This is the worst rite aid or pharmacy ever. Go elsewhere. I was waiting on a script, they told me it was supposed to arrive on a shipment for days. Finally I ask why it's taking so long and they say I can just come in and they'll fill it. So I arrive at the store and they tell me it's just arrived, but they can't sell it because the system doesn't know it's arrived. So I need to wait "Some time."When I ask how long - the pharmacist tells me very rudely that it's not his problem, he can't help me. And that's all he would repeat at my questions of how long it would be.When I alerted the store manager of this issue she was also combative and rude about it.Go elsewhere - there are reasons this company is failing.

I literally bypass other chain drug stores now to go to this particular Rite Aid because Shane is so awesome. He's so friendly and funny! I have a CVS closest to me but went in once in a pinch to have a spare key made in the kiosk they have. It was a new machine and Shane helped me. I went back a couple months later & not only did he remember me but he was helping me find the Band-Aids I needed. This guy is awesome & I hope Rite Aid knows what a sweet, kind and funny employee he is. Now I'll only go there. Customer service still exists!

This should have been the Rite-Aid to close. Not Delran. Customer service is a thing of the past for them. I would have been better off talking to the 3 stooges than the 3 pharmacists working today. No sympathy what so ever and couldn’t even get 2 words out of your mouth before they abruptly interrupt you for your dob. Will not be back. I quickly had all my prescriptions transferred over to Walgreens in Riverside. Big difference in customer service there.

When you need painkillers urgently, the pharmacist says we can't give the medicine even though there are 15 minutes left to your closing time, it's closed. When we asked if you could suggest a muscle relaxant cream, she said by force, ice hot. There is no such thing as being smiling and being positive. Prefer CVS

very poor customer service. prescriptions are sent and are received successfully, but the pharmacy will still claim they did not get anything. also, the pharmacists are rude.

I love the lady up front she is an angel I think her name is April. And also something to mention is the guy up front rounds us up WITHOUT asking. I have no problem donating but you NEED to ask. Overall this place is a no. These pharmacists do not pay attention to detail or care. My grandmother is diabetic and she keeps contacting their office so she can get treated properly. Nothing. Second, I went to get my 3rd shot for COVID since I was immune compromised. I was TOLD that I was not and didn't need it. I got another shot with it and the lady had already done my mother's shot but didn't change her gloves before and after my mother when she had a completely separate patient? That is unacceptable. Went for another shot two days ago and this lady didn't change her gloves again after doing my mother's shot. Disgusting. Do not get your vaccines here. Don't get your medications here. Very unprofessional pharmacists who don't care about hygiene or the health of their patients.

Used to be awesome pharmacy. Now searching for new one. Pharmacists are great but overworked. Rite Aid system is insane and somehow transferred my scripts elsewhere without notice. They now say “we can’t get them back” and wanted my bottles. Showed them my bottles. It’s all Cinnaminson. I only ever go there. They admit this.Rite Aid please fix your system. Thank G-d I don’t wait until the last minute but I would not like to run around stores trying to get my medications in a pandemic. Also the store the transferred to…the pharmacy will not pick up.I’m a nationally certified pharmacy technician, Biologist, chemist and teacher…..your computer system, website and app need updating.It has bee. Continuous since the second Cinnaminson store closed that things don’t get done, go missing or now roam to a new location I’ve never filled a prescription at.

My family went in to get a 3rd COVID-19 vaccine shot, and it was a total mess. My mother is immune compromised and is eligible for a 3rd shot, so I called and asked if this RiteAid did that, they said yes and I explained to them that we’d come in at 3:30.3:30 roles around and were there on the dot, and were given the forms and we fill them out and hand them back to the pharmacists. We ended up sitting there for 45 minutes, and when I asked when we could get our vaccine (very politely) the pharmacist responded in a rude and sarcastic way saying that, “This isn’t a mega center, we can’t just drop what we’re doing,” which is true if we weren’t sitting there for 45 minutes.They wrote all over her card, to where we had to order a new one. And they let someone else ahead of my mother, and considered us a “walk in”. Even if we were a walk in after I called and talked to them, we were treated beyond poorly, and it doesn’t help that they had my immune compromised sit there for almost an hour, and it only took my father demanding her information back to get her insurance card, ID, and vaccine card to get it. We didn’t get her shot, and it made my opinion of pharmacists get lower because of the way they treated my mother.The only reason why I gave a 2 Stars instead of 1 is because a nice clerk at the front of the store who checked out some things I bought. Horrible experience, traumatizing to my mother.

I always feel so fortunate when I speak with friends about their experiences with their local pharmacies. I usually feel sorry for them. My Rite Aid Cinnaminson pharmacy is amazing. They've helped me navigate Rx for several of my older relatives throughout the years. I don't know what Rite Aid corporate expects from its pharmacists, but they should take a look at their Cinnaminson staff and clone them.

Came here for a Covid booster, made an appointment. Took 40 minutes to get a shot, at a time when I was the only customer. Both pharmacists were professional enough but their friendliness, bedside manner, and customer service were severely lacking.

This Rite Aid in Cinnaminson is always clean.Customer service the date of my visit was friendly and such a helpful associate.Plus they had my deoderant that I was looking for! :)

The pharmacist at this rite aid is the worst. They are very rude, disrespectful, and could care less about helping people. I came here for my third covid shot and it was a mess. They said they had walk ins available but someone made an appointment. When I asked what that meant they told me just to fill out a form. I will never come back here again.

There are not enough stars to give these people!! I absolutely love this Rite Aid!!! They are always so helpful!!When I was going through my cancer they made me feel so confident and eased my fears! Zeynap and Rashna are the most wonderful people I have met. They are like family to us now. They are so compassionate and it is unbelievable that there are people like this still around. I can't speak for the pharmacy part... but as for the store and employees, they are top notch. April is one of a kind! Only lost 1 start because sometimes they are out of stock on key items for myself.
