Best Friends Cinnaminson is the best place ever! Our pup Leela is a camper there, and boards whenever we go away - it’s her favorite place in the world. The staff are absolutely incredible and treat her like one of their own. She loves getting groomed by Anna and always comes home smelling so fresh and clean! We are currently looking for a house with (@perfriendlyrealtor) who we found at best friends - one of our primary search criteria’s are to be within 20 mins of camp because we couldn’t imagine life without it. 100/10 recommend!

I’ve been coming here for about a year with my dog Poppy. They take great care of her for daycare. I also have a nervous dog, Max that Anna offered to help groom and he loves her! I boarded him for the first time when I went on vacation and the staff took the time to become friends with him! Dakota actually got on the floor and gave him treats until he decided he wanted pets. Absolutely love them!

Loved the grooming service! Anna takes her time with her clients and really cares to make sure they are comfortable every step of the service. She did the deshedding treatment for my pug daisy and she came out smelling great and a hair collected that create another one of her! I would call that a great deshedding service. Also love the add ons, we got the nail polish and I never received so many compliments on my dogs nails before(I’m jealous). Also they have the ability to dye your pets hair if you want with doggy safe dye which is so cool!

The staff is amazing with communication and how they care for my fur baby. Everyone that we have come into contact with has a genuine heart,great demeanor and love animals which is evident from the grooming,boarding and day camp. If you are looking for a “one stop facility” this is the right place

I highly recommend Best friends! My dogs are always so well taken care of by all the employees. Anna grooms my babies exactly the way I like. The workers greet and welcome my babies as if they were their own. It is so convenient to board them here too because I’m only 15 minutes away and I don’t have to worry about them too much! 🐾🐕 🐩♥️

I've been bringing my dog Grady to doggy day camp here since he was a puppy. Almost six years later, he still loves it! Dakota at the front desk gives great updates about who Grady plays with and how he's doing, and Anna is a fantastic groomer - Grady always gets a bunch of compliments after an appointment with her. You can tell the staff loves the animals. Highly recommend!

Best Friends at the Cinnaminson NJ location are very friendly with my dog especially Anna, Dakota and Jake as well as the other team members. They are always happy to see my dog just as my dog loves to see them. It's peace of mind for me knowing my dog is cared for and it's especially nice that I don't have to worry. I know she must like it there because she never wants to leave when I pick her up. Not only do I take my dog there to go on vacation, I take her there just for the daycare. She can hang out for the day to socialize with other dogs and humans. When she gets home she is happy and ready to rest for the remainder of the day.

Amazing!!! Great staff!! Great place !! My dog has stayed overnight and also for a fourteen days stay as we were on vacation! Definitely a great choice when you need someone to care for your pets!! I would highly recommend !! Your pet will be happy and well taken care of !!

I don't normally write reviews if I have something negative to say but I feel I must warn others. We dropped our dog off at Best Friends last year for a week while we were on vacation. I was told I could watch my dog play, however, every time I checked the video, the camera's were off. This led me to believe my dog did not get the extra play time I paid for as I was only able to see him on video after I called to find out exactly when they would be taking him out to play.I was also told by a staff member at the time that when Best Friends is closed for the day/night, no staff members are there. They go home. Your pet is left alone. So when they close at 4 pm on Sunday, your pet will be left alone until the next morning. That is approximately 16-17 hours. Also, ask to see the dog kennels. You won't find any pictures of them on google. They are behind a "staff only" door. It resembles a shelter with chain link fencing and cold cement floors.We decided to hire someone to come to our home to take care of our dog going forward. We have found it to be not only less expensive than boarding but it also provides us with peace of mind.

I didn’t find any cat only hotels around the area, but this one worked great for my cat! Making appointment is easy, deals available for new customers. The cat space is separated so cats would not be to anxious ( but they can definitely still hear barking). Staffs are friendly and helpful. My cat is healthy after the visit.

