Service center only, no more retail. No issues here. Had one tire replaced and reservation set up from Tire Rack. Took a little over an hour, so I recommend coming in early. Installation cost me $23.99, so very reasonable. Bathrooms are also available.

Well, I have to correct my previous negative review. The whole issue was in incorrect/incomplete product description. Harry has provided a confirmation and going to contact PepBoys corporate to make the description more accurate. I am glad the issue has got resolved and it might help future customers to be sure that service is top-notch.

While I have had issues with this location in the past, they have also taken good care of my car when I'm in a bind. I needed an oil change as well as some other much needed maintence - and they had me out of the store in roughly two hours. Harry, Dan, and the rest of the crew there did a great job keeping me informed and working on my vehicle. I greatly appreciated their work.

I made an appointment for 8am for a tire repair for one specific tire. There were no technicians here. I watched them pull my vehicle in at 9:30. An HOUR after that they tell me all the other things they found wrong with my vehicle. Why are you taking my car apart if all I wanted was a tire repair? Anyway I agreed to the additional maintenance and was told I’d have my car back in 30 minutes. It’s been an hour since then and they are still not done. I didn’t make an appointment for a simple repair thinking I would be here for 4 hours. Don’t allow for appointments unless you’re assigning a technician to it. If that technician calls out, notify the customer.

First, the service, check-in process, work performed, etc., was good. My issue is if I schedule an appointment for noon and am not called to pick-up the vehicle until 6:15, there is something wrong with the process of service at Pep Boys. There is zero reason if I book an appointment for car service at 12 that a standard oil change is not completed by 2, at the latest. Otherwise, what is the point of having "appointments". If I had stayed at the service center, would it have been worked on sooner, I'm not sure.

I had to have a tire replaced. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition analysis report. I wasn't expecting it. Also, had the air filter replaced which was flagged in the report. The mechanic was open and honest with me and I appreciate that!

This location has completely bottomed out,,, had an appointment for early oil change,, 6 hours later still sitting outside, cancelled and left.... Lately every time I go there there's an issue with workmanship,, I don't trust the " mechanics " there anymore,.. won't be returning

Went to get a new battery waited 2 hours not too bad asked tech when he came in did I have a bad battery tech says he doesn’t know but tells the guy behind the counter I need a battery no senior citizen discount charged for battery install this is free anywhere with battery purchase also to top it off the tech went in side my car with oil on his boots mind you I have light grey interior oil all over my new mat and carpet on drivers side never again will do my own work from now on

Terrible service! I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and new tire. I was told to return in an hr and a half. At my rearrival they had forgotten about my vehicle and tried to claim that I shouldn't have been told to come pick it up. Instead of just admitting they had forgotten the keys. They could say this to each other in front of me but not to the individual who's afternoon has now been waisted. Once they realized they had messed up they did everything they could to ignore me. Absolutely terrible service and no character!

I’m not the type of person to ever leave a bad review because to be a one star you literally would have to do something atrocious in my opinion but that’s just me. However with that said idk how you can schedule a appointment for something as simple as a plug in a tire which I was going to do myself until I walked in and realized it’s just a tire service now. But idk why I scheduled a appointment that I showed up 20 mins earlier for to get the plug done to be told that cars came in and that it’s going to be a 1.5hr wait to get my tire plugged. Like I came yesterday and the guy at the desk said I’d be in and out in 30 mins because I was making a appointment and I come in today and they tell me cars came in so there would be a wait. Like the whole point of a appointment is so your ready when I arrive. Can’t say anyone was not nice and don’t know how well their techs perform which is why I’m still giving 3 stars for their sake! But it seems like making a appointment means nothing.

This place was great a few years back but it is no longer a value. The staff up front doing the scheduling is great but I think the mechanic work is incredibly subpar. Took my car in to have my spark plugs changed and tires rotated. Spark plugs weren't put in right which led to my car stalling out on 130. Also, they screwed on my lug nuts too tight (I don't remember if there is a more technical term) which led to another mechanic having to replace one of the stems on my car. I wish this was a one-time problem but they did the same thing to my wife's car months prior and I thought it was simply an accident....NOPE just lazy work.....had to get her stem replaced too. This place has cost me too much money in their negligence and sadly I can't go back again even though it's super convenient and the team at the desk is very friendly.

Just updating this (4/25/2018) : Again returned for a wheel alignment. I appreciate the honesty of, "we can't get to it today" so leaving my car there the following morning to pick up later in the day was a great option to have. I had no false expectations because of their straightforwardness.Just had a wheel alignment done on my 2007 Toyota and the entire transaction was with this guy! He was polite and soft spoken - no patronizing in sight. Very professional and upfront about the shops capacity to get the work done in a timely manner. Would gladly return - good leadership

Went there for a plug. Couldn’t plug it which is fine. Wanted $850 for two tires. Told them I’d just pick it up (went to Mavis for half the cost). Went in and got the key and walked out to the car with the tire flat on the rim. Had to go back in and ask them to put the spare on because there was obviously no way for me to drive it home. The place doesn’t operate retail anymore. Just tires. I’d be surprised if that lasts much longer with the prices and the common sense working there

Pep boys has been servicing my vehicles for a few years now and most recently brought in my 2018 sentra for brakes . They were efficent and had my car done in a few hours . Very professional and explained everything when i picked up my car .

I came in for service in the afternoon. I informed the technician it was my only day off and I needed an oil change. He said he could get me in but the wait might be over an hour. I said ok and only waited about 40 minutes. I sincerely appreciate them fitting me in and the quick service.

Went in for a simple tire leak. No biggie. They called stating it needed to be replaced, okay fine. A week later it kept becoming low as well as all the other tires. Now upon taking it in once again to another facility the brand new tire is faulty and has to be replaced-AGAIN. Waste of time and money.

I had my radiator drained, flushed and filled. The service in general at the Cinnaminson location was a 100% improvement over the Edgewater location. The service manager was polite, and professional. I will change my home Pep-Boys location from Edgewater to Cinnaminson because of the difference of quality in service. Thanks Tristiny R.!

Great customer service experience! I do not remember the man’s name who helped me at the register but he was very transparent, proactive (kept me updated during my service), polite, and patient. As compared to other pep boys locations I’ve been, this one thus far has been the best! I made My appointment for 12 and I received a call shortly after! I didn’t expect to hear from them until after 3. Great experience!

Wonderful service I was very happy very friendly I use the pep boys at Bustleton avenue in Philadelphia and the lie to me they say they did a oil change and then in about 2 weeks my car showing that needs a oil can't believe it shame on this pep boys Bustleton avenue Philadelphia I'm grateful for the cinnaminson pepboys service they are the best don't hesitate go there I had a coupon 25% off they were very amazing I'm coming back there believe me you all be happy with them I highly recommend to my family and friends thank you

One nail in my front tire require me to pay almost $600 for 2 front tires when I only went there for one tire and there was nothing wrong with my tires. My tire was fixed in less than 20 minutes but waited 1 whole hour for a invoice that I did not ask for
