CONVENIENT and courtesy! I have been coming to this rite aide for about 20 years now, (previously located across from Nicks Pizza on Delsea drive). I have always had great interaction with the cashiers, as they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. The cashiers ALWAYS greet you when you walk in, and this is a vital portion of customer service. not only does it deter people from shop lifting , it brings a certain class to the store itself to know that their employees are tending to the customers.I have also amazing thins to say about the pharmacy. The pharmacist (the male and female) have been very helpful to me with any questions I have about medication/perscriptions. I feel very comfortable coming to this pharmacy and will continue to give them my business.Great team work !

Pharmacy is horrible! They tell you your meds are ready you get there they can't find them or do not answer phones show no lack of empathy especially Jen the mngr of this store! They will tell you it's done surprise! They have to order it can't find your script,hire people that don't know anyone about pharmacyand are extremely rude! DoNot go here find anozpharmacy

Pharmacy is not up to any par. Took 3 phone calls and 3 days to get a med refilled and when I drove thru NOT READY, hours later, went inside STILL NOT READY. Had to wait for them to fill. Switching out of there.

I was just in this store and there was a young man in there, with no mask. You are supposed to be promoting health. I love your store and I have not been inside in awhile. I guess I should’ve trusted my instincts and just used the drive through.

The shopping part of the store is great, pharmacy is a different story. If they run out of something they don't bother to let you know, but they will ask for your phone number in case they run out of what you need to they can then pretend they had no idea why they didn't call. Often by time you find out it is too late to take the script elsewhere. Some of the people in the pharmacy have bad attitudes. One female pharmacist has been nasty to me on a few occasions and was running her mouth about me, while I was in earshot. I am sorry that you misquote times and feel the need to make me wait another 45 minutes after I am suppose to pick up my medicine. While you take other customers ahead of me that just walked in and gave you a script and put them to the front of the line. Could be untrained, ignorant, or racist, and having addressed it with the head pharmacist I was told the solution was to sign up for alerts to be told when my prescription is ready.If they weren't a few blocks from my house and often my kids are sick when I have to go there so it is close, I would switch.