My dog has been coming here for about 5 years. She gets so excited to come to Play camp! Anna & Brian are amazing groomers, and Dakota is always helpful and friendly. This team will treat you and your fur baby like family. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Ruby has been in daycare at Best Friends in Cinnaminson for the past year. When we moved I was dreading finding her a new place to become accustomed to! The stress of that was completely taken away after meeting Jeff & Anna ! Their love for the dogs & cats that come through the door was instantly felt!Ruby has boarded there , gets groomed and is a regular for daycare ! Thank you , Best Friends Team , for loving her as much as we do ❤️❤️❤️

Be warned. This place is not great for grooming. They used to have a great groomer but she left and now the groomer that is left does a poor job. I had to bring my dog back to get his hair cut fixed. His ears were uneven, nails were not properly clipped, and eyelashes not cut. What was even more alarming was management. It was as if the owner was waiting for me to come in and he said we received your review and we believe it would be best to terminate the relationship. First I am the customer and I shouldn’t be told where to take my business and secondly if you didn’t want honest feedback then don’t send out guest feedback survey’s.There were also times I called this business during business hours and they don’t answer the phone or respond to voicemails. There were also times I left my dog to get groomed and I was never called when he was ready to be picked up. Last time I was there I had to call and check in to see if my dog was done. No text, call or email was sent.I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place only responds to Google reviews to avoid looking like a poor establishment.

I can't say enough great things about Best Friends Cinnaminson! The entire staff: Anna, Jake, Barbara, Dakota, Jeff, Sal, Avery, Brian, Jayden and Kylee have all been amazing with our four legged family members. Our dogs love day camp (they told us so) and we are able to travel with ease knowing that they are in the best care for boarding. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they receive!

We love Best Friends Cinnaminson! Our dog Maui loves attending doggie day camp and playing with the other doggies and staff. All staff members are kind, fun, responsible and always have a smile on their face. They’re always excited to greet Maui at the door when we arrive and we know that they genuinely know Maui and care for him!

It's fine. My dog seems like he is being taken care of and he's returned to me healthy. I am mostly concerned that he is actually getting any of the extras I pay for.My biggest past reason for not loving this place is the cameras don't really end up showing much, if they are on or working, but photos would give me peace of mind. I saw they were now offering them for an extra fee, and I found this extra inconsistent. So if they aren't doing a good job with the photos, what else are they not delivering on that I paid extra for them to go (walk & explore, special breakfast).

I have never had an issue here at this location. I genuinely love the staff, my dogs love the staff and most importantly to me - the staff love my dogs! They have gone out of their way so many times to be accommodating and I am truly thankful for them.

I boarded my dogs at this location which I had no problem with and felt very comfortable with doing so, however the prices I was quoted by phone changed drastically once my dogs were boarded and ready to be picked up. The employees were very nice and friendly I just don’t like the way there billing is done and to top it off the printer has been broken for some time according to the employee that helped me with check out and that could’ve solved my problem if I had seen what I was being charged for, I only found out when I reviewed my credit card statement and seen 3 separate charges wish one of them didn’t even appear on my receipt and this is what was me upset. And my last complaint is that I called at the opening of the day to question the additional charges and the lady asked if she could call me back due to the morning rush I said that’s not a problem, how about I never received a call back I waited till the end of the next day to call back to find out what’s going on which isn’t a productive way to handle business.Definitely not happy with this last experience I had with best friends.

I've been taking my dog Flynn to Doggy Day Camp at Best Friends Pet Hotel in Cinnaminson once a week for a couple months now. Flynn LOVES it. He gets super excited and wiggly whenever we pull into the parking lot. He gets to burn off some energy and socialize with other dogs. He's so tired out when he hops in the car to head home. The employees are incredible. They really get to know your dogs individually and send you home with report cards every once in awhile. They throw parties for holidays/birthdays/just because and they'll send you home with cute goody bags or crafts your pup "made" for you. Flynn has boarded here before too I didn't worry in the slightest about him. They sent me an email half way through his stay with a photo of him having a blast with his friends. They also have PetCams where you can watch your dog romp around during playtime hours. They very affordable too! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend BF Pet Hotel in Cinnaminson.

Daida always comes home happy, smiling and clean. I know he misses me when I’m gone but I can watch him on the pet cams and see every day that he is having fun! Couldn’t find a better place!
