I went to Animal Crackers in hopes of getting my three cats off of prescription cat food and told Janine about their behavior towards food lately. She was very knowledgeable about my cats dietary needs. She recommended a brand of cat food that all three of my cats absolutely loved. Their behavior and eating habits are back to normal. Highly recommend Animal Crackers.

Very impressed with questions I was asked & the way the gentleman observed my dog in order to recommend products to treat anxiety. Both on the phone & in person, I felt like I was dealing with professionals. Multiple price points & strengths for CBD. Prices similar to Petco or a little better for food & treats. Lots of USA made items. Stock on shelves very neat and fresh.5 spots dedicated parking in lot out back.

Animal Crackers is a great little pet store where you can purchase high end, high quality dog and cat food. Along with treats and a myriad of other items at a fair price. The staff in my experience is quite knowledgeable in terms of issues of nutrition at all stages of life. I highly reccomend them whenever I get the chance.

The new location has wide aisles, so it is not a problem when I bring my 110lb Shepherd into the store. The staff is great---they accommodate our needs with a smile, and are very knowledgeable about pet health and nutrition. They carry only the premium brands of pet food. I have been going to this store since 2008. I recommend Animal Crackers to all my pet-loving friends. It is worth the trip.

They have a rewards system for every purchase you make you get a card punched with holes for every $10 you spend and when the card is completely punched you'll get $10 off your next purchase. There is parking in the rear.

My cat had skin issues for 10 years until the store owner recommended to switch her food. OMG! She is a life saver! My cat's fur never looked that good and shiny!!! Now i have a puppy, same skin issue and i have decided to drive 45 mins to see her and ask for recommendation. She has a better knowledge than vets. Others that work there are very nice and helpful too!Thank you!!!!

Love this place! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. They will take the time to go over any and all questions you may have about all the different types of foods, snacks and the benefits they bring to youre dog or cat. Highly recommend this place. Prices are a bit high but remember its QUALITY and you always get what you paid for!

As far as stores of this nature go, I hate to say it but I can't really recommend this one. My experience was that they're definitely uneducated about nutrition and behavior, products are actually all pretty usual (considering it's supposedly a specialty shop) and the way they spoke to me was condescending and disrespectful. Not to mention that their pretentious confidence means customers trust their fallible nutritional advice unconditionally, which is really problematic.Don't want to talk down on small businesses but if you've been to a wide number of alternative pet supply shops, this one probably won't impress you -- and that has nothing to do with the fact that it is small and humble, but is due to the factors listed earlier in my review.

Great little local pet store. Lots of options on grain free cat foods. I don't shop the dog section but it's large and looks as well organized as the cat section. CBD oil available for your pets. They are always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you want, ask. If you are buying a case they will order it for you.

Great initial experience. They carry Vital Essentials but not the specific food we feed our dog. They already have it ordered for Monday pick up! Great Vital Essentials raw bar and frozen bones! We'll be back.

Best prices on food for my dogs. They only sell GOOD pet foods! The owner is knowledgeable, she knows nutrition and can help with pets who have special health and dietary concerns. Their pet food prices are cheaper than Petco or Petsmart. They carry leashes, toys and other supplies. Bonus: They special-order.

This is hands down the Best Pet store around. I have been buying my food here for a little over a year now, they always have what you need in stock, and they reward their loyal customers with discounts over time. I would recommend this store and only this store to anyone who loves their dog as much as i do. I feed my dog only holistic food and their options are absolutely endless.

I absolutely love Animal Crackers & have been a loyal customer for years, ever since they 1st opened at their old location. Not once have I ever had an unpleasant or unsatisfactory experience there ever. To the contrary, the owner & staff are very friendly, curtious, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced & totally professional. They carry all of the best & top of the line, top rated dog foods & treats. Including refrigerated brands, grain free, etc. Not the cheap low quality supermarket & big pet shop type of dog foods & treats. If you have a picky dog that you're having trouble finding a food they'll eat they have small sample sized bags you can try out on your fuss pot. They also carry a variety of treats, cookies, snacks, bones, dried bully sticks, antlers, ears, necks & fish. Plus vitamins, supplements, creams, medical supplies, etc. Basically, practically everything. And if they happen to not have something you need or are out of stock they will order it for you & usually have it within a week. I must mention they are a full pet shop, not just a dog food & supplies shop! I'm just an owner of 3 dogs & therefore am focusing on these supplies.They have a store rewards program to receive money off future purchases. There are also rewards programs offered by some of the dog food manufacturers, which give you for example a free bag of dog food after purchasing 12 bags, such as Orijins. Plus, the prices are very affordable & reasonable. I buy a high end dog food & it's actually cheaper here than anywhere else I've looked including everywhere online. Also, another thing that I love is that they stay current, informed & on top of what is available in the market. Always offering only the best of new products. And when you buy from here you don't have to ever worry that anything you purchase will be harmful or potentially dangerous to your pet. Key example is that they stopped carrying unhealthy rawhides many years ago. Nothing is made overseas such as China or contains ingredients sourced overseas but saying made in America, the new trick by some manufacturers. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I am a real customer, not related or associated to the owner or any of the employees. I normally don't write reviews let alone long ones but after reading the few negative ones which I found to be obsurd and a couple silly, I had to respond. If you haven't visited this shop you don't know what your missing out on not to mention the convenience & excellent service!

Cute shop! My parents told me about this cause they use to buy my moms yorkie food here. They dont have the victor we feed my rotties however everything else they have is great! Love the toys and treats!! And they dont carry any of those cheap horrible treats.

They have a nice shop with a good selection and very good quality of food. I buy my dog food here because it's good quality and a fair price. I can no longer get it for the price I used to because my previous store shut down. I can't really afford to purchase anything else from here though, their treats and their toys are too much for my budget.
