I’ve been there twice now and both times the service we’ve received has been incredible! The staff is knowledgeable and has answered any and all questions we’ve had. The bathing stations in the back are a great convenience and easy to use and for $10 it’s MUCH cheaper than taking your pet to a groomer. My dog absolutely HATES bath time and the staff did everything they could to accommodate her and make her less fearful. They also sell a wide variety of products in store and their prices are pretty good as well. My pet loves their mini bakery and now I’m sure to always get a few treats for her before we leave. This is by far the best shopping experience we’ve had at a pet store and we’ll continue to come back!

Really friendly staff, been there a few times, and never a problem.They do 10 dollars pet bath (you wash the pet, but they provide the place and all supplies needed, their selection isn't bad) which is 1/4 of the price of someone else bathing your pet, and you don't need to get all wet or make a mess. And sometimes they do specials for 5 dollars wash.The products for sale seem a bit expensive, but not too bad, plays with convenience of being there for the bath.Some of the staff offered to give my dogs treats, and played with them, which is a big plus in my book.

I just adopted a dog from Animal Adoption Center from Lindenwold. This place was HIGHLY recommended. So, I gave it a try. Hours before I picked up my dog, I came here to check out food. I met Jamie. She is amazing. She have so much knowledge with dogs. She even gave me tips on training. I went back again today to get food. She was there again and 2 of her coworkers. THEY ARE ALL AMAZING! They knew my dog was a bit nervous when it comes to meeting people. They knew exactly what to do. All of them are my new friends. But Jamie is mine and Elvis’s new best friend, she just doesn’t know it yet 😉🤗

It is a really nice little pet store, you can wash your dog there and the employees really love pets. They answered so many of my questions, they didn't rush me or made me feel like a dumb pet owner (especially since I did ask some silly questions). First time dog owner and he's a 12yr old reduce 😊.

I was there on Monday night right before closing. (July 15, 2019). The employee was super friendly and she very helpful.I only came here to wash my dog and would come again. The treats for my dog were also appreciated!

I called ahead looking for two specific items which had been recommended to me for certain symptoms my pet had. Staff was very helpful and found both the products and held them for me until I got there. For a smaller store, it amazes me how well stocked they are for many different species. I really love this place!

Best Pet Store Ever! They are so knowledgeable and helpful! Staff will even bring those heavy bags of food to your car, just pull up to the door. That's what I call service.

I think the prices are a little on the high side. I stop in when I have forgotten to order online or I don't want to drive to one of the larger chain stores. I also got a little bent out of shape when I wanted to pay for a fifty dollar order with a hundred dollar bill and they couldn't break it? It is a convenient location and they carry high end pet food that you can't get at the supermarket.
